"Harga diri rendah kronik adalah suatu evaluasi diri negatif dimana mereka merasa tidak berarti, malu, dan tidak mampu melihat hal positif yang dimilikinya. Dibutuhkan intervensi keperawatan untuk membantu meningkatkan harga diri klien. Tujuan penulisan Karya Ilmiah Akhir ini menggambarkan hasil manajemen kasus spesialis pada klien harga diri rendah kronik dengan pendekatan teori transpersonal caring: Jean Watson. Klien yang diambil dalam penulisan ini sebanyak 31 klien harga diri rendah kronis, dengan 16 klien diberikan terapi kognitif dan 15 klien diberikan terapi perilaku kognitif. Hasil: terjadi penurunan tanda dan gejala harga diri rendah kronis dan peningkatan kemampuan klien dengan harga diri rendah kronis. Kesimpulan: pemberian terapi kognitif dan terapi perilaku kognitif dapat membantu meningkatkan harga diri klien. Saran: diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut tentang faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan harga diri klien.

Chronic low self esteem is a negative self evaluation in which they feel meaningless, shame, and unable to evaluate the positive side of them self. Nursing interventions are required for enhancing client s self esteem. The purpose of this Final Scientific Paper is to describe the results of a specialist case management in client with chronic low self esteem using the approach of transpersonal caring theory of Jean Watson. Clients were taken for this paper were 31 clients with chronic low self esteem, with 16 clients were intervered by cognitive therapy and 15 clients were given cognitive behavioral therapy.

Results: The signs and symptoms of chronic low self esteem were decrease and the clients ability was increase with chronic low self esteem. Conclusion The intervention of cognitive therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy can help increasing the level of self esteem on clients. Suggestion It is needed to conduct more research on the affecting factor of clients self esteem enhancement."

"Para ostomate mengalami banyak masalah dalam gaya hidup sehari-hari yang mempengaruhi kualitas hidup mereka. Meskipun intervensi bedah dan pembentukan ostomi dapat memperpanjang hidup pasien, namun pasien mungkin khawatir tidak dapat beradaptasi untuk hidup dengan stoma, seperti kembali ke gaya hidup normal, kebocoran stoma, bau, dan ketakutan yang berhubungan dengan keintiman seksual. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menerapkan teori Jean Watson dalam proses asuhan keperawatan pada pasien kanker kolorektal, melalui tindakan keperawatan yang berdasarkan bukti ilmiah (Evidence Based Nursing). Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus pada lima pasien kanker kolorektal yang menjalani operasi pembuatan stoma baik temporari maupun permanen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan menggunakan teori Jean Watson Caring Model, pemberian asuhan keperawatan lebih fokus serta komprehensif. Perawatan yang diberikan dalam asuhan keperawatan memungkinkan perawat mengidentifikasi masalah yang menjadi dasar asuhan keperawatan. Ostomates experience many problems in their daily lifestyle that affect their quality of life. Although surgical intervention and ostomy formation can extend the patient's life, the patient may be concerned about not being able to adapt to living with a stoma, such as returning to a normal lifestyle, stoma leakage, odor, and fears associated with sexual intimacy. The purpose of this study was to apply Jean Watson's theory in the nursing care process in colorectal cancer patients, through nursing actions based on scientific evidence (Evidence Based Nursing). The research design used was a case study on five colorectal cancer patients who underwent surgery to make stomas both temporarily and permanently. The results showed that by using the Jean Watson Caring Model theory, the provision of nursing care is more focused and comprehensive. The care provided in nursing care allows nurses to identify problems that become the basis of nursing care. Nurses can use this model as a form of care in developing skills in providing holistic nursing care."
