"E-letter merupakan aplikasi berbasis web yang digunakan untuk kegiatan korespondensi yang memberikan kemudahan dalam efisiensi waktu kegiatan surat menyurat perusahaan sekaligus memicu pro dan kontra diantara pengguna dalam implementasinya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi E-letter berlangsung dalam korespondensi perusahaan di tengah kemunculan pro dan kontra antara pengguna selama melaksanakan korespondensi bisnis melahirkan berbagai pemaknaan terhadap E-letter yang terus bertahan dalam mendukung tercapainya tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa implementasi E-letter di PTX X memunculkan berbagai perspektif pengguna yang berbeda-beda namun implementasi e-letter terus dimanfaatkan. Implementasa e-letter memberikan kemudahan dan ketepatan dalam korespondensi dimulai dari pembuatan dan distribusi surat kedinasan sampai proses temu kembali informasi dan penyimpanan. Sistem ini meminimalisir penyalahgunaan surat kedinasan karena memiliki sistem keamanan yang mana hanya pegawai yang sudah terdaftar yang dapat mengakses sistem tersebut.

E-letter is a application based on web that is used for correspondence activities that provide convenience in time efficiency of corporate correspondence activities as well as triggering pros and cons among users in its implementation. The purpose of this study is to identify E-letters that take place in corporate correspondence in the midst of the emergence of pros and cons between users while carrying out business correspondence, giving rise to various meanings of E-letters that continue to survive in supporting the achievement of organizational goals.This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the E-letter at PT X raises various user perspectives, but the implementation of the e-letter continues to be utilized. The implementation of e-letters provides convenience and accuracy in correspondence starting from the creation and distribution of official letters to the process of information retrieval and storage. This system minimizes the misuse of official letters because it has a security system where only registered employees can access the system."
