"Polutan yang dihasilkan selama siklus hidup konstruksi dapat mengurangi efisiensi ekonomi di sektor konstruksi yang akan membawa banyak kerugian tidak hanya pada lingkungan tetapi juga pada aspek ekonomi. Dengan menerapkan praktik manajemen rantai pasok konstruksi hijau, efisiensi dan produktivitas konstruksi secara keseluruhan dapat ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui tingkat kesadaran, pengetahuan, dan hambatan praktik manajemen rantai pasok konstruksi hijau di Indonesia. Penilaian dilakukan dengan memvalidasi indikator dengan 3 orang ahli di bidang hijau, diikuti dengan melakukan survei pilot, dan survei kuesioner yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Skala Likert kepada 87 stakeholder termasuk konsultan, supplier, dan kontraktor. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesadaran dan pengetahuan para pemangku kepentingan berada pada tingkat yang sangat tinggi, namun ada sedikit kesenjangan di mana tingkat kesadaran lebih tinggi daripada tingkat pengetahuan. Selain itu, penegakan hukum yang tidak memadai, kurangnya konsep hijau dari pemerintah, serta dukungan dan insentif yang tidak memadai dianggap sebagai hambatan kritis dalam praktik manajemen rantai pasokan konstruksi hijau.

The construction industry contributes to various environmental problems, where the main problem is caused by the inefficient construction life cycle. The pollutants produced during the construction life cycle can reduce economic efficiency in the construction sector which will bring many disadvantages not only to the environment but also to economic aspects. By implementing green construction supply chain management practices, the overall construction efficiency and productivity can be increased. Therefore, this study intends to determine the level of awareness, knowledge, and barriers to green construction supply chain management practices in Indonesia from the perspective of stakeholders. The assessment was carried out by validating the indicator with 3 green expertise, followed by conducting pilot survey to ensure the questions are understandable. Finally, the questionnaire survey is done using Likert Scale method to 87 stakeholders in different work sectors including consultant, supplier, and contractor. The result reveals both awareness and knowledge level of the stakeholders is at very high level, nevertheless, there is small gap of results where the awareness level outgrows the knowledge level. Furthermore, the insufficient legal enforcement, lack of government’s green concept, and insufficient support and incentives deemed as the critical barriers in green construction supply chain management practice."
