"Pembahasan mengenai proses pembaruan ekonomi di Vietnam merupakan sebuah ulasan mengenai pergantian sistem ekonomi sentralistik menuju sistem ekonomi pasar. Proses pembaruan ekonomi yang dikenal dengan sebutan Doi Moi ini dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan di dunia internasional dan nasional Vietnam. Pada perkembangannya, proses pembaruan tersebut telah menghasilkan dampak perubahan terhadap masyarakat Vietnam. Dampak perubahan tersebut ada yang positif, namun ada juga yang negatif. Melalui penelusuran proses pembaruan ekonomi Vietnam ini, kita akan mengetahui pola perubahan bagaimanakah yang dilakukan oleh Vietnam. Selain itu kita juga bisa melihat dinamika yang menyertai proses pembaruan tersebut."

"ABSTRAKPenetapan kebijakan Doi Moi di Vietnam merupakan langkah awal dari Partai Komunis Vietnam untuk menaikkan perekonomian negara. Hal tersebut dilakukan dengan cara mengubah sistem perekonomian sentralistik menjadi desentralistik dan membuka liberalisasi perdagangan. Penerapan Doi Moi tidak hanya berdampak pada sektor ekonomi, namun juga pada sektor kesehatan yang ditunjukan dengan adanya ketidakmerataan akses terhadap layanan kesehatan. Pemerintah selanjutnya mengeluarkan Dekrit 43 Tahun 2006 mengenai otonomisasi badan usaha publik, termasuk rumah sakit. Kebijakan tersebut diharapkan berfungsi sebagai solusi atas permasalan layanan kesehatan pada saat itu. Penulisan ini akan menganalisis implementasi Dekrit 43 tahun 2006 dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif serta teori implementasi kebijakan publik yang digagas oleh Daniel A. Mazmanian dan Paul A. Sabatier. Hasil dari temuan penelitian ini adalah pemberian otonomi tersebut dianggap tidak berhasil karena masih terdapat komersialisasi layanan kesehatan, sehingga menyebabkan ketidakmerataan layanan kesehatan.

ABSTRACTThe implementation of Doi Moi`s policy in Vietnam is the first step of the Communist Party of Vietnam to raise the country`s economy, by transforming the centralized economic system into a decentralized system and opening trade liberalization. The implementation of Doi Moi not only affects the economic sector, but also the health sector as indicated by the inequity of access to the health services. The government subsequently issued Decree 43 of 2006 about the autonomization of public business entities including hospitals. The policy is expected to work as a solution to health care problems at the time. However, after the policy is running, there is still commercialization of health services, so that the implementation of health care policy fails. Based on the problems, this paper will analyze the implementation of Decree 43 of 2006, using a qualitative approach and the theory of public policy implementation created by Daniel A. Mazmanian and Paul A. Sabatier. The finding of this study is that the provision of autonomization towards public health care is unsuccessful. Considering after the implementation of the policy, the commercialization of health services is still there, causing an inequality of health services."

"ABSTRAKSkripsi ini ditulis untuk menjawab pertanyaan mengapa adaptasi sirkulasi patron yang terdapat dalam proses institusionalisasi PKV, dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilannya mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai akuntabilitas dalam prinsip sentralisme demokratik pada kongres yang diselenggarakan pasca- lsquo;doi moi rsquo;? Selain menggunakan sejumlah teori/konsep seperti persistensi negara komunis, akuntabilitas sentralisme demokratik, dan adaptasi sirkulasi patronase di Asia Tenggara post-kolonial, jawaban yang diberikan peneliti atas pertanyaan tersebut didasari pula oleh sejumlah analisis para ahli mengenai sejarah institusionalisasi PKV sejak berdiri. Dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi pada data-data literatur yang digunakan, penelitian kualitatif-historis ini menyimpulkan bahwa: Keberhasilan PKV meng-implementasikan prinsip sentralisme demokratiknya dalam kongres pasca- lsquo;doi moi rsquo; dengan empat indikator, yaitu: 1 Keberadaan skema difusi troika, 2 Penguatan komite sentral, 3 Peningkatan Kompetisi dalam pemilihan anggota CC, serta 4 Adanya rivalitas blok voting dalam CC; disebabkan oleh karena telah beradaptasinya sirkulasi patron dalam tubuh partai yang ditandai oleh: 1 Peningkatan sikap individualisme dan oportunistik di kalangan elit troika Vietnam, 2 Munculnya elit teknokrat dari kalangan patron generasi kedua, 3 Tingginya tuntutan ekonomi dan perlindungan yang lemah bagi kader tingkat bawah, serta 4 Perubahan pola pembangkangan patronase yang dilakukan para kader-pengusaha provinsi.

"Takako Doi merupakan figur perempuan yang berhasil mendapatkan perhatian khusus di dalam dunia perpolitikan Jepang yang mana kebijakan-kebijakan politiknya sangat berbasis kepada budaya patrilineal dan hierarkisme. Doi berhasil mendapatkan predikat penting dalam dunia politik Jepang dengan memihakkan dirinya di bawah nama Partai Sosial Demokrat Jepang (PSDJ) untuk merealisasikan cita-citanya dalam kebebasan kaum perempuan dan persamaan hak di masyarakat Jepang. Dalam artikel ini penulis akan menganalisa politik-politik feminisme dari Takako Doi ketika ia menjabat sebagai pemimpin Partai Sosial Demokrat Jepang (PSDJ). Dalam hal ini penulis akan menggunakan metodologi penulisan deskriptif untuk mengungkapkan kebijakan-kebijakan politik Partai Sosial Demokrat Jepang (PSDJ) di bawah kepemimpinan Takako Doi. Berdasarkan metode penulisan tersebut, artikel ini akan mengungkapkan lebih jelas lagi mengenai perkembangan Doi sebagai politikus feminisme, isu-isu feminisme yang dikampanyekan serta yang diimpikan oleh Takako Doi dan penerapan kebijakan-kebijakan politik feminisme Doi ke dalam masyarakat Jepang.

In this case, the author will use the methodology of descriptive writing to express political SDPJ under the leadership of Doi Takako. Based on that method, this article will reveal more details on the development of Doi as a feminist poltician, the feminist issues which she has campaigned and envisioned, also implementation of Doi?s feminist politics policies towards Japanese society."

"To identify factors affecting satisfaction with service recovery of banking sector and overall satisfaction, together with the effect of customersatisfaction on repurchase intent and word-of-mouth intent in the banking in Vietnam, a survey is conducted on 215 customers.Those respondents, who are buying services from the bank, namely Vietnamese Local Bank (VLB), have experienced in service failure and service recovery in their transaction with VLB, and lived in Ho Chi Minh City. Structural equation model (SEM) is employed to estimate the theoretical model and to test hypotheses. The findings of the study showed that distributive justice positively impact customer satisfaction with service recovery, and overall satisfaction. Satisfaction with recovery has a strong impact on overall satisfaction. Both satisfaction with recovery and overall satisfaction disclose a positive influence on repurchase intent, and only satisfaction with recovery positively affecting word-of-mouth intent."
