"Di dalam tesis ini menggambarkan proses Business Coaching yang dilaksanakan di Usaha Mikrot Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Shine Icon Mora Craft untuk mengembangkan desain kemasan dan Akun Instagram. Dalam rangka mendapatkan insight tentang ide desain kemaan dan akun Instagram yang efektif, metode survey dan wawancara mendalam (in-depht interview) dilakukan dalam penelitian ini. Dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemasan tambahan dibutuhkan untuk melindungi produk yang mudah pecah. Sedangkan untuk pengembangan akun Instagram, disarankan menggunakan foto secara visual. Proses business coaching dapat lebih lanjut dikembangkan untuk mendukung bisnis secara optimal.

This article describes the business coaching process carried out at the Shine Icon Mora Craft SMEs (Small Medium Enterprise) to develop packaging design and Instagram account. In order to get an insight into the packaging development ideas and effectiveness of the Instagram account, surveys and in-depth interview methods were used in this study. The study shows that in terms of packaging, additional protection is necessary to protect the fragile product. As for Instagram account development, it is recommended for the SME to use visual photos. The business coaching process in SMEs can be further developed to support the business optimally"
