"Terminologi desekuritisasi muncul di masa pasca Perang Dingin bersamaan dengan munculnya konsep sekuritisasi. Sejak kemunculan pertamanya pada tulisan karya Ole Wæver tahun 1995, konsep ini telah berkembang melalui literatur-literatur yang membahas dan mengadaptasi konsep ini. Setelah dikaji melalui berbagai perspektif dan contoh kasus, pembahasan desekuritisasi memerlukan peninjauan dalam bentuk suatu tinjauan pustaka. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk meninjau perkembangan literatur mengenai pembahasan desekuritisasi dalam ilmu hubungan internasional. Tulisan ini meninjau 35 literatur yang telah terakreditasi secara internasional mengenai konsep desekuritisasi. Berdasarkan metode taksonomi, literaturliteratur tersebut dibagi ke dalam empat tema umum yang terdiri atas (1) asumsi dasar dan makna desekuritisasi, (2) fitur-fitur analisis desekuritisasi dan aplikasinya, (3) desekuritisasi dan efeknya terhadap politik, serta (4) komponen-komponen desekuritisasi. Tulisan iniberupaya untuk memaparkan konsensus, perdebatan, dan kesenjangan antar literatur terkait desekuritisasi. Selain itu, tulisan ini juga menyorot sejumlah tren dalam perkembangan literatur desekuritisasi, seperti persebaran tema, persebaran perspektif penulis, dan persebaran asalpenulis. Melalui tinjauan pustaka ini, penulis menggarisbawahi minimnya konsensus dan kelonggaran makna konsep desekuritisasi dalam perkembangan literaturnya mengenai topik ini. Tulisan ini turut melihat adanya dominansi topik bagaimana proses desekuritisasi berjalan sebagai topik utama bahasan pengkajian desekuritisasi. Tulisan ini kemudian merekomendasikan sejumlah agenda penulisan lanjutan, dan menekankan perlu adanya diversifikasi ragam perspektif dan tema dalam bahasan desekuritisasi terutama mengenai kaitan desekuritisasi dengan politik negara dan bentuk kebijakan desekuritisasi tepat guna.

The terminology of desecuritization emerged in the post-Cold War period along with the emergence of the concept of securitization. Since its first appearance in the writings of Ole Wæver in 1995, this concept has developed through literature that discusses and adapts it. After

reviewing through various perspectives and case examples, the discussion on desecuritization requires a review in the form of a literature review. This paper aims to examine the development of literature regarding the discussion of desecuritization in the science of

international relations. This paper reviews 35 internationally accredited literature on the concept of desecuritization. Based on taxonomic methods, those literature are divided into four general themes consisting of (1) underlying assumptions and the meaning of desecuritization, (2) features of desecuritization analysis and its aplications, (3) desecuritization and its effects on politics, and (4) desecuritization components. This paper seeks to describe the consensus, debates, and gaps between the literature related to desecuritization. Besides, this paper also highlights several trends in the development of the literature desecuritization, such as the

distribution of themes, the distribution of the perspectives of the authors, and the distribution of the authors' origins. Through this literature review, the author underlines the lack of consensus and leniency of the meaning of the concept of desecuritization in the development of the literature on this topic. This paper also looks at the dominance of the process of securitization as the main topic of discussion on desecuritization studies. This paper then recommends a number of further writing agendas and emphasizes the need to diversify the diversity of perspectives and themes in the discussion of desecuritization, especially regarding the relationship of desecuritization to state politics and the form of appropriate desecuritization policies."
