Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan Assessment Awal dalamkegiatan sosial kemanusiaan, kemudian menggambarkan faktor pendorong danpenghambat dari Assessment Awal tersebut. ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengandesain diskriptif.
