"ABSTRAKTesis ini membahas tentang peran serta orang tua dan dampak hospitalisasi anakprasekolah yang dirawat di RSU RA. Kartini Jepara. Hospitalisasi dapatmenimbulkan krisis pada kehidupan anak. Peran orang tua sangat dibutuhkanuntuk meminimalkan dampak hospitalisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitianstudi korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Uji hipotesis jenis kelamin,pengalaman dirawat, orang tua, pendidikan orang tua, pekerjaan orang tua,pengalaman merawat anak dan peran serta orang tua dengan dampak hospitalisasimenggunakan chi-square. Pada pengujian hipotesis usia orang tua dan dampakhospitalisasi menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney. Hasil penelitian menyarankanbahwa perawat perlu melibatkan orang tua dalam proses asuhan keperawatan.Asuhan keperawatan yang diberikan kepada anak sebaiknya berdasarkan prinsipatraumatic care dan Family Centered Care.

ABSTRACTThis thesis discusses the parent participation and the impact of preschooler?shospitalization who were treated in RSUD RA Kartini Jepara. Hospitalization cancause a crisis in the lives of children. Parent participation is needed to minimizethe hospitalization impact. This research is a correlation study with cross sectionalapproach. The hypothesis testing of sex, the experience of being treated, theparents, parental education, parental employment, children care experience andthe parent?s role with the impact of hospitalization using the chi-square. At thehypothesis testing parents age and the hospitalization impact using the Mann-Whitney test. The results suggest that nurses need to involve parents in theprocess of nursing care. Nursing care provided to children should be based on theprinciple of a traumatic care and Family Centered Care."

"ABSTRACTSkripsi ini membahas mengenai Kartini yang banyak menuangkan gagasannya mengenai pandangan hidup dan cita-citanya khususnya untuk merintis kemajuan seni ukir rakyat Jepara dalam surat-surat yang ia kirimkan pada sahabat-sahabatnya, baik di dalam maupun di luar negeri. Surat-surat yang memuat gagasan-gagasannya ini ia tulis sejak tahun 1901-1903. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode sejarah yang meliputi heuristik, kritik sumber, intepretasi, dan historiografi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, Kartini menaruh perhatian yang besar terhadap salah satu seni rakyatnya yaitu seni ukir, ia kemudian merealisasikan gagasan-gagasannya untuk membantu rakyat merintis kemajuan seni ukir Jepara dan hal tersebut kemudian memberikan dampak secara ekonomi, sosial dan budaya.

ABSTRACTThe aim of this Thesis is to knowing how Kartini rsquo s idea of her life and dreams, especially to pioneering the rise of Jepara craving craft. This idea were written in many of letters to her friends, domestic or overseas, since 1901 until 1903. This research use historical methods Heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. This research proved that Kartini rsquo s paid great attention to this folk carving craft, took action for realizing those ideas and thus gave economic, social and culture impact."

"Initial preparation of sea weed from Krakal beach and Lemah Abang Jepara. The Sea Weed from Krakal beach, Gunung Kidul, and Lemah Abang, Jepara have been prepared. The sea weed was initial prepared by crushed, dryed by freeze dryer, milled using a ball-mill and sieved with unscreened grain size of 100 mesh. The homogenized powder were tested by Laser Particle Sizer Analysette 22, by double preparation and four times measurement for every sample. The grain size of both powder was in the range of 4.623 um to 583.015 um, arange in 31 classes. The smallest class were the particles with size 4.623 – 5.462 um. The second class having the lowest size 5.462 um, the midle size was 5.96 um, and the highest was 6.453 and so on. The largest class has the smallest size 493.445 um, the midles size 538.23 um, and the largest was 583.015 um. The geometric mean diameter of the Sea Weed from Krakal was 135.667 um, and from Lemah Abang 46.053 um respectively. The Krakal Sea Weed's curve showed that the skewness was 0.839, kurtosis 0.950, and Specific Surface Area was 0.08 m² mL-1, and from Lemah Abang the skewness was 1.921, curtosis 7.133, and the specific surface area was 0.23. The curves of cummulative percentage versus particle sizes showed that the eighth curves were relatively identic and close together, showed that the powder were physically homogen, and may be continued to the chemical analysis."

"ABSTRAKMasjid memiliki arti penting dalam kebudayaan dan peradaban Islam di Indonesia. Masjid Mantingan Jepara merupakan salah satu masjid yang dibangun pada akhir abad XV pada masa kesultanan Demak. Masjid ini memiliki keterkaitan dengan perkembangan kebudayaan Jawa, yang pada masanya dibangun saat masyarakat Jawa masih dominan menganut agama Hindu. Sehingga ketika Islam masuk ke Pulau Jawa, beberapa adaptasi dan perubahan terjadi pada penerapan budaya Jawa dan tercermin dalam arsitektur masjid dan makam. Masjid Mantingan dibangun dengan dilengkapi Kompleks Makam Mantingan dan mengadopsi bentuk, orientasi kosmologi, dan arsitektur Jawa. Tujuan penulisan naskah ini adalah untuk menganalisis elemen-elemen arsitektur Kompleks Masjid dan Makam Mantingan dan memahami hubungan arsitektur Kompleks Masjid dan Makam Mantingan dengan arsitektur budaya Jawa menurut sistem kosmologi dan kepercayaan Jawa. Naskah ini menemukan bahwa adanya kosmologi pada tiap-tiap elemen arsitektur masjid maupun makam saling membentuk sumbu yang menggambarkan aplikasi dari konsep dualitas pada kosmologi secara utuh, sehingga memberikan gambaran adanya suatu proses menerus dalam arsitektur Kompleks Masjid dan Makam Mantingan, Jepara.

ABSTRACTMosque plays a significant role in Islamic culture and civilization in Indonesia, on the Island of Java. The Mantingan Mosque in Jepara, Central Java, is one of the early mosques build at the end of the fifteenth century during the Demak sultanate. This mosque has a close relationship with the development of Islam in Java because during the mosque was built when Javanese people were still dominated with Hinduism. Hence, when Islam come to Java, some adaptation and changes happened to the application of Javanese culture for built environment, and those adaptations were reflected in the architecture of the mosque and the cemetery complex in Mantingan. The mosque was built next to the cemetery complex of Mantingan and adopted forms, cosmological orientation and architecture of Javanese people. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze architectural elements of Mantingan Mosque and Cemetery Complex in order to understand the connection of the architecture of Mantingan Mosque and Cemetery Complex with Javanese cosmology. The finding iof this thesis is that Javanese cosmology plays an important role in the formation of the mosque and cemetery complex through the creation of an axis. Moreover, the axis also relates to the duality concept in Javanese cosmology that shows balance and unity including in the architecture and the development of Mantingan Mosque and Cemetery Complex. "
