"Kepercayaan diri merupakan aspek psikologis yang sangat penting untuk mendukung keberhasilan performa seorang atlet. Atlet renang Sekolah Ragunan merupakan atlet junior sebagai wadah pembibitan untuk meningkatkan prestasi olahraga. Tesis ini membahas peran pelatihan mental dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri atlet renang Sekolah Ragunan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain penelitian before-after treatment dan jumlah informan tujuh orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan mental berperan untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri atlet renang Sekolah Ragunan. Pelatihan mental relaksasi dan visualisasi dirasakan sebagai latihan mental yang paling berperan untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti menyarankan agar atlet renang Sekolah Ragunan melanjutkan latihan mental yang telah diberikan sampai berdampak positif terhadap performa mereka. Selain itu, dibutuhkan lebih banyak tenaga psikolog olahraga di masa yang akan datang untuk menjalankan program pendidikan dan pelatihan mental di cabang olahraga yang lainnya.

Sport confidence is important psychology?s aspect for athletes to be successful in their performance. SMP/SMA Ragunan? swimmers are junior talent athletes to accelerate in sport champion. This research discuss about the role of mental training in enhancing sport confidence of SMP/SMA Ragunan?s swimmers. This is a qualitative research with before and after design with seven specific informan. The result of this research showed that mental training have actively role in enhancing sport confidence of SMP/SMA Ragunan's swimmers. Relaxation and visualization training plays the best role in enhancing sport confidence. Based on result of this research suggest that Ragunan's swimmers have to continue mental training until they get positive effect in their performance. Besides, sport needs more sport psychologist in the future to give mental training and education programe in another kinds of sport.

Perenang di SMP/SMA Ragunan adalah atlet junior berbakat untuk mempercepat prestasi di bidang olahraga. Penelitian ini meneliti peran pelatihan mental dalam meningkatkan sport confidence perenang SMP/SMA Ragunan ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan mental memiliki peran aktif dalam meningkatkan sport confidence perenang SMP/SMA Ragunan. Relaksasi dan pelatihan visualisasi memainkan peran terbaik dalam meningkatkan sport confidence. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perenang Ragunan ini melanjutkan latihan mental sampai mereka mendapatkan efek positif dalam kineija mereka. Selain itu, bidang olahraga membutuhkan lebih banyak psikolog olahraga di masa depan untuk memberikan pelatihan mental dan program pendidikan di bidang olahraga lainnya."

"ABSTRAK
Tesis ini menganalisis pengaruh integrasi pelatihan keterampilan mental pada fase
persiapan kompetisi terhadap kepercayaan diri atlet taekwondo PPLP DKI Jakarta.
Delapan orang atlet PPLP DKI Jakarta diberikan pelatihan keterampilan mental dan dilakukan pengukuran kepercayaan diri sebelum serta sesudah intervensi, sedangkan lembar penilaian kepercayaan diri diberikan kepada pelatih dan asisten pelatih. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa perlu dilakukan pelatihan keterampilan mental pada fase persiapan; melakukan pelatihan pernafasan, latihan self-talk positif, dan pelatihan imagery sebelum latihan, serta pelatihan pernafasan dan relaksasi setelah latihan.

ABSTRAK
The purpose of this thesees is to analyze the effect of psychological skill training (PST) to enhance self-confidence of PPLP DKI Jakarta taekwondoin athletes in competition preparation phase. Eight athletes, a coach and his asisstant are the participants of this study. Eight taekwondoin athlete were given a PST program, and self-confidence measurement were conducted before and after intervention has completed. The coach and his assistant were asked to give their evaluation by completing Athlete’s Self-Confidence Evaluation Form. This study shows that PST influences self-confidence. The results of this Study also suggests that PST should be integrated in the preparation phase; using breathing technique, positive self-talk, and imagery training before exercise, as well as breathing and relaxation after a training exercise"

"Tesis ini meneliti peranan pelatihan mental dalam menurunkan kecemasan cedera berulang pada atlet putri bola basket yang memiliki riwayat cedera lutut dan atau pergelangan kaki (ankle). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Pelatihan mental terdiri dari empat intervensi, yaitu autogenic relaxation, imagery, self-talk dan social support. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan mental mampu berperan dalam menurunkan tingkat kecemasan cedera berulang pada atlet.

This thesis examines the role of mental training in decreasing the re-injury anxiety in women basketball athletes who had a history of knee injury or ankle injury. This research is approached qualitative and quantitatively. Mental training consists of four interventions, ie autogenic relaxation, imagery, self-talk and social support. Results showed that mental training can play a role in lowering levels of re-injury anxiety in women athletes."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peran pelatihan mental terhadap perceived control of anxiety pada atlet pelajar olahraga atletik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pusat Pendidikan dan Latihan Pelajar Daerah (PPLPD) Kabupaten Bogor dengan partisipan sebanyak 16 atlet pelajar olahraga atletik non teknik. Pelatihan mental yang digunakan adalah pelatihan mental tingkat lanjut, yaitu pelatihan mental yang menggunakan gabungan berbagai pelatihan mental dasar yaitu teknik kognitif tingkah laku melalui goal setting dan self talk, relaksasi otot progresif, konsentrasi, dan imajeri. Perceived control of anxiety diukur dengan Revised Anxiety Control Questionnaire (ACQ-R) yang disusun oleh Brown, White, Forsyth, dan Barlow (2004). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan mental dapat meningkatkan perceived control of anxiety atlet. Secara spesifik, dua dimensi dalam perceived control of anxiety yaitu threat control dan stress control menunjukkan peningkatan setelah diberikan pelatihan mental. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan mental tingkat lanjut dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan seseorang terhadap kemampuannya untuk melakukan penyesuaian secara psikologis terhadap kejadian yang dapat menimbulkan rasa cemas dengan melakukan pengendalian terhadap ancaman yang muncul dan pengendalian terhadap stress.

This research was conducted to examine the role of mental training on perceived control of anxiety among athletic student athletes. This research was conducted at PPLPD Bogor Regency with total participants are 16 non-technique athletic student athletes. Mental training consists of several basic mental training, including goal setting and self talk, progressive muscle relaxation, concentration, and imagery, and called advanced mental training. Perceived control of anxiety was measured with Revised Anxiety Control Questionnaire (ACQ-R) from Brown, White, Forsyth, dan Barlow (2004). Result showed that mental training did play a role in enhancing perceived control of anxiety among athletic student athletes. Specifically, two out of three dimensions of perceived control of anxiety: threat control and stress control showed a significant increase after mental training. This result showed that advanced mental training can enhancing individuals perceived level of control over anxiety and anxiety-related events through threat control and stress control.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran self-regulated learning terhadap student engagement pada siswa atlet di Sekolah Khusus Olahragawan Ragunan DKI Jakarta. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 96 siswa atlet di Sekolah Khusus Olahragawan Ragunan DKI Jakarta yang berada pada jenjang pendidikan SMA dengan rentang usia 15 sampai 18 tahun. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan metode kuantitatif, variabel self-regulated learning diukur dengan Academic Self-Regulated Learning Scale (A-SRL-S) dan variabel student engagement diukur menggunakan Student Engagement Scale (SES). Hasil analisis regresi linear menunjukkan bahwa self-regulated learning (F = 65.417, p < .05) dapat memprediksi student engagement dengan R² = .404 artinya 40% varians skor student engagement dapat dijelaskan oleh self-regulated learning. Hasil penelitian ini memperjelas arah hubungan peran self-regulated learning terhadap student engagement adalah positif. Semakin tinggi skor self-regulated learning yang diperoleh partisipan maka semakin tinggi juga skor student engagement partisipan.

This study aims to examine the role of self-regulated learning on student engagement in student athletes at the Ragunan Special School for Athletes, Jakarta, Indonesia. The participants of this study were 96 high school level student athletes at the Special School for Athletes in Ragunan, Jakarta, Indonesia with an age range of 15 to 18 years. The data obtained were processed using quantitative methods, self-regulated learning variables were measured using the Academic Self-Regulated Learning Scale (A-SRL-S) and student engagement variables were measured using the Student Engagement Scale (SES). The results from the linear regression analysis showed that self-regulated learning (F = 65,417, p < .05) could predict student engagement with R² = .404, meaning that 40% of the variance in student engagement scores could be explained by self-regulated learning. The results of this study clarify that the relationship between the role of self-regulated learning and student engagement is positive. The higher the self-regulated learning score obtained by the participants, the higher the participant's student engagement score."

Strategi Self-Regulated Learning terbukti memiliki dampak positif di berbagai aspek. Kualitas proaktif siswa dalam Self-Regulated Learning salah satunya berasal dari keyakinan motivasional. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran motivasi intrinsik dalam memprediksi Self-Regulated Learning siswa atlet di SKO Ragunan DKI Jakarta. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 86 siswa atlet SKO Ragunan DKI Jakarta dengan usia maksimal 19 tahun. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Skala Motivasi Intrinsik dan Academic Self-Regulated Learning Scale (A-SRL-S). Hasil analisis regresi linear menunjukkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik (F = 46.5, p < .05) dapat memprediksi Self-Regulated Learning dengan R² = .356, yang artinya 35% varians skor Self-Regulated Learning dapat dijelaskan oleh motivasi intrinsik. Hasil penelitian ini memperjelas arah hubungan kedua variabel tersebut, yang mana motivasi intrinsik berperan secara signifikan dalam memprediksi kemunculan Self-Regulated Learning pada siswa atlet.

In order to fulfilling dual responsibilities as student-athletes, learning strategies are needed that can maximize academic aspects. Self-Regulated Learning strategy is proven to have a positive impact in various aspects. One of the proactive qualities of students in Self-Regulated Learning comes from motivational beliefs. Therefore, this study aims to examine the role of intrinsic motivation in predicting Self-Regulated Learning of student athletes at SKO Ragunan DKI Jakarta. The participants of this study were 86 students of SKO Ragunan DKI Jakarta athletes with a maximum age of 19 years. The research instrument used is the Skala Motivasi Intrinsik and Academic Self-Regulated Learning Scale (A-SRL-S). The results of linear regression analysis show that intrinsic motivation (F = 46.5, p < .05) can predict Self-Regulated Learning with R² = .356, which means that 35% of the variance of Self-Regulated Learning scores can be explained by intrinsic motivation. The results of this study clarify the direction of the relationship between the two variables, in which intrinsic motivation significantly predicted the emergence of Self-Regulated Learning in student athletes."

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang faktor ekternal dan internal yang berhubungan dengan kecenderungan penyimpangan perilaku makan pada atlet wanita di SMP/SMA Negeri Ragunan (Khusus Olahragawan). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan disain cross sectional. Hasil penelitian yaitu 50% atlet wanita mengalami kecenderungan penyimpangan perilaku makan terdiri dari 1,2% anoreksia nervosa, 4,9% bulimia nervosa, dan 43,9% EDNOS. Lalu, hanya faktor internal seperti perilaku diet, citra tubuh, dan kepercayaan diri yang mempunyai hubungan signifikan dengan kecenderungan penyimpangan perilaku makan. Peneliti menyarankan kepada pihak sekolah untuk menyebarluaskan informasi mengenai penyimpangan perilaku makan melalui kurikulum pendidikan, penyuluhan, seminar, dan bekerjasama dengan tenaga kesehatan, psikolog, dan pelatih.

The focus of this study is external and internal factor relating to eating disorder of the female athletes in SMP/SMA Negeri, Ragunan (High School Athlete). The research in quantitative with cross-sectional design. The result is 50% female athletes have eating disorder such as 1,2% anoreksia nervosa, 4,9% bulimia nervosa, and 43,9% EDNOS. And than internal factor as diit behaviour, body image, confidence related to significant with eating disorder. The researcher suggests that school should give infomation about eating disorder by education curriculum, workshop and cooperate to team medic, psychologist, and coach/trainer athletic."
