"Skripsi ini membahas tentang pengujian sistem transmitter dan receiver suatu payload komunikasi nanosatelit yang dibuat melalui program Inspire (Indonesian Nanosatelite Platform Initiative for Research and Education) dan diberi nama IiNUSAT (Indonesian Inter University Satelite). Sistem payload komunikasi pada IiNUSAT yang akan diuji memiliki frekuensi uplink 145,9 MHz untuk receiver serta frekuensi downlink 435,915 MHz untuk transmitter. Sistem payload yang diuji dalam skripsi ini menggunakan modul-modul dari hamtronics. Modul-modul tersebut terdiri dari TA451, R100, serta MO96. Hasil uji alat tersebut menunjukkan bahwa frekuensi TA451 berada pada 436.89661 MHz serta frekuensi R100 berada pada 145.988 MHz.

The focus of this thesis is testing of transmiter and receiver system of payload communication in nanosatellite which is named IiNUSAT (Indonesian Inter University Satelite) and made through Inspire (Indonesian Nanosatelite Platform Initiative for Research and Education) program. Payload communication system that will be tested has 145.9 MHz uplink frequency for receiver and 435.915 downlink frequency for transmitter. In this thesis, hamtronics module was used as a payload system for the nanosatellite. The result show that the frequency for TA451 is 436.89661 MHz and frequency for R100 is 145.988 MHz."

"ABSTRAK
Skripsi ini akan membahas hasil pengujian IC Transceiver ADF7021 yang akan digunakan pada nanosatelit IiNUSAT, dan pendesainan hardware TNC dengan sensor suhu didalamnya. Transmitter dan Receiver yang digunakan merupakan IC Transceiver ADF7021 yang dapat digunakan sesuai spesifikasi, yaitu mampu bekerja pada frekuensi tengah 436.915MHz untuk transmitter dan 145.95MHz untuk receiver, sedangkan TNC menggunakan ATMEGA1280 karena memiliki empat buah port UART sebagai interface terhadap perangkat TTC dan OBDH.
Transceiver disimulasikan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak ADIsimSRD Design Studio dan menghasilkan sinyal dengan modulasi 2-FSK, data rate 9600bps, dan hasil gain sebesar -29.2dbm pada frekuensi tengah transmitter. Untuk receiver, demodulasi menggunakan 2-FSK corellator demodulator, dan data rate 1200bps, sedangkan TNC dirancang agar mampu menjalankan fungsi pengawasan suhu board dan mampu menyediakan interface antara transmitter, receiver, dan OBDH satelit.

ABSTRACT
The focus of this undergraduate thesis is the measurement analysis of IC Transceiver ADF7021 which will be used for IiNUSAT satellite and hardware designing of TNC with temperature sensor. Transmitter and Receiver use IC Transceiver ADF7021 which can work at the center frequeny of 436.915MHz for transmitter, and 145.95MHz for receiver, while TNC uses ATMEGA1280 because it has four UART port as the interface with TTC and OBDH.
Transceiver simulated with using ADIsimSRD Design Studio software, and the output is signal with 2-FSK modulation, 9600bps data rate, and gain - 29.2dbm at transmitter center frequency. For receiver, demodulation using 2-FSK corellator demodulator, 1200bps data rate, while TNC design for doing temperature monitoring, and can provide the interface between transmitter, receiver, and OBDH.

"ABSTRAK
Skripsi ini membahas tentang rancang bangun sistem receiver pada payload komunikasi IiNUSAT (Indonesian Inter University Satelite) yang mempunyai orbit LEO (low earth orbit) sun synchrounous dengan ketinggian 700 Km, payload komunikasi dengan jenis regenerative, sistem receiver dengan jenis superheterodyne, dan frekuensi kerja 145.95 MHz. Pembahasan akan dilakukan lebih spesifik pada low noise amplifier (LNA) dan bandpass filter (BPF).
LNA dan BPF disimulasikan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak advanced design system (ADS). LNA mempunyai spesifikasi kelas A dengan menggunakan komponen aktif bipolar transistor junction (BJT) 2SC5006 yang dirancang dengan menggunakan smith chart dan mempunyai hasil simulasi gain 22.8 dB serta noise figure 1.2 dB pada frekuensi 145.95 MHz. Hasil fabrikasi LNA menunjukan pergeseran frekuensi kerja menjadi 70.279 MHz. Bandpass filter mempunyai tipe butterworth orde lima yang dirancang dengan metode insertion loss dan mempunyai nilai bandwidth 20 MHz serta insertion loss dB pada frekuensi 145.95 MHz. Hasil fabrikasi BPF menunjukan pergeseran frekuensi kerja menjadi 120.264 MHz.
Adanya perbedaan hasil simulasi dan hasil fabrikasi disebabkan oleh bentuk dan deviasi komponen pasif serta saluran transmisi dan diskontinuitas saluran transmisi yang menyebabkan pengaruh pada respon frekuensi yang dihasilkan karena terdapat reaktansi parasitik berupa komponen pasif induktor dan kapasitor pada rangkaian ekuivalen keduanya.
Hasil simulasi untuk rangkaian gabungan LNA dan BPF menunjukan nilai gain 22.6978 dB yang menunjukan LNA dapat menanggulangi loss pada sistem receiver termasuk insertion loss pada BPF.

ABSTRACT
Receiver system on payload communication of IiNUSAT (Indonesian Inter University Satelite) has sun synchrounous LEO (low earth orbit) with 700 Km altitude, regenerative payload communication, superheterodyne receiver, and 145.95 MHz operating frequency. Study will be done specifically on low noise amplifier (LNA) and bandpass filter (BPF).
Advanced design system (ADS) software is used to simulate LNA and BPF. Low noise amplifier (LNA) with class A specification and 2SC5006 bipolar junction transistor (BJT) active component is designed with smith chart and shows simulation results of 22.8 dB gain and 1.2 dB noise figure at 145.95 MHz operating frequency. Fabrication result of LNA showed a shift in operating frequency of 70.279 MHz. Bandpass filter (BPF) with five orde butterworth type is designed with insertion loss method and shows simulation results of 20 MHz bandwidth and dB insertion loss at 145.95 MHz operating frequency. Fabrication result of BPF showed a shift in operating frequency of 120.264 MHz.
The difference on simulation and fabrication result are caused by not only the shape and deviation of passive components but also transmission lines and discontinuity of transmission lines which has parasitic component of inductor and capacitor in their equivalent circuit.
Simulation result on combination of LNA and BPF circuit is 22.6978 dB gain which show that LNA can compensate loss in receiver system, including insertion loss in BPF."

"Logee merupakan sub-divisi dari Divisi Digital & Business Technology (DBT) di bawah Directorat Digital Business (DDB) PT Telkom Indonesia. Logee menyediakan platform digital bagi ekosistem logistik nasional dan terhubung ke jaringan global. Dalam pengembangan perangkat lunaknya, Logee menerapkan kerangka kerja Scrum. Namun, sering mengalami masalah seperti masuknya requirement baru di tengah sprint dan kualitas produk yang rendah. Hal ini menyebabkan tidak tercapainya target backlog dan keterlambatan rilis product. Jika hal tersebut tidak diselesaikan berdampak pada penambahan cost pengembangan product, dan potensi kehilangan revenue. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi implementasi Scrum di Logee Distribution dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak. Penelitian menggunakan mixed-methods dengan pengumpulan data kuantitatif melalui kuesioner berbasis Scrum Guide 2020 dan Essentials Scrum oleh Rubin. Metode kualitatif dilakukan dengan wawancara kepada Scrum Master dan Head of Product Logee Distribution. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan nilai KPA Rating keseluruhan sebesar 87,39%, diinterpretasikan sebagai Fully Achieved. Squad Sales dan Order menunjukkan implementasi yang baik dengan KPA Rating masing-masing 95,93% dan 91,30%, sementara squad Fulfillment hanya mencapai 75,85%. Rekomendasi perbaikan difokuskan pada 27 rekomendasi untuk 61 praktik yang belum memenuhi standar, dengan prioritas tinggi pada 15 rekomendasi. Evaluasi dan rekomendasi ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki implementasi Scrum di Logee Distribution dan mengatasi masalah target Backlog yang tidak tercapai pada squad Fulfillment.

Logee is a sub-division of the Digital & Business Technology (DBT) Division under the Digital Business Directorate (DDB) at PT Telkom Indonesia. Logee provides a digital platform for the national logistics ecosystem and is connected to a global network. In the software development process, Logee chose to implement the Scrum framework. However, they often experience problems such as the entry of new requirements in the middle of a sprint and low product quality. This causes the backlog target to not be achieved and delays in product releases. If this is not resolved, it will result in additional product development costs and a potential loss of revenue. This research evaluates the implementation of Scrum in Logee Distribution and provides recommendations for improving the software development process. The research used mixed methods with quantitative data collection through questionnaires based on the 2020 Scrum Guide and Scrum Essentials by Rubin. The qualitative method was carried out by interviewing the scrum master and head of product Logee distribution. The evaluation results show an overall KPA rating value of 87.39%, interpreted as Fully Achieved. The Sales and Order squads showed good implementation, with KPA Ratings of 95.93% and 91.30%, respectively, while the Fulfillment squad only reached 75.85%. Recommendations for improvement focused on 27 recommendations for 61 practices that did not meet the standards, with high priority given to 15 recommendations. This evaluation and recommendation aim to improve the implementation of Scrum in Logee Distribution and overcome the problem of backlog targets not being achieved in the Fulfillment squad"

"Indonesia merupakan negara yang cukup aktif terlibat dalam berbagai forum kerjasama internasional. Salah satunya adalah dengan mengikuti South-South and Triangular Cooperation (SSTC), yakni sebuah kerangka kerjasama di bidang politik, ekonomi, sosial, budaya dan teknis yang diikuti oleh minimal dua negara berkembang (atau lebih) dan satu negara maju. Guna mendukung program SSTC tersebut, pemerintah kemudian membentuk National Coordination Team on SSTC Government of Indonesia (NCT). Dalam implementasinya, National Coordination Team on SSTC hingga kini belum menampakkan hasil memuaskan karena kurangnya koordinasi antar Kementerian yang ada di dalamnya. Alhasil program kerjasama yang ada selama ini masih bersifat terpisah, tidak berkelanjutan dan belum menunjukkan dampak optimal / signifikan bagi kemajuan Indonesia.
Salah satu cara dalam mempermudah koordinasi di dalam NCT adalah membuat suatu sistem informasi terintegrasi untuk men-support/mendukung proses kerjasama. Penelitian ini berusaha untuk merancang software sistem informasi yang terintegrasi guna mendukung program SSTC (South-South and Triangular Cooperation) di Indonesia dengan menggunakan RUP (Rational Unified Process).
Hasil penelitian akan disajikan dalam bentuk draft spesifikasi sistem yang siap menjadi desain awal sebuah software. Diharapkan dengan pengimplementasian software sistem informasi ini, program-program kerjasama yang dilakukan Indonesia dapat saling terintegrasi, berkelanjutan dan membawa dampak optimal bagi kemajuan bangsa.

In international society, Indonesia is one of the country that quite active involved in international cooperation forums. One of them is South-South and Triangular Cooperation (SSTC), a new cooperation framework in political, economic, social, cultural and technical area between at least 2 (or more) developing countries and one developed country. In order to support this program (SSTC), Government of Indonesia formed National Coordination Team on SSTC. In its implementation, the National Coordination Team on SSTC have not shown satisfactory results due to the lack of coordination among the Ministry in it. As a result the cooperation programs that exist today mostly not connected each other, not sustainable, and not demonstrated maximum impact for Indonesia.
One of the ways to make coordination in NCT easier is create an integrated information system that supports all of cooperation process. This research try to design an integrated information system software that can support SSTC program in Indonesia, using RUP (Rational Unified Process) theory.
The results of this research will be presented as a draft of system specification, and ready to use as an initial design of a software. With the implementation of integrated information system software, we expect that all cooperation programs which conducted by Indonesia can connected each other, sustainable, and bring maximum impact for Indonesian progress.

"Perusahaan penyedia teknologi telekomunikasi XYZ memiliki sistem informasi yang dibangun secara in-house, outsource, dan subscription untuk menjalankan aktivitas bisnis sehari-hari. Digital Project Management (DPM) merupakan salah satu sistem informasi yang dikembangkan secara in-house. DPM terbagi atas 3 sub-modul, salah satunya adalah Bill of Quantity and Material (BAM). BAM merupakan sistem supply chain management yang mencakup perencanaan sumber daya hingga logistik. Unit BAM mengharapkan bisnisnya untuk terus berkembang, memperluas pangsa pasar, dan menjaga kepercayaan pemangku kepentingan yang dimilikinya saat ini. Namun dalam mencapai harapan tersebut, unit BAM menghadapi kendala tidak dapat mencapai target waktu pengembangan yang telah ditetapkan. Salah satu penyebab dari kendala ini adalah tidak adanya kolaborasi antar tim pengembang dan tim operasional dalam BAM. Dalam menjawab permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan penelitian untuk menyusun rekomendasi yang dapat membantu menjawab permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh BAM dengan mengadopsi konsep DevOps. Penelitian ini berjenis applied research serta metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah explanatory sequential mixed-methods. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dari 28 konsep adopsi DevOps, 21 konsep dapat diaplikasikan di unit BAM. Rekomendasi untuk menjawab permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh unit BAM disusun berdasarkan konsep-konsep tersebut. Rekomendasi ini terdiri atas lima kategori, yaitu perubahan pola pikir (mindset change), perubahan proses pengembangan (development process change), peningkatan proses berbagi (sharing enhancement), perubahan keorganisasian (organizational change), serta pembuatan DevOps pipeline. Rancangan DevOps pipeline ini telah melewati proses validasi oleh project manager dan Global ICT DevOps Engineer.

Telecommunication technology provider company XYZ has an information system which was built by in-house, outsourced, or subscription to carry out daily business activities. Digital Project Management (DPM) system is one of the information systems developed in-house. DPM is divided into 3 sub-modules, one of which is the Bill of Quantity and Material (BAM). BAM is a supply chain management system that includes resource planning up to logistics. BAM unit expects its business to grow, expand market share, and maintain the trust of current stakeholders. But in achieving these expectations, BAM unit faces problem of not being able to achieve the development time targets that had been set. One of the causes of this problem is the absence of collaboration between developer teams and operation team in BAM unit. In answering these problems, research was conducted to develop recommendations that can help answer the problems faced by BAM unit by adopting the concept of DevOps. This research is characterized as applied research and the data analysis method is explanatory sequential mixed-methods. Based on the results of the study, from 28 concepts of DevOps adoption, BAM unit can apply 21 concepts. Recommendation to answer the problems faced by BAM unit were built based on these concepts. The recommendation is categorized into 5 categories, which are mindset change, development process change, sharing enhancement, organizational change, and creating a DevOps pipeline. The DevOps pipeline design has passed the validation process by the project manager and the Global ICT DevOps Engineer."

"Terkadang realisasi kebutuhan pengembangan aplikasi web baru sudah diimplementasikan sebagian pada aplikasi web lain. Harusnya efisiensi pengembangan dapat ditingkatkan dengan me-reuse realisasi tersebut dan mengurangi jumlah kebutuhan yang diimplementasikan dari awal. Developer menyelesaikan kasus tersebut dengan pendekatan clone-and-own yang memungkinkan penggunaan fungsionalitas suatu perangkat lunak pada perangkat lunak lain. Meskipun meningkatkan efisiensi pengembangan, namun clone-and-own menimbulkan masalah maintainability pada perangkat lunak yang sudah dikembangkan. Masalah tersebut dapat diatasi dengan pendekatan alternatif seperti paradigma software product line engineering (SPLE) yang efisiensinya dapat ditingkatkan dengan konsep multi product line (MPL). Sayangnya, SPLE dan MPL belum umum digunakan untuk mengembangkan perangkat lunak web karena kurangnya web framework yang menunjang kedua pendekatan tersebut. Hal ini yang mendasari implementasi WinVMJ framework sebagai web framework untuk mengembangkan aplikasi web dengan SPLE dan MPL. Framework ini belum menerapkan alur kerja SPLE secara menyeluruh, sehingga validitas perangkat lunak tidak terjamin. Untuk melengkapi alur kerja SPLE WinVMJ, penelitian ini mengintegrasikannya dengan FeatureIDE. Integrasi dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap: merancang alur kerja SPLE, mendefinisikan kumpulan artefak yang diperlukan untuk pengembangan perangkat lunak, dan implementasi plugin bernama WinVMJ composer untuk memproses kumpulan artefak yang didefinisikan. Alur kerja SPLE WinVMJ berhasil dilengkapi dengan WinVMJ composer yang mampu memproses artefak dari FeatureIDE dan melakukan validasi produk secara menyeluruh. Selain itu, evaluasi WinVMJ composer juga menunjukkan adanya keunggulan penerapan MPL dan penyusunan produk dibandingkan WinVMJ framework.

Sometimes the realization of new web application development needs has been partially implemented in other web applications. Development efficiency should be increased by reusing the realization and reducing the number of requirements implemented from scratch. Developers solve this case with a clone-and-own approach that allows using the functionality of one software on another. Although this approach improves development efficiency, clone-and-own causes maintainability issues in the developed software. This problem can be overcome by alternative approaches, such as the software product line engineering (SPLE) paradigm, whose efficiency can be increased by the multi-product line (MPL) concept. Unfortunately, SPLE and MPL are not commonly used to develop web software due to the lack of web frameworks that supports them. This issue underlies the implementation of the WinVMJ framework as a web framework for developing web applications with SPLE and MPL. This framework has not fully implemented the SPLE workflow, which causes a lack of software validity. To complete it, this research integrates it with featured. The integration is carried out in three stages: designing the SPLE workflow, defining the artifact set for software development after integration, and implementing a plugin named WinVMJ composer to process the defined artifacts set. The WinVMJ's SPLE workflow is completed with WinVMJ composer, which can process FeatureIDE's artifacts and perform thorough product validation. In addition, the evaluation of the WinVMJ composer also shows the advantages of implementing MPL and product compilation compared to the WinVMJ framework."
