"Creativity in organizations has become a key topic of organizational research. This work expands on existing research by exploring creativity in the dynamics of social networks. Collective creativity is introduced as a central part of organizational learning and seen as the expression of creativity on the collective level. The research is able to empirically assess creativity in the development of social structures. For the assessment of creativity this work applies a longitudinal study design by combining social network analysis with creativity studies. The approach enables to relate creativity indicators with social network measures. It is based on an empirical study of innovation projects in the automotive industry and thereby extends existing research and theories on creativity, social network dynamics and organizational learning."

Jakarta Creative Hub Program is new method that designed by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government to improve the quality of creative industries business actors, which used co-working space media that potentially causing collaborative relationships with other business actors. This study discusses the implementation of JCH for creative industries business actors. This study used a post positivist approach by making the dimensions of Mazmanian and Sabatier implementation theory (1983) for analyzing. The primary data obtained through field research and interviews, and secondary data obtained from the study literature.
In general, the results of this study show that the application of the JCH as a place to develop creative industry business actors has not been carried out maximally, where at the implementation stage, regulations were used as the basis for the program not yet having a strong legal basis, which is affecting all activities that occurred in JCH. This can be seen from the implementation indicators that have not been fulfilled properly. Therefore, the implementation of the JCH Program is still considered imperfect because it has not implemented a good guidance system as a reference in creating and developing creative industry players in DKI Jakarta.

"This paper addresses the challenges in developing design ideas of learning environment for primary school children that could promote creativity. In particular it illustrates how the boxes as simple three dimensional objects could be constructed into a system that offers various possibilities of utilization for learning activities. The possible arrangements of boxes and the possible utilization of their surfaces were investigated through a series of creative workshop with children, in which they explored different ways of constructing the arrangement of boxes and using them for their activities. The possibilities offered by the arrangement of boxes and their surfaces indicate the importance of understanding the presence of objects in space not as an independent entity but as a part of the whole spatial system. It suggests that learning environment essentially needs to be designed as an integrated system of learning spaces and objects that together could promote creative learning."

Student engagement during online learning has decreased during the COVID-19 pandemic. One of the subjects that is difficult to learn during online learning is Statistics. Statistics is considered difficult for Psychology students because it uses many calculations, even though mastery of statistics is needed to analyze research. Factors such as the lecturer's teaching behavior and students' Self-Regulation strategies can influence student engagement during a Statistics course. The research examines the role of self-regulated learning as a mediator in the relationship between perceptions of creativity fostering teacher behavior and student engagement. Respondents involved in the study were 460 undergraduate Psychology students from various universities in Indonesia. The mediation test was carried out using the RStudio software. The results showed partial mediation through self-regulated learning on the relationship between perceptions of creativity fostering teacher behavior and student engagement. The results of the mediation test also show that the direct effect (0,254) is smaller than the indirect effect (0,349). The mediation test explains that the role of self-regulated learning as a mediator will have more impact on student engagement than without a mediator. Therefore, this study discovered that the role of various actors, such as lecturer behavior to foster creativity is needed to improve student self-regulated learning so that student engagement can run optimally."
