"This article makes a contribution to the documentation of the genre of oral literature known as zapal amongst the Bunaq, a Papuan-speaking group of central Timor. I present an annotated and translated version of the elaborate zapal entitled Hul Topol or Fall of the Moon. Hul Topol is a lengthy, multi-event narrative which gives etiologies spanning the realms of subsitence, cultural practice and natural order including animal behaviour and appearance."

"Mahasiswa membutuhkan tidur dengan kualitas baik untuk menjaga kondisi fisik dan kognitif optimal. Sleep hygiene yang tidak adekuat berdampak pada kualitas tidur buruk yang dapat mengakibatkan mahasiswa mudah sakit dan konsentrasi menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan sleep hygiene dengan kualitas tidur pada mahasiswa di salah satu fakultas Universitas Indonesia dengan menggunakan desain survei analitik dan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 106 mahasiswa dengan menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah 88,7% mahasiswa memiliki kualitas tidur buruk. Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara sleep hygiene dengan kualitas tidur (p= 0,040; r= -0,200). Edukasi kesehatan mengenai sleep hygiene perlu dilakukan perawat kepada mahasiswa untuk meningkatkan kualitas tidur.

Good sleep quality is required for college students to maintain the health as well as the cognitive function. Inadequate sleep hygiene has an impact on poor sleep quality that makes college students are easier to get sick and decrease the level of their concentration. This study aimed to determine the relationship of sleep hygiene with sleep quality on students from one of the faculty in University of Indonesia by using analytic survey design and cross sectional approach. The technique which is used is stratified random sampling technique and total sample is 106 students. The result showed that 88.7% of students had poor sleep quality. There was a significant relationship between sleep hygiene with sleep quality (p=0,040; r= -0,200). Health education about sleep hygiene is needed to do by nurses to the college students in order to improve sleep quality."

"Prasasti Tamban dari Banjar merupakan sebuah prasasti kayu ulin yang beraksara Jawi dan berbahasa Banjar. Tahapan penelitan yang digunakan adalah tahap heuristik, tahap kritik teks, tahap interprestasi, dan tahap historiografi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui isi serta analisis isi dari prasasti Tamban, serta melihat kedudukan prasasti ini dalam sejarah Kerajaan Banjar. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa prasasti Tamban ini berisi aturan regional yang berbentuk larangan yang ditulis oleh tetuha kampung atas dasar perintah Sultan Adam. Larangan-larangan tersebut diantaranya adalah memainkan meriam bambu, taruhan, serta mencuri bambu-bambu yang sudah ditebang. Kedudukan prasasti ini dalam sejarah Kerajaan Banjar adalah sebagai peraturan yang bersifat regional yang berlaku di daerah tertentu dan hanya dituliskan oleh tetuha kampung berdasarkan Undang-Undang Sultan Adam.Tamban inscription from Banjar is an ironwood inscription with Jawi script and Banjar language. The research stages used are the heuristic stage, the stage of textual criticism, the stage of interpretation, and the stage of historiography. The purpose of this study was to determine the contents and analysis of the contents of the Tamban inscription, and see the position of this inscription in the history of the Banjar Kingdom. The results showed that the Tamban inscription contained regional rules in the form of a ban written by the village head on the orders of Sultan Adam. These prohibitions include playing bamboo cannon, betting, and stealing bamboo that has been cut down. The position of this inscription in the history of the Banjar Kingdom is as a regional regulation that applies in certain regions and is only written by the village head based on the Law of Sultan Adam."

"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana seorang tokoh di dalam serial mengalami perubahan selama serial berlangsung, saya secara khusus memilih untuk mengamati perubahan karakter Richard Castle di dalam serial Castle dari season 1 sampai season 5 atau season terbaru. Dengan mengamati perubahan karakter yang dia alami, saya meneliti faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan perubahan di dalam karakter Castle. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan serial itu sendiri sebagai objek penelitian disertai metodologi kualitatif, kemudian saya juga akan meneliti sifat Castle dan bagaimana dia berinteraksi dengan orang di sekitarnya pada awal season. Setelah itu, ketika karakternya mengalami perubahan secara perlahan, saya akan menganalisis di adegan mana perilakunya mulai berubah dan menganalisis juga factor-faktor yang menyebabkan perubahan tersebut baik dari dalam maupun luar. Hasilnya adalah perubahan karakter Richard Castle di dalam serial Castle sangat mudah terlihat dari season ke season lainnya dan perubahan tersebut terjadi disebabkan adanya factor dari luar.

ABSTRACT

This research aims to see how a character in a film series changes throughout the story, I specifically examine the character development of Richard Castle in the Castle series from season 1 to season 5 or the latest season. By examining his character development, I analyze the factors that had caused the change in Castle?s character. This study will be using the series itself as the object of the research by using qualitative methodology; then I will examine what are Castle?s behaviours in the beginning of the season, then examine how he interacts with people around him. After that, when his behaviour slowly changes, I will analyze in which scene his behaviour starts to change and analyze all the factors that had caused the change which are the external and internal factors. The result is that the character development in Castle series was very explicit as he changes in the series from one characteristic to another and the changes that occured in Castle mostly came from external factors."

"Transformasi karyawan digital, seperti pada industri telekomunikasi yang mengalami peningkatan produktivitas selama pandemic COVID-19, membutuhkan aplikasi kolaborasi yang baik untuk menirukan ruang kerja yang sebenarnya. Aplikasi kolaborasi yang baik memerhatikan aspek-aspek kegunaan sehingga dapat membantu pengguna dalam mencapai tujuannya. Hal ini dapat dicapai salah satunya melalui proses perancangan yang berbasis persona pengguna dan tujuan yang dimilikinya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan rekomendasi desain aplikasi kolaborasi mobile pendukung WFH bagi karyawan industri telekomunikasi berdasarkan metode Goal-Directed Design (GDD). Tahapan metode GDD yang dilakukan adalah research dan modeling menggunakan cognitive walkthrough, retrospective think aloud, wawancara, serta analisis klaster, dilanjutkan tahap requirements, framework, hingga refinement. Hasil penelitian berupa prototipe interaktif aplikasi kolaborasi dengan tampilan dan fungsi yang disesuaikan dengan tujuan serta kebutuhan persona pengguna.

A good collaboration application pays attention to usability aspects so that it can help users in achieving their goals. This study was conducted to provide recommendations for the design of mobile collaboration applications supporting WFH for employees of the telecommunications industry based on the Goal-Directed Design (GDD) method. The stages of the GDD method are research and modeling using cognitive walkthrough, retrospective think aloud, interviews, and cluster analysis, followed by the requirements, framework, and refinement stages. The results of the research are interactive prototypes of collaboration applications with displays and functions that are tailored to the goals and needs of the user persona.""

"ABSTRAKSebagai salah satu episode paling populer dari serial televisi fiksi ilmiah asal Inggris, San Junipero dipandang sebagai salah satu episode serial Black Mirror yang menarik untuk dianalisis, terlebih dari segi sains dan teknologi, karena adanya penggunaan teknologi virtual canggih didalamnya. Meskipun demikian, pembahasan tentang isu-isu LGBT dalam serial televisi fiksi seperti ilmiah Black Mirror masih jarang ditemukan. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis mise-en-scènes untuk menelaah aspek-aspek sinematografis seperti latar, warna, kostum, teknik kamera, serta akting, sekaligus metode analisis literatur untuk menelaah keberadaan serta karakteristik tokoh-tokoh LGBT di dalamnya, tulisan ini mencoba menelaah aspek-aspek heteronormatif yang masih bertahan di balik imej celebration of queerness yang diakui oleh para penggemar episode ini. Dari hasil analisis, nilai-nilai heteronormativitas masih tercermin di dalam episode ini karena, faktanya, kedua karakter LGBT di dalamnya masih ditampilkan secara stereotipikal. Eksistensi karakter-karakter LGBT di dalam episode ini juga ternyata sesuai dengan kritik Rich (1980) tentang latar belakang eksistensi lesbian yang berkaitan dengan heteronormativitas.

ABSTRACTAs one of the episodes from the famous sci-fi British TV series, San Junipero has become one of the most interesting episodes from Black Mirror series to be analyzed, specifically from the perspective of science and technology, for its mind-blowing VR-based invention. Nevertheless, the aspect of gender and LGBT issues has not been commonly explored in sci-fi literature like Black Mirror. Using mise-en-scène as an approach to analyze some of the cinematographic elements, (setting, color, costume, camera work and performance) as well as analyzing the queer characters, this article tries to identify the heteronormative elements that still persist under the image of a celebration of queerness the episode has received from the fans. Apparently, heteronormativity is still depicted in the episode for the fact that the queer characters are still portrayed rather stereotypically according to several studies about the representation of queer characters in the media discussed by Seifs (2013). As a heterotopia, according to Foucaults (1986), the establishment of the queer characters in San Junipero also fit Richs (1980) critique towards the lesbian existence in relation to compulsory heteronormativity that queer romance exists through melancholy. Nevertheless, not all aspects in the episode scream pure heteronormativity. Although at first glance it seems stereotypical, the queer characters appearance seem to help establishing a non-stereotypical identity in female-female relationship."

"Kegiatan maritim di Indonesia menyumbang sekitar 20% dari pendapatan domestik bruto negara Indonesia. Salah satu kegiatan maritim di Indonesia adalah logistik perairan. Kegiatan logistic perairan ini tentunya didukung oleh minyak sebagai sumber energi utama di Indonesia. Namun, faktanya produksi minyak di Indonesia semakin menurun dibandingkan konsumsi dan kebutuhan energi di Indonesia yang semakin tinggi. Untuk meningkatkan ketahanan energi di Indonesia, pemerintah mencoba melakukan program transisi ke bahan bakar gas khususnya jenis LNG yang dinilai dapat menjadi energi alternatif pengganti minyak. Namun, pemilik kapal tidak yakin untuk melakukan peralihan bahan bakar kapal karena dianggap membutuhkan biaya yang besar. Salah satu cara pemerintah untuk meyakinkan pemilik kapal adalah membuat kebijakan yang dari segi invetasi agar pemilik kapal yakin bahwa peralihan ini dapat lebih menguntungkan. Analisis biaya-manfaat ini dibuat berdasarkan aktifitas pergerakan kapal di pendulum nusantara yang kedepannya akan menjadi program pemerintah untuk jalur pergerakan kapal kargo dan kontainer. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada analisis biaya-manfaat ini adalah dengan menggunakan model finansial. Hasil dari perhitungan akan dijadikan dasar bagi pemerintah untuk membuat kebijakan yang mendukung program peralihan.

In Indonesia, maritime activities contribute around 20% of National Gross Domestic Product. One of the maritime activity in Indonesia is Sea Logistic. This activity is supported by oil fuel as energy source in Indonesia. But, the fact shows that Indonesia oil production has been decreasing and the needs of the energy in Indonesia is increasing. To increase the energy sustainability in Indonesia, government has launcehed a transition program from oil fuel to gas fuel for container/cargo ship. However, the ship owners are not sure for this program because of the high value in investment. Therefore, the government has to make a policy to convince the ship owner based on cost-benefit analysis for transition. Cost-benefit analysis is made based on ship movement in ?pendulum nusantara? which is a government plan for cargo/container path movement. Financial model is used as the method for the cost-benefit analysis. The result from the calculation will be used as a basis to making the policy."
