"Presents one of the main directions of research in the area of design and analysis of feedback stabilizers for distributed parameter systems in structural dynamics. Important progress has been made in this area, driven, to a large extent, by problems in modern structural engineering that require active feedback control mechanisms to stabilize structures which may possess only very weak natural damping. Much of the progress is due to the development of new methods to analyze the stabilizing effects of specific feedback mechanisms. Boundary Stabilization of Thin Plates provides a comprehensive and unified treatment of asymptotic stability of a thin plate when appropriate stabilizing feedback mechanisms acting through forces and moments are introduced along a part of the edge of the plate. In particular, primary emphasis is placed on the derivation of explicit estimates of the asymptotic decay rate of the energy of the plate that are uniform with respect to the initial energy of the plate, that is, on uniform stabilization results. The method that is systematically employed throughout this book is the use of multipliers as the basis for the derivation of a priori asymptotic estimates on plate energy. It is only in recent years that the power of the multiplier method in the context of boundary stabilization of hyperbolic partial differential equations came to be realized. One of the more surprising applications of the method appears in Chapter 5, where it is used to derive asymptotic decay rates for the energy of the nonlinear von Karman plate, even though the technique is ostensibly a linear one."

"Laporan magang ini mengevaluasi prosedur pengumpulan bukti audit KAP KUL dalam perikatan audit kepatuhan dengan PT DPS dan kesesuaiannya berdasarkan Standar Audit (SA) yang berlaku. Aktivitas yang dievaluasi berupa rekonsiliasi atas data pergerakan persediaan yang masuk dan keluar dari setiap cabang distributor dan pelaksanaan stock opname. Aktivitas yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa jumlah persediaan yang tercatat berdasarkan sistem distributor dan PT DPS sama dengan jumlah persediaan berdasarkan perhitungan fisik. Pengumpulan bukti audit dilakukan menggunakan prosedur observasi, perhitungan ulang, permintaan keterangan, dan inspeksi. Tujuan dari evaluasi ini adalah untuk membandingkan penerapan prosedur pengumpulan bukti audit yang dilakukan oleh KAP KUL dengan SA. Hasil dari evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa KAP KUL telah melaksanakan prosedur pengumpulan bukti audit berdasarkan SA.

This internship report evaluates procedures in collecting audit evidence of KAP KUL in a compliance audit engagement with PT DPS and their conformity based on applicable Audit Standards (SA). Activities evaluated include reconciling data for inbound and outbound inventory movement for each distributor branch and carrying out stock taking. These activities are done to ensure that the amount of inventory recorded based on the distributor and PT DPS systems is the same as the amount of inventory based on physical calculations. Audit evidence is collected using observation, recalculation, inquiry and inspection procedures. The purpose of this evaluation is to compare the implementation of audit evidence collection procedures carried out by KAP KUL with the SA. The results of the evaluation show that KAP KUL has implemented audit evidence collection procedures based on the SA."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai batas (boundary) yang tak hanya sebagai elemen fisik namun juga non-fisik yang terkait dengan aktivitas. Hunian dengan lahan yang terbatas (minimal) menjadi studi kasus dalam melihat hal tersebut. Pembahasan mengenai batas dilakukan dari dua sisi, batas sebagai elemen penyusun arsitektur dan batas yang terbentuk sebagai respon manusia terhadap apa yang dihadapinya. Pada akhirnya, sebuah fleksibilitas dari batas bisa digunakan untuk mencapai solusi dari hunian tersebut. Hal ini tentunya juga membuka peluang akan makna dari batas itu sendiri.

The discussion of the boundary will be done on both sides, as the element of architecture and boundaries that are formed as a human response to what he faced. In the end, a flexibility of the boundary can be used to achieve a solution of minimal housing. It is also becomes an opportunity to see other meaning of it."
