"Dilema etis merupakan hal yang dialami setiap orang dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Saat menghadapinya, pengambilan keputusan yang tidak etis dapat merugikan berbagai pihak. Salah satu hal yang berperan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan etis adalah persepsi mengenai etika yang dimiliki oleh seorang individu. Di sisi lain, nilai yang dipegang seseorang juga diduga dapat memperkuat persepsi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan yang dimiliki social consensus dan moral judgment, serta pengaruh moderasi conformity pada hubungan tersebut. Hasil analisis terhadap 86 karyawan umum menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan pada hubungan antara social consensus dan moral judgment. Namun, hasil analisis untuk moderasi menunjukan conformity tidak memoderasi hubungan tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini memiliki implikasi saran pada perusahaan untuk membangun budaya etis sehingga dapat meningkatkan perilaku etis. Penelitian ini juga menambah pengetahuan mengenai hubungan social consensus dan moral judgment, serta pengaruh conformity dalam pengambilan keputusan etis pada karyawan secara umum.

People deal with ethical dilemma in everyday life. In dealing with ethical dilemma, unethical decision making could damage various parties. One of the leading role in ethical decision making process is the perception regarding ethic within a person. Moreover, personal value is also expected to strengthen ethical perception. This study intended to discover the relationship between social consensus and individuals moral judgment, and the moderation effect of conformity.

86 employees participated in the study and showed a positive and significant relationship between social consensus and individuals moral judgment. However, the moderation analysis result did not show that conformity could serve as a moderator in the relationship. The result had suggestion implication for companies to build a culture of ethic to increase ethical decision making. Furthermore, it also added up the knowledge about relationship between social consensus and individuals moral judgment, and the influence of conformity in ethical decision making on employees."

"Tesis ini membahas tentang Pengaruh Jaminan Sosial untuk Lansia (Idosos) terhadap Pemenuhan Kebutuhan dasar Lansia, Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Jaminan Sosial untuk Lansia (idosos) terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar lansia di Distrik Dili, Sub-Distrik Nain Feto, Timor Leste. Melakukan penelitian terhadap 100 orang dari 1,139 orang, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh jaminan sosial untuk lansia (idosos) terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan lansia, melalui Uji Gamma, memiliki derajat kekuatan menengah atau cukup 0,643 dan hubungan ini signifikan.

This thesis is discussed about Social Security for Elderly Pension (idosos) to the fulfillment of senior citizens primary needs using quantitative approach. The purpose of this research is to find out the impact of Social Security for Elderly (idosos) towards the fulfillment of senior citizens primary needs in Dili District, Sub-District of Nain Feto, Timor-Leste. This research conducted to 100 people out of 1,139 people, the results of the research is showed that the impact of social security for the elderly (idosos) towards the fulfillment of the primary need of citizens, through Gamma testing, strength and medium degree or only 0.643 and this is a significant relationship."
