"Infrastuktur transportasi dan mobilisasi di Jakarta sedang melalui masa transisi. Fenomena tersebut muncul sebagai respon atas buruknya kualitas lingkungan sebagai hasil dari pengembangan kota berbasis kendaraan pribadi. Pembangunan infrastruktur transportasi publik seperti MRT, LRT, KRL, dan BRT menjadi batu-batu loncatan perubahan yang ada. Untuk mendukung transformasi tersebut, dibutuhkan perancangan Kawasan Berorientasi Transit secara holistik sebagai wujud integrasi moda-moda transportasi yang ada. Harmoni Transit Hub merupakan sebuah proposal desain proyek percontohan berupa transit hub/titik transit yang mengitegrasikan moda MRT dan BRT ke dalam sebuah KBT yang mengedepankan prinsip keberlanjutan. Realisasi proyek kunci ini akan menjadi pemicu pengembangan bangunan-bangunan pendukung lainya dalam KBT Harmoni di masa depan.

Public transportation infrastructures in Jakarta are undergoing a transformation. This occurence is a response to the poor environmental quality caused by car-oriented city planning. The construction of public transportation infrastructures such as MRT, LRT, KRL, and BRT serves as important milestones for the existing changes. Transit Oriented Development (TOD) is a holistic approach required to integrate the different kinds of transportation modes. Harmoni Transit Hub is a key project proposal which integrates MRT and BRT within a TOD area that prioritizes sustainability principles. The realization of this key project will serve as a catalyst for the development of other supporting structures within the future Harmoni TOD area."

"Laporan tugas akhir ini menjelaskan proses perancangan dari bangunan Harmoni Transit Headquarter. Fungsi bangunan ini adalah sebagai kantor sewa yang diperuntukkan bagi perusahaan rintisan yang juga terintegrasi dengan stasiun transit MRT Harmoni dan area-area komersial. Tujuan dari bangunan ini adalah untuk mengakomodasi kegiatan publik yang akan mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan adanya area komersial pada bangunan dan untuk memfasilitasi kebutuhan publik dengan adanya area ruang publik. Proses perancangan dilakukan melalui metode real-time decisions dengan analisis pada solar study dan illuminance study yang mempengaruhi desain bangunan, serta penggunaan material pada fasad bangunan untuk secondary skin merupakan material yang ramah lingkungan sehingga konsep desain pada bangunan merupakan desain responsif yang memperhatikan lingkungan sekitar.

This writing describes the design process of Harmoni Transit Headquarter. This building function is tenant office for the startup companies which also integrated with Harmoni MRT transit station and commercial areas. The goal of this building is to accommodate public activities that will support the economic growth with its commercial space and to facilitate public needs with the public space area. The process of the design is came through the method of real-time decisions with solar study and illuminance study analysis that affect the design of the building, and also the material use on the building façade for the secondary skin is environmentally friendly material so the design concept is to be responsive design that pays attention to the environment."

"Background: The diagnosis and treatment of chronic diarrhea is sometimes difficult. Orocaecal transit time may explained some pathogenesis mechanism in chronic diarrhea.Materials & Methods: Twenty six chronic diarrhea patients and 35 normal adult subjects were included in this study. After fasting for at least 10 hours, subjects were asked to drink 20 ml (13.3 g) lactulose, then performed the breath hydrogen test. If there were an increment of H2 concentration 10 ppm in '/2 -1 hour, the subject was considered as rapid transit time, ff an increment of H2 concentration 10 ppm in 1 - 2 hour, the subject was considered as normal transit time. If an increment of H2 concentration 10 ppm in 2 - 3 hour,the subject was considered as delayed transit timeResults: In the chronic diarrhea group, 10 (38.4%) had rapid OCTT, 15 (57.6%) had normal OCTT and only 1 (4%) had delayed OCTT. In the normal adults group, 2 (5.7%) had rapid OCTT, 22 (62.9%) had normal OCTT and 11 (31.4%) had delayed OCTT. The difference was statistically significant (p < 0.001). The mean value of OCTT in chronic diarrhea and normal adults were 84.23 ± 39.82 min vs. 114.00 ± 51.35 min (p = 0.027).Conclusions: The rapid OCTT was more likely to be found in the chronic diarrhea patients compare to normal adults significantly. The mean OCTT in chronic diarrhea was shorter than the mean OCTT in normal adults."
