"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai implementasi pencegahan kejahatan dalam internet banking sebagai salah satu instrumen keamanan perbankan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 25 teknik pencegahan kejahatan situasional yang berfokus kepada delapan teknik pencegahan kejahatan yang sesuai dengan penerapan dalam dunia perbankan. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan berdasarkan studi kasus pada Bank X dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa implementasi pencegahan kejahatan yang dipakai dalam dunia perbankan yaitu menggunakan increase the effort yang berfokus pada target hardening dan access control, increase the risk yang berfokus pada reduce anonimity dan use place managers, reduce the rewards yang berfokus pada conceal targets dan remove.

This study discusses about the implementation of crime prevention in internet banking as an instrument of banking security. The theory which used in this study was the 25 situational crime prevention techniques that focus on the eight techniques of crime prevention that appropriate to the application in the banking world. Research methodology is based on a case study of Bank X to conduct interviews and observations.

The conclusion of this study that the implementation of crime prevention that used in the banking world is using the increase the effort focused on target hardening and access control, increase the risk focusing on reduce anonimity and use place managers, reduce the rewards that focus on conceal targets and remove targets, and remove excuses that focuses on the set rules and assist compliance."

"Era internet of medical things membawa perubahan pada layanan kedokteran di mana perubahan tersebut mengubah cara dokter melaksanakan praktiknya. Salah satu contoh praktik IoMT ialah telesurgery. Beberapa robotic telesurgery sedang dan akan mulai dipasarkan pada waktu mendatang dan Indonesia direncanakan pada 2025 sudah melaksanakan praktik robotic telesurgery. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana transformasi layanan Kesehatan di Indonesia khususnya penggunaan robotic telesurgery dan internet of medical things? Bagaimana malpraktik medik sebelum dan pada era internet of medical things? Bagaimana struktur, kewenangan dan dampak dari robotic telesurgery dari analisis complex medical crime?. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan adanya kecenderungan bahwa kerugian yang dialami oleh pasien akibat penerapan layanan kedokteran IoMT bukan saja diakibatkan oleh kesalahan dokter melainkan adanya dampak dari kompleksitas yang berperan dalam pelaksaan praktik kedokteran bedah jarak jauh yakni telesurgery triangle (manusia, alat dan jaringan) yang tidak terpisahkan dari layanan telesurgery dan/ atau IoMT. Kompleksitas sumber daya yang terlibat pada dalam pelayanan kedokteran IoMT kemudian dapat mempunyai andil masing-masing pada kegagalan/ kerugian yang dialami pasien. Penulis menemukan skema segitiga terbalik yang dinamakan telesurgery crime triangle. Adanya telesurgery crime triangle dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi complex medical crime baik dari segi struktur (urutan pelaku kejahatan), kewenangan (kejahatan) dan dampak (korban dan reaksi sosial) yang timbul akibat pelaksanaan praktik robotic telesurgery dan praktik kedokteran IoMT.

The internet of medical things era brings changes to medical services where these changes change the way doctors carry out their practice. One example of IoMT practice is telesurgery. Several robotic telesurgery are being and will begin to be marketed in the future and Indonesia is planned to carry out robotic telesurgery practices in 2025. This research examines how the transformation of health services in Indonesia, especially the use of robotic telesurgery and the internet of medical things? How was medical malpractice before and during the internet of medical things? What is the structure, authority and impact of robotic telesurgery from complex medical crime analysis? The method used in this study is qualitative. The results showed a tendency that the losses experienced by patients due to the application of IoMT medical services were not only caused by doctors' errors but the impact of complexity that played a role in the implementation of remote surgical practice, namely telesurgery triangle (human, tool and tissue) which is inseparable from telesurgery services and / or IoMT. The complexity of the resources involved in IoMT medical services can then have their own contribution to the failure / loss experienced by patients. The authors invented an inverted triangle scheme called the telesurgery crime triangle. The existence of telesurgery crime triangle can be used to identify complex medical crime both in terms of structure (sequence of offender), authority (crime) and impact (victims and social reactions) arising from the implementation of robotic telesurgery practice and medical practice IoMT."
