"You are a Badass has inspired millions of people all over the world - including the snarkiest of skeptics - to embrace their awesomeness, give fear the heave-ho, and start kicking some serious ass. Now it's dressed up in a new hardcover edition, but it's the same 'classic' book that helps you create a life you love via hilariously inspiring stories, sage advice, easy exercises, and the occasional swear word"

"How to live happily with your body, whatever its shape or size. This is not a diet book, or an attempt to persuade the reader that "fat is fantastic" which people can find unrealistic. This book advises on how to make positive choices about the size that's natural and healthy for you."

Decasa is a design project that aims to create a co-living concept residence that provides complete facilities in one place, with the aim of promoting harmonious living between residents. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection through surveys and literature studies. Data analysis was conducted through content analysis techniques on conscious living to identify the main themes that emerged from the responses of potential residents. This design project aims to address the global issue that people are increasingly moving to big cities and will potentially face problems such as housing and land crises and socialization between communities. With the planning of the Decasa Project: One Stop Co-living for A Harmony, this can be a solution to meet the needs and preferences of residents and design appropriate design solutions. The research findings show that potential residents have diverse needs, including privacy, social interaction, adequate/complete facilities, security, and comfort as well as sustainable housing. Overall, the Decasa project presents a co-living concept-based design with comfortable private spaces, shared spaces that accommodate social interaction, public facilities such as gyms, parks and various communal spaces available. This project can also be a further research on the experience of residents and the real implementation of the One Stop Co-living concept project."
