Pendidikan kewirausahaan yang diberikan pada mahasiswa Ekstensi jurusan Manajemen Bisnis dan Manajemen Small Medium Entreprise dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap intensi wirausaha mahasiswanya lewat terlebih dahulu mempengaruhi sikap positif mahasiswa terhadap kewirausahaan dan meningkatkan kontrol perilaku kewirausahaan.

The focus of this study is to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial education to entrepreneurial intentions among Management of Business and Management of Small Medium Entreprise's extension students who get the entrepreneurial educations on their studies. "Pentingnya pekerja migran bagi perekonomian Indonesia dapat dilihat dari banyaknya remitansi yang diberikan oleh mereka selama bekerja di luar negeri. Namun, ketika mereka kembali ke Indonesia, sangat sedikit yang menggunakan pendapatan mereka saat bekerja di luar negeri untuk memulai bisnis di kampung halaman mereka. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis pengaruh yang paling signifikan bagi pekerja migran pasca kerja untuk mulai berwirausaha di kampung halamannya. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh opportunity recognition dan entrepreneurial self-efficacy terhadap intensi berwirausaha para mantan pekerja migran Indonesia. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengkaji peran moderasi subjective norms dan perceived behavioral control terhadap hubungan antara opportunity recognition, entrepreneurial self-efficacy dan intensi berwirausaha. Data dikumpulkan dari 302 responden para mantan pekerja migran Indonesia yang tinggal di Nusa Tenggara Barat dan Nusa Tenggara Timur pada Juni 2020. Analisis regresi hierarki digunakan untuk menguji efek moderasi dan hipotesis yang diajukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa opportunity recognition berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap niat berwirausaha, tetapi entrepreneurial self-efficacy tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat berwirausaha. Di sisi lain, subjective norms memiliki pengaruh terhadap hubungan antara opportunity recognition dan intensi berwirausaha. namun tidak untuk entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Sedangkan perceived behavioral control tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap hubungan antaraopportunity recognition, entrepreneurial self-efficacy dan intensi berwirausaha.

The importance of migrant workers to the Indonesian economy can be seen from the number of remittances given by them while working abroad. Still, when they return to Indonesia, very few use their income while working abroad to start a business in their hometown. This study will analyze the most significant influences for post migrant workers to start becoming entrepreneurs in their hometowns. To investigate the impact opportunity recognition and entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention of former Indonesian migrant worker. This paper also examines the moderating role of subjective norms and perceived behavioral control. Data were collected from 302 respondents of post Indonesian migrant worker at West Nusa Tenggara and East Nusa Tenggara in June 2020. Hierarchical regression analysis was used to test the moderating effect and the proposed hypotheses using SPSS software. The result showed that opportunity recognition show a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial intention, but entrepreneurial self-efficacy does not show a impact on entrepreneurial intention. On the other hand, subjective norms have an influence on the relationship between opportunity recognition and entrepreneurial intentions. but not for entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Meanwhile, perceived behavioral control has no effect on the relationship between opportunity recognition, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intentions."

"Entrepreneurial intention merupakan langkah awal dalam menciptakan lapangan kerja baru, mendorong inovasi, memperkuat ekonomi, dan menciptakan nilai tambah bagi masyarakat serta meningkatkan daya saing suatu negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh university support dan university climate terhadap entrepreneurial intention mahasiswa di Universitas Indonesia dan Universitas Bina Nusantara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada lebih dari 300 mahasiswa dan kuesioner yang terisi sebanyak 300 responden. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan menggunakan Software IBM SPSS Statistics 26 dan SmartPLS 4 untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel-variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa university support tidak mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap entrepreneurial intention, namun university climate memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap entrepreneurial intention mahasiswa. Selain itu, university climate juga ditemukan memediasi hubungan antara university support dengan entrepreneurial intention mahasiswa. Implikasi manajerial dari temuan ini adalah bahwa universitas perlu mengembangkan programprogram dan kebijakan-kebijakan yang mendukung pengembangan entrepreneurial intention mahasiswa dan menciptakan university climate yang positif di lingkungan kampus.

Entrepreneurial intention is the first step in creating new jobs, encouraging innovation, strengthening the economy, and creating added value for society and increasing a country's competitiveness. This research aims to analyze the influence of university support and university climate on student entrepreneurial intention at the University of Indonesia and Bina Nusantara University. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting data through questionnaires given to more than 300 students and questionnaires filled out by 300 respondents. The collected data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 26 and SmartPLS 4 software to test the relationship between the variables studied. The research results showed that university support did not significantly influence entrepreneurialism. intention, but the university climate has a positive and significant influence on students' entrepreneurial intention. Apart from that, university climate was also found to mediate the relationship between university support and students' entrepreneurial intention. The managerial implication of these findings is that universities need to develop programs and policies that support the development of student entrepreneurial intention and create a positive university climate in the campus environment."

"Kewirausahaan dipercaya sebagai kekuatan penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi global yang menciptakan usaha baru dan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan sebagai salah satu solusi untuk masalah pengangguran. Sedangkan pendidikan kewirausahaan merupakan komponen penting dari bisnis pendidikan sekolah yang telah terbukti memberikan stimulus bagi individu dalam membuat dan atau mempertimbangkan wirausaha sebagai pilihan karir sehingga meningkatkan penciptaan usaha baru dan pertumbuhan ekonomi.
Penelitian ini didesain untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan sebelumnya berkontribusi pada niat kewirausahaan mahasiswa dengan pendekatan dari integrasi dua teori yaitu Theory of Entrepreneurial Event (Shapero and Sokol, 1982) dan Theory of Planned Behaviour ( Ajzen, 1991) yang memiliki tiga konstruksi pusat ? Perceived Desirability of Self Employment, Perceived Feasibility of Entrepreneurship , dan Entrepreneurship Intention.
Penelitian dilakukan dengan sampel 71 responden mahasiswa PE FE UI. Survey dilakukan secara online selama bulan Mei - Juni 2012. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis multivariate dengan metode Partial Least Square. Dan hasil analisis diperoleh hasil bahwa Entrepreneurial Education memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention.

Entrepreneurship is believed to be an important force in global economic growth that creates new businesses and economic growth, and as one solution to the problem of unemployment. While entrepreneurship education is an important component of business school education has been shown to provide stimulus for the individual in making or considering entrepreneurship as a career choice that enhances the creation of new businesses and economic growth.
This study was designed to see how the influence of the earlier entrepreneurial education contributed to the entrepreneurial intentions of students with the approach of integration of the two theories : Theory of Entrepreneurial Event (Shapero and Sokol, 1982) and Theory of Planned Behaviour (Ajzen, 1991) which has three central constructs - Perceived Desirability of Self Employment, Perceived Feasibility of Entrepreneurship, and Entrepreneurship Intention.
The study was conducted with a sample of 71 respondents of PE FE UI students. The survey was conducted online during the month of May-June 2012. Data analysis methods used are the multivariate analysis by Partial Least Square method. And analytical results obtained results that Entrepreneurial Education has a significant positive effect on Entrepreneurial Intention.

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pengaruh beberapa faktor-faktor Internal seorang wirausahawan dan faktor eksternalnya terhadap manifestasi kewirausahaan oleh UMKM. Dinamika kewirausahaan adalah kunci untuk inovasi dan pertumbuhan perekonomian, oleh karena itu pengembangan wirausaha baru di Indonesia menjadi keniscayaan untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan daya dukung perekonomian nasional. Hasil penelitian studi kasus pada UMKM yang tergabung dalam Perkumpulan Bisnis Tangan Diatas (TDA) diwilayah bekasi membuktikan bahwa faktor internal dan faktor eksternal seorang wirausahawan merupakan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap manifestasi/ perwujudan kewirausahaan oleh para pelaku UMKM tersebut. Terdapat beberapa hal penting yang perlu diperhatikan agar manifestasi kewirausahaan oleh UMKM dapat lebih maksimal seperti pelatihan, sosialisasi dan bantuan finansial atau infrastruktur.

This thesis discusses the influence Internal and external factor of an entrepreneur to the manifestation of entrepreneurship by SMEs. The dynamics of entrepreneurship is the key to innovation and economic growth, therefore the development of new entrepreneurs in Indonesia becomes a necessity to improve the competitiveness and the carrying capacity of the national economy. The results of case studies on SMEs belonging to the Business Society of Tangan Diatas (TDA) for Bekasi region proves that the internal factor and external factor of an entrepreneur are all factors which significantly influence the manifestation / embodiment of entrepreneurship by the entrepreneur of these SMEs. There are some important things to note that the manifestation of entrepreneurship by SMEs can be more optimally, such as training, dissemination and financial assistance or infrastructure."

"Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pengaruh entrepreneurial orientation terhadap kemampuan pembelajaran strategi dan kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian juga menginvestigasi lebih lanjut pengaruh dimensi respon pasar dalam meningkatkan hubungan entrepreneurial orientation terhadap kemampuan pembelajaran strategi dan kinerja perusahaan, termasuk mengkaji dan menguji pengaruh pembelajaran strategi terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Seperti yang telah diungkapkan oleh banyak penelitian, kinerja perusahaan sangat penting untuk bertahan hidup dan pembelajaran strategi sebagai sarana untuk beradaptasi dengan lingkungan (pesaing, pelanggan, ataupun trend pasar). Menanggapi hal tersebut penelitian ini dilakukan di lingkungan Industri Layanan Komputer dan Peranti Lunak dengan mengambil 126 sampel perusahaan kecil-menengah di Jakarta.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa entrepreneurial orientation secara positif mempengaruhi kemampuan pembelajaran strategi tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini mendukung bahwa entrepreneurial orientation memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja perusahaan, yang dimediasikan oleh dimensi respon pasar tetapi tidak ditemukan bukti empiris bahwa pembelajaran strategi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa perusahaan yang menerapkan enterpreneurial orientation dan responsif terhadap pasar akan dapat terus adaptif dengan lingkungan dan dapat meningkatkan kinerja.

This research mainly investigates the influence of entrepreneurial orientation to firm performance and strategic learning capability. It also further analyzes the impact of market responsiveness to firm's strategic learning capability and performance, and tests whether strategic learning has an impact on performance or not. Previous study argued, that achieving higher performance is needed in order to survive, to generate competitive strategy, and to adapt to surrounding environment (competitors, customers, market trends). This research was carried by using 126 samples of small- to medium-sized firms located in Jakarta, from Computer Services and Software Industry.
The research result shows that entrepreneurial orientation influence significantly to firm's strategic learning capability. It also supports empirically that entrepreneurial orientation is not directly affecting firm performance moreover this research didn't find any empirical evidence that shows whether strategic learning has an impact to firm's performance. This research underlines the importance of market responsiveness in order to enhance entrepreneurial orientation in order to achieve firm performance and strategic learning capability. Furthermore it can be concluded, a firm that implements entrepreneurial orientation and be responsive to market enjoys higher benefit such as be able to survive and to adapt to the fast-changing, unpredictable, and high competitive environment.

"ABSTRAK
The aim of this research is to identify factors that influence entrepreneurial intention of college students. The analysis model includes attitude factors and contextual factors. The number of samples exerted for this analysis amounted 73 students from Accounting Department at Faculty of Economic at Universitas HKBP Nommensen whom taken entrepreneurship class. This research using a purposive sampling technique. The data was collected by using questioneire with Likert Scale standard of measurement, where the data earlier had tested by using the validity test and reliability test on 30 samples. The results of ttest show a significant effect of perceived confidence on the entrepreneurial intention of students. Likewise, this research also indicates the role of the contextual factor : social support in determining the entrepreneurial intentions of students."

"Entrepreneur dengan passion dianggap lebih sukses dibandingkan yang tidak memilikinya (Baum & Locke, 2004; Cardon, Zietsma, Saparito, Matherne, & Davis, 2005; Moses, 2001). Dengan adanya passion dapat memberikan individu rasa senang dan kesanggupan untuk melakukan sesuatu yang mereka sukai secara sepenuh hati. Dengan adanya entrepreneurial passion, entrepreneur dapat menghadapi kesulitan-kesulitan yang mereka temukan selama menjalani bisnis (Bird, 1969). Dengan entrepreneurial passion tersebut dapat mengantarkan mereka untuk bisa mempertahankan bisnisnya dalam jangka panjang. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh dari entrepreneurial passion terhadap entrepreneurial behavior. Entrepreneurial passion (EP) akan diukur melalui dimensi EP for inventing, EP for founding, dan EP for developing. Lalu, entrepreneurial behavior akan diukur menggunakan dimensi business planning, financing the new firm, dan interaction with the external environment. Total responden valid yang didapatkan berjumlah 107 responden dengan kriteria mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia berstatus aktif dan sedang memiliki bisnis saat data penelitian ini diambil. Hasil analisis terhadap data yang didapatkan dari responden tersebut menunjukkan bahwa entrepreneurial passion berpengaruh secara positif yang signifikan terhadap entrepreneurial behavior.

Entrepreneurs with passion are considered more successful than those without it (Baum & Locke, 2004; Cardon, Zietsma, Saparito, Matherne, & Davis, 2005; Moses, 2001). Having passion can give individuals a sense of joy and the ability to do something they like wholeheartedly. With entrepreneurial passion, entrepreneurs can face the difficulties they encounter while running a business (Bird, 1969). This entrepreneurial passion can lead them to be able to maintain their business in the long term. This research aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial passion on entrepreneurial behavior. Entrepreneurial passion (EP) will be measured through the dimensions EP for inventing, EP for founding, and EP for developing. Then, entrepreneurial behavior will be measured using the dimensions of business planning, financing the new firm, and interaction with the external environment. The total number of valid respondents obtained was 107 respondents with the criteria being that students at the University of Indonesia had active status and were owning a business when the data for this research was taken. The results of the analysis of the data obtained from these respondents show that entrepreneurial passion has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial behavior."

Tingginya biaya pendidikan tinggi membuat beberapa mahasiswa berusaha memenuhi kebutuhan hidup melalui wirausaha. Optimisme dan kreativitas merupakan faktor penting dalam menunjang kesuksesan berwirausaha (Manove, 2000, dalam Chyi-Lyi, 2013 ; Lee, Florida, & Acs, 2004). Chyi-Lyi (2013) dalam penelitiannya menemukan korelasi positif yang signifikan antara optimisme dengan kreativitas pada pelaku wirausaha. Maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan hubungan antara optimisme dengan kreativitas (kemampuan kreatif) pada mahasiswa yang berwirausaha. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada 43 mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia yang berwirausaha yang tersebar dalam Sembilan fakultas dan program vokasi. Adapun alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengukur optimisme adalah berupa kuesioner Life Orientation Test-Revised (LOT-R) yang dikembangkan oleh Scheier, Carver, dan Bridges (1994), sedangkan batere Tes Kreativitas Verbal (TKV) yang dikembangkan oleh Munandar (1977) digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan berpikir kreatif. Teknik analisis statistik yang digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan kedua variabel yaitu menggunakan pearson correlation. Dalam penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa sebagian besar partisipan memiliki optimisme dan kemampuan kreatif yang tinggi, namun demikian tidak ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara kedua variabel, optimisme belum cukup kuat untuk mampu menjelaskan kreativitas dalam berwirausaha dari segi kemampuan berpikir kreatif.

Optimism and creativity are kind of important factors that support successes in doing business (Manove, 2000, dalam Chyi-Lyi, 2013 ; Lee, Florida, & ACS, 2004). Chyi-Lyi (2013) in her research found that optimism significantly correlated with creativity in entrepreneurs. Thus, the purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between optimism and creativity (creative potential) among college students who are doing entrepreneurship. Participants of this study was 43 college students who are doing entrepreneurship in University of Indonesia, which was spread from nine faculties and vocational program. Optimism was measured by using Life Orientation Test-Revised (LOT-R) which was developed by Carver, Scheier, and Segerstrom (1994), while batere Tes Kreativitas Verbal (TKV) which was developed by Munandar (1977) was used to measure creative thinking. This research used pearson correlation statistical technique analysist to measure the correlation between both variables. Participants of this study was 43 college students who are doing entrepreneurship in University of Indonesia, which was spread from nine faculties and vocational program. Optimism was measured by using Life Orientation Test-Revised (LOT-R) which was developed by Carver, Scheier, and Segerstrom (1994), while batere Tes Kreativitas Verbal (TKV) which was developed by Munandar (1977) was used to measure creative thinking. This research used pearson correlation statistical technique analysist to measure the correlation between both variables. Result of this study showed that most participants have optimism and higher creativity (creative potential), but there is no significant correlation between both variables, optimism was not a potent variable to explain creativity in entrepreneurship based on potential creative thinking.
