"Berkembangnya dan menyebarluasnya Internet membawa berbagai perubahan ke dalam aspek-aspek kehidupan manusia, termasuk ke cara melakukan kegiatan usaha. Dewasa kini, para pelaku usaha sangat bergantung pada Internet demi kelangsungan usaha mereka. Lewat Internet, pelaku usaha dapat memasukkan Merek Dagang ke dalam Nama Domain demi promosi. Di Indonesia, pengaturan mengenai hal ini masih belum eksplisit, mengingat bahwa Nama Domain dan Merek merupakan dua konsep yang berbeda. Hal ini menjadi salah satu penyebab terjadinya sengketa kepemilikan Nama Domain Internet di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perlindungan Nama Domain Internet yang mengandung Merek di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian yuridis-normatif, dan jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Lewat penelitian ini, dapat ditemukan bahwa perlindungan terhadap Nama Domain yang menggunakan Merek dapat dikategorikan sebagai perlindungan terhadap Merek itu sendiri.

The growth and spread of Internet brought changes to various aspects of human life, including how to carry out business activities. Nowadays, businessmen and entities rely on the Internet for their business interests. The Internet provides businessmen and entities the chance to include their Trademarks in Domain Names for promotional purposes. In Indonesia, the law regulating this phenomenon is still inexplicit due to the fact that Domain Names and Trademarks are different from one another. This thesis will analyze the protection of Internet Domain Names in regards with the usage of registered Trademarks in Indonesia. A juridicalnormative research method will be used for this thesis, and the data used will be secondary data. This thesis finds out that protection of Domain Names which included registered Trademarks shall be categorized as protection towards said registered Trademark."

Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) is agency that regulates domain name dispute settlement, including determining applicable law and also competent forum. Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) is law enacted by ICANN. Similarly, competent forum for dispute resolution is online arbitration that accredited by ICANN. Nationality difference for both parties that have a dispute raises aspects to the Private International Law which will analyzed in the case of Dallas Project Holdings Ltd. v. Alexander Halim Putra, Victoria's Secret Stores Brand Management Inc. v. Tuty Rakhmawaty, Disney Enterprises Inc. v. Personal. The results will show aspects of private international law in the case of domain name disputes."

"[Tesis ini membahas pengaruh kebijakan pemerintah terhadap kebijakan perusahan Kurabo Group di Jepang, khususnya kebijakan-kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan ketenaga kerjaan dan kesetaraan gender dalam perusahaan dan perubahan pandangan karyawan dan karyawati perusahaan Kurabo Group terhadap perubahan pembagian tugas secara gender di Jepang. Dengan metodologi wawancara, angket dan kajian pustaka, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kebijakan pemerintah yang berkaitan dengan perusahaan di Jepang tidak memiliki pengaruhyang signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan kebijakan dalam perusahaan. Karena itu, perusahaan masih memiliki pengaruh yang kuat dalam mengubah masyarakat. Para pekerja pun beradaptasi sedemikian rupa dengan perubahan yang ada sehingga pandangan mereka terhadap pembagian tugas berdasarkan gender yang lebih egaliter pun terlihat posit if meskipun sebagian besar masih tidak bisa lepas dari konsep-konsep pembagian tugas berdasarkan gender yang mengikat.;This study examine the influence government's laws and regulations to Kurabo Group's labor force and gender equality related policy, as well as the change of worker's attitude toward the changes of gender division of labor in Japan. In the other hand, workers have adapted to the existing socio-demographic changes and showed a positive attitude toward the change of gender labor division to the more egalitarian one. "This work addresses this problem in the short-time Fourier transform (STFT) domain. We divide the general problem into five basic categories depending on the number of microphones being used and whether the interframe or interband correlation is considered. The first category deals with the single-channel problem where STFT coefficients at different frames and frequency bands are assumed to be independent. The second category also concerns the single-channel problem. The difference is that now the interframe correlation is taken into account and a filter is applied in each subband instead of just a gain. The third and fourth classes discuss the problem of multichannel noise reduction in the STFT domain with and without interframe correlation, respectively. In the last category, consider the interband correlation in the design of the noise reduction filters. Illustrate the basic principle for the single-channel case as an example, while this concept can be generalized to other scenarios. In all categories, propose different optimization cost functions from which derive the optimal filters and we also define the performance measures that help analyzing them."
