"While Yugoslav scholars recognize the Bandung Conference as an important milestone in the development of postwar anti-imperialist struggle, it has political and ideological importance in Yugoslavia as a prequel to the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) and Yugoslavia’s critical role in its inception. NAM was not only a central pillar of Yugoslav foreign policy but also an equally critical component of Yugoslav self-understanding of its domestic political project. This chapter examines the conceptual tensions and political failures of that vision. However, it also explores how the vision can serve as a productive foil against which to understand the current global socioeconomic and political conjunctures, and offer resources through which we can struggle against the “nested hegemonies” of the current context. Yugoslavia was not just another communist state; rather, it was a unique sociopolitical enterprise that incarnated the success of national, social, and geopolitical struggles for emancipation. This view was rehearsed in party forums, further elaborated in academic journals, and literally broadcasted to the wider public. Every morning, the opening of TV Kalendar (an “on this day in history”

"Tesis ini membahas tentang kinerja dokter verifikator internal didalam menurunkan angka klaim pending di RSUD Koja pada tahun 2018 dengan melakukan telaah berkas klaim dan observasi pada data klaim dari tahun 2017 hingga tahun 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi evaluasi intervensi dengan menganalisa data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan membandingkan data kesalahan koding pada klaim pending rawat inap Pra Intervensi dan Pasca Intervensi dokter verifikator internal baik secara jumlah klaim maupun nominal klaim. Kemudian melakukan wawancara mendalam untuk mengetahui penyebab terjadinya kesalahan koding hingga menyebabkan klaim pending.
Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa terbukti dokter verifikator internal dapat menurunkan angka klaim pending rawat inap karena kesalahan koding dan didapatkan penyebab terjadinya kesalahan koding yaitu ketidaklengkapan resume medis, kurang telitinya koder, kurangnya pengetahuan koder, ketidakseragaman informasi terkait koding dan overload berkas klaim yang tidak diiringi dengan kesesuaian jumlah koder. Hasil penelitian menyarankan penerapan Electronic Medical Record, mendaftarkan koder untuk mengikuti pelatihan terkait klaim, mengadakan Team Building, membuat Whatsapp grup untuk saling berbagi informasi dan perhitungan ulang tenaga koder sesuai kebutuhan.

This thesis discusses the performance of internal verification doctors in reducing the number of pending claims at Koja Regional Hospital in 2018 by reviewing claim files and observing claims data from 2017 to 2019. This study uses an intervention evaluation study design by analyzing quantitative and qualitative data. The method used is to compare the coding error data on pre-Intervention and Post-Intervention pending inpatient claims by internal physician verifiers both in number of claims and nominal claims. Then conduct in-depth interviews to find out the cause of coding errors that cause pending claims.
The results of this study are proven that internal verification doctors can reduce the number of inpatient pending claims due to coding errors and found the causes of coding errors are incomplete medical resumes, lack of coder scrutiny, lack of coder knowledge, unequal information related to coding and overload of claim files that are not accompanied by an incomplete claim compatibility of the number of coders. The results of the study suggest the application of an Electronic Medical Record, register the coders to attend training related to claims, hold a Team Building, create a Whatsapp group to share information and recalculate the coders as needed.

"Penelitian ini membahas peranan perusahaan terkait penanganan kasus klaim pending yang mencapai 60% kasus per bulan dari total klaim yang masuk sebagai bentuk intervensi pada sisi internal manajemen PT Asuransi CIGNA. Variabel internal yang digunakan dalam melihat permasalahan ini dibagi menjadi tiga faktor yaitu; (1) Faktor Input yaitu sumber daya manusia, SOP, sarana, komunikasi koordinasi; (2) Faktor Proses yaitu penerimaan klaim, verifikasi klaim dan investigasi klaim; (3) Faktor Output yaitu keterlambatan proses pembayaran klaim reimbursement.
Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan jumlah 6 orang responden dari pihak manajemen PT Asuransi CIGNA dalam proses wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran perusahaan masih dibutuhkan khususnya untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM yang dimiliki dan menambah jumlah SDM secara merata, mengadakan review SLA secara berkala, melakukan pengadaan sistem dokumentasi dan informasi, serta menciptakan komunikasi dua arah melalui media sosial sebagai bentuk edukasi atraktif dan komunikatif.

This paper emphasizing the company improvement to solving pending claim issues which almost reach 60% from whole claim in every month period, as the intervention for internal management PT CIGNA Insurance. Internal variable that being used during this research are 3 main factors; (1) Input Factor consist of human resource, SOP, facility, communication coordination; (2) Process Factor consist of claim input, claim review and claim investigation; (3) Output Factor consist of the pending process of payment for claim reimbursement. This research conducted with descriptive qualitative method, with 6 main respondent from the management for the indepth interview process. The results show that PT CIGNA Insurance still need improvement within their management, especially to increase the human resource quality and quantity, review Service Level Agreement, facilitating the claim team with documentation and information system also creating good communication through social media as the alternative way to educate claimant with an attractive way."
