"Data aktivitas pembelajaran seperti pada learning management system dapat digunakan untuk memantau kegiatan belajar. Penyajian data kegiatan pembelajaran secara real-time membantu pengambilan keputusan yang lebih cepat. Penelitian ini merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem real-time change data capture menggunakan write-ahead logging dan distributed stream processing untuk learning analytics di Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Indonesia (Fasilkom UI). Data yang disajikan berasal dari learning management system dan sistem presensi berbasis smart card. Dengan real-time change data capture menggunakan Debezium, data dapat disajikan secara real-time dan ringan dalam membebani sistem sumber data. Sistem menggunakan Apache Kafka sebagai message queue dan Apache Flink untuk melakukan distributed stream processing. Data disajikan dalam dashboard visualisasi menggunakan Grafana. Aktivitas pembelajaran yang disajikan secara real-time pada dashboard dapat digunakan untuk melihat pola kegiatan belajar mahasiswa dan membantu pengambilan keputusan.
Learning activity data such as the learning management system can be used to monitor learning activities. Presentation of learning activity data in real time helps faster decision making. This research design and implement a real-time data capture change system using write-ahead logging and distributed stream processing for learning analytics at the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Indonesia (Fasilkom UI). Data comes from learning management systems and presence-based systems smart card. With real-time change data capture using Debezium, data can be presented in real-time while not overloading the data sources. The system uses Apache Kafka as a message queue and Apache Flink to do distributed stream processing. Data is presented in a visualization dashboard using Grafana. Learning activities data that are presented on the real-time dashboard can be used to see patterns of student learning activities and assist decision making."

"Kelancaran sistem pembayaran memegang peran penting dalam perekonomian. Salah satu instrumen sistem pembayaran yang memiliki porsi terbesar adalah BI- RTGS. Karena itu,skripsi ini dibuat untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan sistem pembayaran di Indonesia, khususnya tanggung jawab bank umum terhadap nasabah dalam BI-RTGS dengan kaitannya terhadap kesiapan bank dalam menciptakan sistem pembayaran yang handal. Mengangkat masalah mengenai peran perbankan dalam sistem pembayaran menurut ketentuan perundang- undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia dan tanggung jawab hukum bank umum dalam aktifitas RTGS, menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa masih banyak bank umum yang belum melaksanakan tanggung jawab hukum dalam melakukan ganti kerugian kepada nasabah.
The smooth operation of payment system is essential in economy. BI-RTGS is part of payment system that plays a big role in Indonesian economy. This study aim is to understand the implementation of payment system in Indonesia, particularly in bank?s responsibility in BI-RTGS and to understand Indonesian bank?s capability and readiness in creating a reliable payment system. This study discussed about bank?s role in payment system based on Indonesian Law and bank?s law responsibility in RTGS using literature method. This study found that many banks have not implementing the obligation about providing compensation yet, even though the obligation about compensation already assigned by law."

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai kesesuaian pelaksanaan audit pada BI-RTGS di PT X terhadap standar audit Standar Pelaksanaan Fungsi Audit Intern Bank, yang selanjutnya disebut SPFAIB, dan COBIT for Assurance. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melakukan perbandingan antara assurance step pelaksanaan audit pada BI-RTGS di PT X terhadap standar audit SPFAIB dan COBIT for Assurance, sehingga dapat dinilai kesesuaiannya dan ketidaksesuainnya dan dianalisis alternatif perlakuannya apabila tidak sesuai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data melaui kuisioner dan wawancara langsung ke PT X dan studi literatur terkait.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan audit pada BI-RTGS di PT X terhadap standar audit SPFAIB sesuai sebesar 94 persen dan COBIT for Assurance sesuai sebesar 89 persen. Walaupun begitu, masih terdapat sejumlah kecil assurance step yang tidak sesuai dengan pelaksanaan audit pada BI-RTGS di PT X, yang masih perlu disesuaikan dan memiliki risiko yang berdampak signifikan pada teknologi informasi dan pengendalian internal teknologi informasi, bahkan juga terhadap operasional bisnis PT X.
This research discusses about the analysis of audit practices compatibility on BI RTGS in PT X towards SPFAIB and CobiT for Assurance Audit Standards. Researcher used the method of comparison between assurance step of audit on BI RTGS in Company X towards SPFAIB and COBIT for Assurance audit standards, therefore researcher can valued the compatibility or the incompatibility then to analyze the alternative of application if any inconformity existed. This research was done by gathering data from questionnaire, direct interview to Company X, and in depth literature study.The result of the research suggests that the audit processes of BI RTGS at Company X are 94 percent compatible with SPFAIB and 89 percent compatible with COBIT for Assurance. Despite the aforementioned result, there are still limited assurance steps which are not compatible with the audit process of BI RTGS at Company X. Thus, further alignments are needed. Also, researchers believe some misalignment could cause significant risk to the information technology and internal control of IT. Furthermore, it bears business risk to PT X."

"Skripsi ini dibuat untuk mengenali suatu jenis kawanan ikan berdasarkan perubahan fase dengan menganalisis perubahan fase dari gelombang yang dipantulkan oleh gerakan kawanan ikan secara real-time. Gelombang yang diterima dari hasil pantulan tersebut akan dikenali dengan metoda Hidden Markov Model (HMM) yang telah diprogram di dalam perangkat lunak Matlab. Perubahan fase pada masing-masing kelompok ikan disebabkan oleh perbedaan pada bentuk dan bahan permukaan ikan, kecepatan ikan, serta formasi susunan ikan dalam suatu kelompok yang strukturnya mengikuti gerakan schooling suatu kawanan ikan. Dimana setiap ikan memiliki karakteristik yang unik.
This thesis was made to recognize the kind of fishes from their phase changing by analyzing phase changing of the reflected waves that received from the fishes movement in real-time. The reflected waves was recognized using the Hidden Markov Model which was programmed in Matlab software. Phase changing in the group of fishes was caused by the difference of the fish form, the surface of the fish, the speed of the fish movement, also the formation of fish in a group that make a schooling movement. Because of that, many group of fishes could have unique characteristic."

Latar Belakang: Uveitis infeksi di Indonesia berkisar antara 30-60% dari total kasus uveitis. Identifikasi patogen etiologi infeksi sangat penting agar dapat diberikan terapi antimikroba yang sesuai dengan segera sehingga komplikasi kebutaan dapat diminimalisir. Dewasa ini, perkembangan teknologi biologi molekuler menggunakan metode Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) untuk deteksi uveitis infeksi sedang berkembang pesat. Tujuan: Melakukan uji validasi diagnostik pada metode PCR Multiplex dibandingkan dengan metode PCR Tunggal. Metodologi: Uji diagnostik untuk menentukan sensitivitas dan spesifisitas dari alat Real-Time PCR Multiplex terhadap PCR Tunggal dari spesimen cairan intraokular humor akuos yang diambil dari parasentesis bilik mata depan. Dilakukan pemeriksaan PCR terhadap patogen Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M.tuberculosis), Toxoplasma gondii (T.gondii), Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV), Varicella Zoster Virus (VZV), Cytomegalovirus, dan Treponema pallidum. Hasil: Dilakukan analisis uji diagnostik pada 46 subjek penelitian. Didapatkan hasil sensitivitas sebesar 57.14% dan spesifisitas sebesar 100%. Positivity rate terbanyak didapatkan untuk patogen VZV (n=4), dan tidak didapatkan hasil positif terhadap deteksi patogen M.tuberculosis. Patogen T.pallidum berhasil dideteksi sebanyak 4.34% (n=2) oleh PCR Multiplex. Kesimpulan: Metode PCR Multiplex pada penelitian ini memiliki sensitivitas yang rendah dengan spesifisitas yang tinggi. Hasil positif pada PCR Multiplex dapat bermanfaat untuk mendiagnosis pasien dengan uveitis infeksi.
Background: In Indonesia, infectious uveitis represents 30-60% of the country’s total uveitis cases. The identification of etiological pathogens is imperative to immediately select and administer the appropriate antimicrobial therapy in infectious uveitis, thereby complications of blindness can be minimized. Currently, the development of molecular biology technology using the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) method for detection of infectious uveitis pathogens is growing rapidly. Objective: To compare the diagnostic validation test results of the Multiplex PCR method and Single PCR method. Method: Diagnostic test to determine the sensitivity and specificity of the Multiplex Real-Time PCR device against the Single PCR of aqueous humor intraocular fluid specimens taken from anterior chamber paracentesis. PCR examinations were carried out to identify the pathogens of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M.tuberculosis), Toxoplasma gondii (T.gondii), Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV), Varicella Zoster Virus (VZV), Cytomegalovirus, dan Treponema pallidum. Result: A diagnostic test analysis was performed on 46 study subjects. The results obtained 57.14% sensitivity and 100% specificity. Highest positivity rate was obtained for VZV pathogens, while positive results were not obtained for M.tuberculosis. There were 4.34% of subjects (n = 2) of T. pallidum were detected by PCR Multiplex. Conclusion: The PCR Multiplex method in this study has low sensitivity with high specificity. A positive result on Multiplex PCR can be useful for diagnosing patients with infectious uveitis."Lengkap +
