Takeda Indonesia dan dapat memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai peran dan tugas apoteker di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Rekualifikasi Kinerja Climatic Chamber di Laboratorium QC PT. Takeda Indonesia. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti terdokumentasi bahwa climatic chamber dalam kondisi baik dan dapat dioperasikan sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang telah ditetapkan.

Special task given Requalification entitled Climatic Chamber Performance in the Laboratory QC PT. Takeda Indonesia. This particular assignment aims to provide documented proof that climatic chamber in good condition and can be operated in accordance with established specifications."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Rumah Sakit Kanker “Dharmais” bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami peran dan fungsi Apoteker serta mengetahui kegiatan kefarmasian di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Kanker “Dharmais” dan untuk mengetahui kegiatan yang dilakukan di instalasi/unit penunjang di Rumah Sakit Kanker “Dharmais”, yaitu Instalasi Sterilisasi Sentral dan Binatu, Bidang Rekam Medik, dan Instalasi Kesehatan Lingkungan. Sedangkan tujuan dari tugas khusus adalah untuk mengetahui persentase penggunaan obat saluran cerna dan golongan analgesik di Rumah Sakit Kanker “Dharmais” (RSKD) periode Januari – Februari tahun 2012 berdasarkan Formularium RSKD 2011.

The aims of Pharmacist Internship Program at Rumah Sakit Kanker Dharmais (RSKD) are to identify and understand the role and functions of pharmacists and to know pharmacy activities in Installation of Pharmacy RSKD and to know the activities which carried out in the supporting installation / unit at RSKD, i.e. Central Sterile Supply Department, Medical Records, and Installation of Environmental Health. While, the purpose of the special task is to find out the percentage of the use of gastrointestinal and analgesic medications classes at Cancer Hospital "Dharmais" (RSKD) in the period January-February 2012 based formulary RSKD 2011."

Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul simulasi pengambilan keputusan menggunakan analitical hierarchy process (AHP) dalam continues improvement produksi emulsi Z di PT Galenium Pharmasia Laboatories. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa dapat memahami penerapan AHP dalam proses pengambilan keputusan dan mengaplikasikan dalam menentukan urutan prioritas alternatif yang akan dipilih dalam perbaikan proses produksi emulsi Z di PT Galenium Pharmasia Laboratories.

The title of a special task in Apotek Rini is Prescribing Studies about Sitikolin Period November 2012 at the Apotek Rini. Special task given Circulation Process of Artwork and Evaluation Procedure of Periodic Product Review (PPR). This particular assignment aims to knowing and learning process of artwork and periodic product review."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo. Kegiatan PKPA ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa profesi apoteker memahami tugas beserta fungsi instalasi farmasi, pelaksanaan pelayanan kefarmasian, dan peran apoteker di rumah sakit. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berupa penyusunan buku saku untuk pasien Tuberkulosis sebagai media pelayanan informasi obat. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk menyusun buku saku sebagai media pelayanan informasi obat secara aktif di RSUPN Dr Ciptomangunkusumo dengan sasaran pasien Tuberkulosis (TB) yang bertujuan meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien dalam terapi TB.
