"Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi telah berdampak perubahan baru terhadap pelayanan keperawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pengaruh sistem informasi supervisi keperawatan berbasis komputerisasiterhadap kualitas informasi dan kepuasan pengguna informasi supervisi keperawatan. Penelitian ini merupakan studi pre experimental design dengan rancangan one group pretest postest design. Sampel penelitian adalah 63 perawat dan 50 dokumen kualitas informasi.
Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh/kenaikan yang signifikan sistem informasi supervisi keperawatan terhadap kualitas informasi dengan perbedaan mean 12,24 (10%) dan kepuasan pengguna dengan perbedaan mean 4,93(10,1%) sebelum dengan sesudah berbasis komputerisasi. (p = 0,000; α : 0,05). Peneliti merekomendasikan penyempurnaan komponen sistem informasi, penerapan dan evaluasi.

The development of science and technology affects on the new alteration of nursing service systems. This research was aimed at identifying the effects of computer-based nursing supervision information system towards the information of quality and satisfactions of nursing ascendancy. This research was a study of pre experimental design by using one group pretest postestdesign. The sample of this research was 63 nurses and 50 information quality documents.
The result of this research showedthat there was significant effects of the nursing supervision information towards the quality of nursing ascendancy with the mean rate of 12,24 (10%) and the users satisfaction is 4,93 (10,1%) before and after the computer-based technology. (p = 0,000; α : 0,05). The researcher recommends the hospital stakeholders to imperfect the components systems as well as to give feedback for the evaluation and implementation steps.

"Hasil observasi dalam pelaksanaannya saat ini, pengajuan klaim biaya perawatan pasien korban bencana masih menggunakan media kertas , belum terintegrasi antara empat instansi yang terlibat dalam proses klaim, selain itu secara geografis letak empat instansi tersebut berjauhan, dan sulitnya melakukan pemantauan perkembangan proses pengajuan klaim. Anggaran operasional penanggulangan bencana yang tersedia di Kementerian Kesehatan digunakan untuk penanggulangan krisis kesehatan secara umum. Untuk mempermudah pemantauan kebutuhan pelunasan dana klaim perawatan pasien korban bencana dibutuhkan data klaim yang akurat, tepat waktu serta realtime.
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi dan basis data terintegrasi klaim biaya perawatan pasien korban bencana di RSUP Dr. Sardjito. Metodologi yang digunakan untuk pengembangan sistem yaitu Sistem Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan pendekatan prototype. Pengumpulan data primer dengan cara wawancara mendalam (indepth interview). Data sekunder dilakukan dengan
mempelajari berkas serta telaah dokumen. Keluaran informasi yang dapat dihasilkan dari prototype antara lain informasi yang dapat digunakan untuk pelunasan biaya perawatan pasien korban bencana secara realtime.

The observations results in the current implementation, the filing of claims for the care cost of disaster victim’s patient are still using paper media. It has not integrated between the four units involved in the claims process, in addition to the geographic location of the four units apart, causing difficulty of monitoring the development of the filing a claim process. Operating budget for disaster management available in the Ministry of Health, used for general health crisis funds needed accurate, timely and realtime claims data of disaster victims.
The research aims to develop information systems and databases integrated with care costs claims of disaster victims in the Dr. Sardjito's hospital. The methodology used for developing the system is System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a prototype approach. Primary data collection is done by doing of in-depth interviews. Secondary data is done by reviewing the file and document. Output information that can be generated from the prototype include information that can be used for repayment of the cost of treatment of patients affected in realtime.

"Tesis ini membahas mengenai pengaruh kualitas informasi dan sistem dari berita online terhadap terhadap kepuasan pengguna hingga niat revisit dan niat berbagi berita online generasi z. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan kuesioner online dari 400 orang generasi z. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan analisa statistik deskriptif dan analisa Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) untuk membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dimensi kualitas informasi yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan generasi z dalam mengkonsumsi berita online adalah kekinian (currency), sedangkan dimensi dominan dari kualitas sistem adalah waktu respon. Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara kualitas informasi dan sistem berita online terhadap kepuasan pengguna, dan kepuasan terhadap niat revisit dan niat berbagi.

This thesis discusses the effects of information and system quality of online news on user satisfaction to revisit intentions and news sharing intentions of generation z. This quantitative research data were collected using online questionnaire, from 400 people who responded to the survey focuses on 400 respondents of generation z. Researcher used descriptive statistical and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze the data to prove the research hypothesis. This research shows that the most dominant dimension of information quality that influencing satisfaction in consuming online news is currency, while the most dominant dimension of system quality is response time. There is a significant positive effect between information and system quality of online news on user satisfaction, also between satisfaction with revisit intentions and sharing intentions."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang bisa
mempengaruhi trust terhadap e-procurement sebagai bagian dari inisiatif egovernment
di Indonesia. Faktor tersebut adalah kualitas sistem informasi dan
kepuasan pengguna. Kualitas sistem informasi terdiri dari kualitas sistem, kualitas
informasi dan kualitas pelayanan. Kualitas sistem informasi bisa mempengaruhi
trust secara langsung (direct effect) dan tidak langsung melalui kepuasan
pengguna sebagai perantara (indirect effect). Survey dilakukan terhadap auditor
BPK sebagai pengguna e-procurement dan 142 data responden digunakan untuk
menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini.Analisis dilakukan menggunakan structural
equation modeling-diagonally weighted least square. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan kualitas informasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna dan
trust pada e-procurement. Kualitas sistem dan kualitas pelayanan juga
berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Hal tersebut mengimplikasikan
bahwa kualitas informasi menjadi factor penting yang mempengaruhi trust dan
kepuasan pengguna e-procurement di Indonesia

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the factors that could affect the trust towards eprocurement
as part of the e-government initiative in Indonesia. These factors are
information systems quality and user satisfaction. Information system quality
consists of system quality, information quality and service quality. The quality of
information systems could affect the trust directly and indirectly through the user
satisfaction as intermediaries.Survey conducted on BPK auditors as users of eprocurement
and 142 respondent data used to test the hypothesis in this study.
Analysis was performed using structural equation modeling-diagonally weighted
least square.The results showed information quality affect user satisfaction and
trust in e-procurement. System quality and service quality also affect user
satisfaction. This implies that information quality is an important factor affecting
the trust and user satisfaction of e-procurement in Indonesia"

"Pendahuluan: Pediatic Intensive Care Unit (PICU) merupakan ruang perawatan intensif anak di rumah sakit yang merawat pasien anak dengan gangguan kesehatan yang serius. Berbagai prosedur tindakan yang dilakukan di ruang perawatan intensif akan dapat menimbulkan pengalaman stress dan nyeri, salah satunya adalah tindakan Endotracheal Suction (ETS). Salah satu terapi non farmakologik yang dapat digunakan untuk menangani nyeri selama tindakan ETS adalah terapi musik.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi musik terhadap nyeri selama tindakan ETS di ruang PICU RSUP DR.Sardjito Yogyakarta.
Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan posttest only with control group design. Subjek penelitian adalah pasien anak yang dirawat di ruang PICURSUP DR.Sardjito Yogyakarta yang mendapatkan tindakan ETS. Sampel dibagi menjadi kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol. Kelompok intervensi mendapatkan perlakuan berupa terapi musik selama 30 menit. Kelompok kontrol tidak diberikan terapi musik. Musik yang diberikan menggunakan musik Mozart jenis Piano Sonata No 17 in B-Flat Major Adagio.
Hasil: Uji hipotesis menggunakan Mann Whitney U-Test dengan taraf signifikansi 5% menghasilkan p=0,001 artinya ada perbedaan nyeri pada kelompok kontrol dengan nyeri pada kelompok intervensi.
Kesimpulan: Terapi musik berpengaruh terhadap nyeri selama tindakan ETS pada pasien anak di ruang PICU RSUP Dr.Sardjito Yogyakarta.

Introduction: The Pediatic Intensive Care Unit (PICU) is a pediatric intensive care unit in a hospital that treats pediatric patients with serious health problems. Various procedures performed in the intensive care unit can cause stress and pain, one of which is Endotracheal Suction (ETS). One of the non-pharmacological therapies that can be used to treat pain during ETS procedures is music therapy.
Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of music therapy on pain during ETS procedures in the PICU of RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta.
Methods: This research is a quasy-experimental study with a posttest only with control group design. The research subjects were pediatric patients who were treated at the PICU RSUP DR.Sardjito Yogyakarta room who received ETS procedures. The sample was divided into the intervention group and the control group. The intervention group received an intervention in the form of music therapy for 30 minutes. The control group was not given music therapy. The music provided uses Mozart's Piano Sonata No. 17 in B-Flat Major Adagio.
Results: Hypothesis testing using the Mann Whitney U-Test with a significance level of 5% resulted in p = 0.001, meaning that there was a difference in the mean pain in the control group and pain in the intervention group.
Conclusion: Music therapy has an effect on pain during ETS procedures in pediatric patients in the PICU of Dr. Sardjito General Hospital, Yogyakarta.

"Latar Belakang. Di Indonesia, insiden tumor ginjal menempati urutan ketiga keganasan saluran urogenital pada laki-laki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik demografi, tampilan klinis, laboratorium, staging dan penatalaksanaan yang dilakukan di Di RSUP Dr. Sardjito.
Metode. Sebuah studi prospektif pada subyek 105 pasien yang didiagnosis tumor ginjal antara tahun 2009 sampai 2013. Pasien dibagi menjadi 2 grup berdasarkan usia : (1) anak, dan (2) dewasa.
Hasil. Selama 5 tahun, ditemukan 105 pasien tumor ginjal, anak 41 orang dan dewasa 57 orang. Rata-rata usia pasien tumor ginjal anak adalah 3,76 ± 2,54 tahun, dan rasio laki-laki : perempuan 1,56 : 1. Rata-rata usia pasien tumor ginjal dewasa adalah 49.51±14.08 tahun. Rasio laki-laki : perempuan adalah 1,48 : 1. Tumor paling sering pada anak adalah nefroblastoma 39 kasus (95,1%) dengan keluhan tersering adalah massa (100%). Tumor paling sering pada dewasa adalah RCC, 26 kasus (46,6%), dengan keluhan terbanyak nyeri pinggang 22 kasus (84,6%), keluhan massa 21 kasus (80,8%), hematuria 14 kasus (53,8%).
Kesimpulan. Terjadi penurunan kasus nefroblastoma dan peningkatan kasus RCC di RSUP Dr. Sardjito dalam 5 tahun terakhir. Mayoritas pasien RCC pada dekade 4-5 dan nefroblastoma pada usia 3 tahun, dengan rasio laki-laki:perempuan masing-masing 1,56:1 dan 1,48:1.

Background. In Indonesia, the incidence of kidney tumor was in the 3rd rank after prostate and bladder cancer among the urogenital cancer in men. The objective of this study is to describe demographic characteristic, clinical feature, and treatment of kidney tumor in Dr. Sardjito Hospital Yogyakarta.
Methods. A prospective study of 105 subjects whom were diagnosed as kidney tumor between year 2009 to 2013. The subjects were cathegorized into two groups according their age: (1) children, and (2) adults.
Results. There were 105 cases of kidney tumor found over the past 5 years, 41 children cases and 57 adult cases. Mean age of the children was 3,76 ±2,54 years old, and male:female ratio 1,56:1. Mean age of adults were 49,51±14,08 years old. Male:female ratio 1,48:1. Majority of tumor in children were nephroblastoma about 39 cases (95,1%) with symptoms most profound were abdominal mass (100%). Majority of kidney tumor found in adults were RCC (26 cases [46,6%]), with symptoms flank pain (22 cases [84,6%]), palpable mass (21 cases [80,8%]), hematuria (14 cases [53,8%]).
Conclusion. The number of nephroblastoma cases were decreased, meanwhile there was an increase in RCC case number in Dr. Sardjito Hospital for the past 5 years. Majority of RCC patients were in decade 5-6, while in nephroblastoma patients, the majority were 3 years old, with the ratio of male:female 1,56:1 and 1,48:1 respectively.

"Asuhan Keperawatan (Aske merupakan suatu pendekatan yang dilakukan seorang perawat terhadap kliennya. Motu Asuhan keperawatan di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Lampung masih diternokan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan pada rekam medik pasien yang asih belum terisi; masih adanya masyarakat yang merasa belum puas terhadap pelayanan yang dibe ·kan oleh perugas diruangan (20,3%); kelohan tentang pelayanan sebanyak 21,9%; 70% dari 20 pasien mengatakan perawat yang kurang ramah dalam menangani pasien, 75% dari 20 pasien merasa tidak diperhatikan oleh perawat. Hal ini perlu sekali mendapat perhatian dari semua pihak terkait:; dan menempatkan Pemantauan Motu Askep (PMA) sebagai kegiatan yang penting dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan.
Dalam pelaksanaannya, PMA belum didukung dengan sistem informasi pengolahan data yang masih dilakukan secara manual, belum ada analisis tiap penelitian adalah Ruang Rawat Inap yang ada di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Propinsi Lampung.
Sebagai hasil dari penelitian ini adalah diperolehnya prototipe Sistem lnformasi Pemantauan Mutu Asuhan Keperawatan yang diharapkan dapat effektif dan effisien dalam penyediaan informasi yang dibutuhkan. lnformasi yang diperoleh akan dirancang agar benar-benar relevan. cepat, tepat dan akurat, serta dapat lebih bennanfaat. terutama untuk kepentingan perencanaan peningkatan mutu pada umumnya, dan pemantauan Askep pada khususnya, sehingga dapat tercapai optimalisasi pemantauan mutu Askep di rumah sakit tersebut Agar pelaksanaan sistem infonnasi ini dapat berjalan dengan baik dan berkelanjutan, dibutuhkan pengembangan prototipe yang berbasis jaringan.

In its implementation, PMA not yet been supported with infonnation system. data-processing which still (done/cond ucted) manually. there is no analysis every treatment upbringing step and also monitoring instrument quality of standard not yet altogether used to assess quality o askep. For that require to develop of monitoring.
This research was result a prototype of Information System Monitoring Quality of Askep. This system is expected to supply any needed information effectively earn and effektif of efficient in is ready of required information. obtained infonnation will be designed to really relevant, quickly, precisely and is accurate, and also earn more useful, especially for planning of make-up of quality in general, and monitoring of Askep especially, so that can reach by monitoring quality of Askep. For implementation of this information system can walk better and have continuation, required by development of prototype being based on network.

"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hubungan antara kualitas informasi dan kualitas sistem dengan kepuasan pembayar pajak ketika menggunakan sistem efiling serta untuk meneliti kesiapan dari pihak Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP), khususnya bagian sistem informasi, mengenai pelaksanaan sistem e-filing. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Model pengukuran yang digunakan adalah updated model DeLone dan McLean (2003).
Hasil penelitian ini adalah kualitas sistem mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pembayar pajak sementara kualitas informasi tidak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan. Hasil penelitian yang kedua adalah pihak DJP telah siap mengenai pelaksanaan sistem e-filing di Indonesia meskipun masih memiliki beberapa kekurangan.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between information quality and system quality with taxpayers’ satisfaction when using the e-filing system and to know the readiness of the Directorate General of Taxation (DJP), particularly the information system, about the implementation of the e-filing system. This research is a quantitative approach. Measurement model used in this study is the updated model of DeLone and McLean (2003).
First result of this study is system quality has significant impact to taxpayers’ satisfaction while information quality has not. The second result of this study is the DJP has been prepared on the implementation of the e-filing system in Indonesia, although it still has some shortcomings.

"Sistem informasi keperawatan adalah salah satu elemen penting dalam pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan. Sistem informasi keperawatan di Indonesia saat ini masih belum optimal dan umumnya masih bersifat manual. Riset dimulai dengan mengidentifikasi dan dilanjutkan pengembangan model sistem informasi manajemen keperawatan oleh Roro ("SIMPRO") yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi rumah sakit. Model "SIMPRO" yang telah dicustomization diujicobakan di dua rumah sakit dengan karakteristik yang berbeda yaitu rumah sakit swasta dan rumah sakit pemerintah. Setelah implementasi, dilaksanakan evaluasi dengan desain prepost test without control group. Jumlah sampel dokumentasi yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja "SIMPRO" adalah 219 dokumentasi dari setiap kelompok rumah sakit. Hasil riset menyampaikan ada perbedaan kinerja sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan "SIMPRO" yang diidentifikasikan dari perbedaan kualitas, kelengkapan, kesinambungan, bukti aspek legal dan fungsi membantu membuat keputusan (p=0.001). Ada perbedaan efisiensi waktu: baik di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Bunda Jakarta dan RS. Fatmawati (p= 0.01). Setelah menggunakan "SIMPRO" waktu yang diperlukan untuk melaksanakan dokumentasi di RS Fatmawati adalah 40.29 menit atau 25.27% dari total waktu dalam satu shift, sedangkan di RS Ibu dan Anak Bunda Jakarta membutuhkan waktu 24.62 menit atau 9.60% dari total waktu dalam satu shift. "SIMPRO" juga mempengaruhi efisiensi biaya, dimana dengan "SIMPRO" dokumentasi tidak setiap waktu harus dicetak. "SIMPRO" menjamin continuity of care dari asuhan keperawatan, sebagai bukti aspek legal, membantu mengambil keputusan dan meningkatkan keselamatan pasien. "SIMPRO" mengefisiensikan waktu dokumentasi sehingga waktu perawatan langsung ke pasien lebih optimal. "SIMPRO" juga meningkatkan edukasi kesehatan kepada pasien dan keluarga.?Pada riset ini "SIMPRO" juga dapat meningkatkan peran manajer keperawatan dalam melaksanakan fungsi manajemen terutama pada peran pemberiaan motivasi, pengarahan, evaluasi dan monitoring terhadap pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan. Dukungan aspek perawat, aspek manajemen dan teknik dapat mengoptimalkan kinerja "SIMPRO" sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan. Berdasarkan manfaat dari "SIMPRO", maka sistem ini dapat direkomendasikan untuk digunakan di setiap Rumah Sakit serta dapat mendukung peningkatan kualitas mutu pelayanan keperawatan dan kesehatan.

Nursing Information System is an important element in nursing process. Current nursing system in Indonesia is still manual and less optimal. However, manual system has weaknesses, such as data slip or even lost, which may potentially lead a nurse in the legal risk. This research was an operational research. It was started by problem identification in order to identify needs for development of nursing information system. The second stage was Sistem Informasi Manajemen Keperawatan oleh Roro ("SIMPRO"), in other words, Development of Nursing Management Information System by Roro. "SIMPRO" has been adjusted and customized with the conditions of the hospitals. Coordination of management, human resources, and infrastructure as well as trainings and assistance were conducted prior to trial of "SIMPRO". Then, trial of "SIMPRO" was conducted at two hospitals, which represent the characteristics of both public and private hospitals. Pretest and posttest without control were done after the implementation. Numbers of nursing documentation as samples were 219 documentations from each hospital group. It was used to evaluate the effectiveness of system performance before and after the implementation of "SIMPRO". Result of the research was difference of performance before and after the implementation of "SIMPRO", which was identified by differences on quality, completeness, continuity, aspect legal function and decision support system (p=0.001). Hospital with good management and infrastructure supports demonstrated higher level of effectiveness than another one. There was difference on time effectiveness before and after the implementation of "SIMPRO", both at Bunda Hospital (p=0.010) and Fatmawati General Hospital (p=0.010). Duration of documentation at Fatmawati General Hospital was 40.29 minutes or about 25.27 percent of total duration in one shift. Meanwhile, duration of documentation at Bunda Hospital was 24.62 minutes or about 9.60 percent of total duration in one shift. "SIMPRO" affected cost effectiveness since no printed documentation produced. In addition, "SIMPRO" guaranteed the continuity of nursing process. Thus, it guaranteed legal aspect and enhanced patient safety as well. This research implicated to the enhancement of quality, completeness, relevance, aspect legal function and decision support system. It also implicated to time efficiency on documentation, thus direct care to patients can be more optimal. "SIMPRO" can enhance the quality of nursing care by supports of nurses, management and technical aspects."

Setelah implementasi, dilaksanakan evaluasi dengan desain pre- post test without control group. Jumlah sampel dokumentasi yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja "SIMPRO" adalah 219 dokumentasi dari setiap kelompok rumah sakit. Hasil riset menyampaikan ada perbedaan kinerja sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan "SIMPRO" yang diidentifikasikan dari perbedaan kualitas, kelengkapan, kesinambungan, bukti aspek legal dan fungsi membantu membuat keputusan (p=0.001). Ada perbedaan efisiensi waktu: baik di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Bunda Jakarta dan RS. Fatmawati (p= 0.01). Setelah menggunakan "SIMPRO" waktu yang diperlukan untuk melaksanakan dokumentasi di RS Fatmawati adalah 40.29 menit atau 25.27% dari total waktu dalam satu shift, sedangkan di RS Ibu dan Anak Bunda Jakarta membutuhkan waktu 24.62 menit atau 9.60% dari total waktu dalam satu shift. "SIMPRO" juga mempengaruhi efisiensi biaya, dimana dengan "SIMPRO" dokumentasi tidak setiap waktu harus dicetak. "SIMPRO" menjamin continuity of care dari asuhan keperawatan, sebagai bukti aspek legal, membantu mengambil keputusan dan meningkatkan keselamatan pasien. "SIMPRO" mengefisiensikan waktu dokumentasi sehingga waktu perawatan langsung ke pasien lebih optimal. "SIMPRO" juga meningkatkan edukasi kesehatan kepada pasien dan keluarga."Pada riset ini "SIMPRO" juga dapat meningkatkan peran manajer keperawatan dalam melaksanakan fungsi manajemen terutama pada peran pemberiaan motivasi, pengarahan, evaluasi dan monitoring terhadap pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan. Dukungan aspek perawat, aspek manajemen dan teknik dapat mengoptimalkan kinerja "SIMPRO" sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan. Berdasarkan manfaat dari "SIMPRO", maka sistem ini dapat direkomendasikan untuk digunakan di setiap Rumah Sakit serta dapat mendukung peningkatan kualitas mutu pelayanan keperawatan dan kesehatan.

Nursing Information System is an important element in nursing process. Current nursing system in Indonesia is still manual and less optimal. However, manual system has weaknesses, such as data slip or even lost, which may potentially lead a nurse in the legal risk. This research was an operational research. It was started by problem identification in order to identify needs for development of nursing information system. The second stage was Sistem Informasi Manajemen Keperawatan oleh Roro ("SIMPRO"), in other words, Development of Nursing Management Information System by Roro. "SIMPRO" has been adjusted and customized with the conditions of the hospitals. Coordination of management, human resources, and infrastructure as well as trainings and assistance were conducted prior to trial of "SIMPRO". Then, trial of "SIMPRO" was conducted at two hospitals, which represent the characteristics of both public and private hospitals. Pretest and posttest without control were done after the implementation. Numbers of nursing documentation as samples were 219 documentations from each hospital group. It was used to evaluate the effectiveness of system performance before and after the implementation of "SIMPRO". Result of the research was difference of performance before and after the implementation of "SIMPRO", which was identified by differences on quality, completeness, continuity, aspect legal function and decision support system (p=0.001). Hospital with good management and infrastructure supports demonstrated higher level of effectiveness than another one. There was difference on time effectiveness before and after the implementation of "SIMPRO", both at Bunda Hospital (p=0.010) and Fatmawati General Hospital (p=0.010). Duration of documentation at Fatmawati General Hospital was 40.29 minutes or about 25.27 percent of total duration in one shift. Meanwhile, duration of documentation at Bunda Hospital was 24.62 minutes or about 9.60 percent of total duration in one shift. "SIMPRO" affected cost effectiveness since no printed documentation produced. In addition, "SIMPRO" guaranteed the continuity of nursing process. Thus, it guaranteed legal aspect and enhanced patient safety as well. This research implicated to the enhancement of quality, completeness, relevance, aspect legal function and decision support system. It also implicated to time efficiency on documentation, thus direct care to patients can be more optimal.
