"Kecelakaan yang diakibatkan oleh pekerjaan banyak terjadi diberbagai sektor industri, terutama sektor industri yang mempunyai resiko yang sangat tinggi diantaranya sektor industri M1GAS. Bila kecelakaan kerja terjadi, kerugian-kerugian akan diperoleh baik oleh pengusaha maupun bagi peketja. Bagi pengusaha, bila kecelakaan kerja terjadi akan berdampak pada citra perusahaan yang akan memburuk, kepercayaan dari pihak luar maupun pemegang saham (slake holder) akan menurun dan kemungkinan akan berakibat bangkrutnya perusahaan karena kehi1angan keperecayaan. Bagi pekerja, bila kecelakaan kerja tetjadi akan berdampak kehilangan sebagian atau beberapa artggota tubuhntya atau berakibat cacat permanen dan bisa juga dapat menghilangkan nyawa bagi sipekerja sendiri serta dapat pula kehilangan mata pencahariannya.
Berbagai usaha telah dilakukan untuk menghilangkan atau mengurangi kecelakaan kerja oleh perusahaan baik yang bersifat aktif maupun pasif. Yang bersifat aktif adalah dengan melibatkan pekerja untuk berperan aktif melaksanakan program yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan sehingga perilaku pekerja akan berubah menjadi perilaku aman dan akan selalu mengikuti prosedur kerja yang telah ditetapkan perusa.haan. Sedangkan yang bersifat pasif adalah dengan menyediakan peralatan pencegahan keeelakaan agar tidak terjadi eskalasi yang lebih besar bila kecelakaan kerja terjadi. Dalam hal mencegah atau mengurangi kecelakaan kerja, PT ABC mewajibkan setiap aktifitas yang dilakukan dilingkungan perusahaan harus menggunakan surat ijin kerja yang disebut dengan Safe System of Work (SSOW).
Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganaIisa pelaksanaan program Safe System of Work (SSOW) terhadap indikator keselamatan kerja dan menganalisa pelaksanaan Safe System of Work (SOW) pada setiap tahapan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan study evaluasi dengan metode pendekatan kualitatif terhadap orang yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan atau pembuatan surat ijin kerja ditinjau dari segi Input-Proses-Output.
Hasil penelitian didapatkan dari segi Input didapatkan pemahaman program SSOW adalah sangat baik, ini terlihat dimana 100% orang yang terlibat program ini telah mengikuti training dan 97.1% telah memahami dan mengerti tentang program SSOW. Dari segi Proses didapatkan pada awal tahun dimana pemenuhannya sangat bagus lalu menurun pada bulan April menjadi bagus dan naik kembaIi ketingkat sangat bagus pada bulan Mei dan Juni, karena pelaksanaan audit sudah menjadi pekerjaan rutin sehingga menjadi beban bagi para pekerja. Sedangkan pada segi output, dilihat dari kasus kecelakaan kerja pada tahun 2007 dan 2008 jumlahnya sama yakni 17 kasus, tetapi bila dilihat dari frequency rate pada tahun 2008 terlihat menurun dibanding tahun 2007 yaitu dari 0.31 menjadi 0.19.
Untuk mencegah atau mengurangi kecelakaan kerja perlu dilakukan audit pelaksanaan SSOW oleh auditor yang benar-benar mengerti bagaimana mengaudit secara benar dan memahami prosedur dengan balk sena pelaksana.an audit tidak dilakukan setiap hari agar basil audit merupakan basil nyata pelaksanaan SSOW dilapangan bukan hanya rutinitas pekerjaan dan tidak membebani pekerja.

Many occupational accidents occurred in various industrial sectors, especially in industrial that has a high potential risk such as oil and gas industry. When accident happened, losses will be obtained both by company and for workers. When accident happened, will affecting to deteriorate the company image, loss of trusty from partnership and stake holder and possibility bankrupt of the company cause by loss of trust. When accident happened will be affected to the employee such as injury, permanent disability or fatality and also they will lose their job.
Various efforts have been done by company to eliminate or reduce the accident both, active and passive. For active by entangled the workers to be active implemented the company program and followed the working procedure with the result behavior of the workers become safe behavior, whereas the passive character by putting the preventive or safety equipments in order to prevent the accident to be escalated. In order of preventing or reducing of the accident, any job activities in area PT ABC have to use permit to work called with Safe System of Work (SSOW).
The aim of research is to analyze the implementation of program Safe System of Work (SSOW) to safe working indicator and to analyze the implementation of program Safe System of Work (SSOW) in each step. This research is conducted by study evaluation with qualitative method approached to the personnel involved in implementation and making permit to work evaluated from Input-Process-Output aspect.
The input aspect research result for the understanding program of Safe System of Work (SSOW) is very good, it's seen 100% program involver have attended training and 97.1% have comprehended and understand concerning program of Safe System of Work (SSOW). On process aspect, at beginning of the year the accomplishment is very good then going down to good on April and returned back to very good in May and June. Whereas on output aspect, on the year 2007 and 2008 the number cases of occupational accident same i.e. 17 cases, but the frequency rate reduced on 2008 compared with 2007 from 0.31 to 0.19.
To prevent or reduce occupational accident, require SSOW audit to be conducted by competent auditor, comprehend procedure and the audit not be conducted every day in order to get the audit result is reality implementation of Safe System of Work (MOW) on the field not merely routine tasks do not encumber of the worker.

"Tesis ini membahas bagaimana fluktuasi kurs mata uang asing mempengaruhi economic exposure pada PT ABC selama periode tahun 2006 sampai dengan tahun 2008 dan analisis proyeksi fluktuasi kurs mata uang asing dan pengaruhnya terhadap arus kas perusahaan di masa yang akan datang.
Pembahasan menitikberatkan pada analisis hedging untuk pengukuran dan pengelolaan transaction exposure serta analisis faktor keuangan dan faktor lain di luar lingkup keuangan untuk pengukuran dan pengelolaan operating exposure. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode simulasi Crytal Ball untuk pengambilan keputusan.
Hasil penelitian mendapatkan hasil pengukuran economic exposure yang dialami oleh perusahaan selama periode tahun 2006 sampai dengan tahun 2008 dan untuk masa yang akan datang bagaimana perusahaan dapat mengarahkan strategi hedging dan strategi lain di luar lingkup keuangan dalam menghadapi fluktuasi kurs mata uang asing apabila cenderung mengalami penurunan atau apabila cenderung mengalami kenaikan
The focus in this thesis is to analyze the effect of the exchange rate fluctuation to economic exposure at PT ABC for period 2006 until 2008 and to analyze the projection of exchange rate fluctuation for next two years which affect the company operating cash flow in the future.
The focus of the analysis especially in the hedging strategy to measuring and managing transaction exposure and the analysis of measuring operating exposure and managing operating exposure from financial aspect and other aspects aside from financial factor . This study is the kuantitative study that used Crystal Ball simulation method for decision making.
The result of this study is to measure the economic exposure that affect the company for period 2006 until 2008 and how the company can conduct the hedging strategy and other strategies from financial aspect and others to deal with the exchange rate fluctuation in the future either the exchange rate fluctuation turn to depreciating or appreciating.

"Program pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi nosokomial di Rumkital Dr. Mintohardjo sudah berjalan selama empat tahun. Saat ini pelaksanaan beberapa kegiatan mengalami penurunan. Penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan program tersebut ditinjau dari manajemen dan organisasi dengan pendekatan sistem. Pengumpulan data melalui telaah dokumen, observasi, wawancara mendalam, Focus Group Discussion.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa faktor manajemen yang terdiri dari komitmen, kepemimpinan, komunikasi dan kerjasama dalam pelaksanaan program pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi nosokomial di Rumkital Dr. Mintohardjo masih rendah disebabkan program tersebut belum menjadi prioritas utama dan seringnya terjadi pergantian pimpinan yang diikuti dengan perubahan kebijakan. Organisasi pelaksana program pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi nosokomial secara struktural belum melibatkan orang-orang yang mempunyai pengaruh dan belum ada pembagian tugas antara penentu kebijakan dan pelaksana kebijakan. Pelaksanaan tugas komite pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksinosokomial masih rendah terbukti dengan tidak terlaksananya kegiatan rapat, sosialisasi, pengawasan dan umpan balik.
Saran yang dapat dilakukan dengan restrukturisasi organisasi dan meningkattkan kembali kegiatan sosialisasi, pertemuan, rapat dan orientasi agar informasi tentang program dapat dipahami dan dilaksanakan.

Programs of prevention and control of nosocomial infections in Rumkital Dr. Mintohardjo been running for four years. Currently the implementation of some activities has decreased. Descriptive qualitative study conducted to know the description of the programs in terms of management and organizational systems approach. The collection of data through document review, observation, depth interviews, focus group discussions.
Based on the results of the study concluded that the factor of management commitment, leadership, communication and cooperation in the implementation of prevention and control of nosocomial infections in Rumkital Dr. Mintohardjo still low because the program has not been a top priority and the frequent change of leadership, followed by policy changes. Organizations implementing prevention and control of nosocomial infections are structurally not involve people who have influence and there is no division of tasks between policy makers and policy implementers. Implementation of prevention and control committee assignment infeksinosokomial low as evidenced by not meeting the implementation of activities, socialization, supervision and feedback.
Suggestions to do with organizational restructuring and re-socialization meetings and orientation to information about the program can be understood and implemented.

"ABSTRAK
Pendanaan proyek (project financing) merupakan pembiayaan yang diberikan kepada perusahaan untuk pembangunan proyek tertentu dan pengembaliannya dikaitkan dengan proyeksi arus kas yang dihasilkan oleh proyek tersebut. PT. ABC yang memiliki ijin untuk membangun sarana telepon tetap nirkabel akan menggunakan metode ini untuk pendanaan proyeknya.
Pilihan pendanaan dapat berupa hutang investasi dari bank atau obligasi yang masing-masing memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda. Kajian kelayakan suatu proyek untuk masing-masing metode pendanaan akan difokuskan pada parameter-parameter keuangan yang dianggap dapat menunjukkan kemampuan proyek memenuhi kewajibannya dan
memberikan return yang disyaratkan pemberi pinjaman dan pemilik ekuitas. Analisa yang dilakukan meliputi analisa cash flow, net present value dari proyek, interest rate ratio, payback period, return on equity ratio, dan cash coverage ratio untuk memenuhi kewajiban-kewajibannya. Analisa sensitifitas dilakukan untuk mengetahui kemampuan dari proyek menghasilkan arus kas pada kondisi-kondisi yang berbeda, yaitu kenaikan pulsa hanya 8,5% setiap 2 tahun sampai tahun 2010, kenaikan biaya operasional menjadi 15% per tahun, kenaikan bunga bank sebesar 5% per tahun, dan depresiasi nilai rupiah terhadap mata uang US$ sebesar 1% per tahun.
Kesimpulan dan saran dari karya akhir ini diberikan untuk perusahaan dalam menentukan metode pendanaan yang paling sesuai ditinjau dari resiko-resiko yang mungkin terjadi dan kemungkinan pengembangan karya akhir ini.

"[ABSTRAK
Komunikasi adalah faktor penting dalam keberhasilan implementasi
kebijakan dan program pemerintah. Untuk itu peneliti akan menganalisis
formulasi kebijakan komunikasi dalam mendukung pelaksanaan program
pembangunan kesehatan di Indonesia. Beberapa temuan dari riset nasional seperti
Survei Demografi Kesehatan Indonesia (SDKI) tahun 2012, dan Riset Kesehatan
Dasar 2013, diperkuat dengan sejumlah penelitian lainnya serta pemberitaan di
media yang menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat kebijakan dan program kesehatan
yang belum berhasil mencapai target yang antara lain disebabkan tidak
berjalannya fungsi komunikasi secara optimal sehingga masyarakat belum bisa
memahami dan mendukung kebijakan dan program kesehatan pemerintah.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif,
pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, focus group
discussion (FGD) dan telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan fakta
bahwa fungsi komunikasi yang dijalankan unit hubungan masyarakat di
Kementerian Kesehatan belum berjalan optimal oleh karena belum adanya
pedoman yang mengatur fungsi komunikasi secara terintegrasi dan komprehensif
dalam hal kelembagaan, kegiatan, tata laksana kerja dan sumber daya. Peneliti
menyarankan kepada sejumlah pihak terkait terutama Pusat Komunikasi Publik
Kementerian Kesehatan agar segera menyusun pedoman komunikasi atau
kehumasan yang dapat mengatur seluruh aspek komunikasi yang diperlukan
dalam meningkatkan pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi selaku hubungan masyarakat,
selain itu juga memperkuat sumber daya agar lebih memadai. Peneliti juga
merekomendasikan kepada Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika dan
Kementerian PAN dan Reformasi Birokrasi agar menyiapkan berbagai upaya
untuk memperkuat posisi dan peranan hubungan masyarakat dalam pembangunan
nasional.

governance and resources. Researcher suggests to the number of related parties,
especially to the Center for Public Communication of the Ministry of Health to
immediately formulate guidelines for communications or public relations to
regulate all aspects of communication required in advancing the implementation
of tasks and functions as public relations, and also strengthens the resources to be
more adequate. Researchers also recommend to the Ministry of Communications
and Informatics and the Ministry of Empowerment of State Apparaturs and
bureaucracy reform to prepare a variety of efforts to strengthen the position and

"Kondisi gaya hidup masyarakat Indonesia yang kurang sehat menjadi salah satu faktor penghambat laju pembangunan di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, Pemerintah Indonesia melalui Kementerian Kesehatan membuat program yang dinamakan Program Indonesia Sehat dengan Pendekatan Keluarga melalui Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor HK.02.02 / Menkes / 52/2015 dan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 39 Tahun 2016 tentang Pelaksanaannya. dari Program PIS-PK. Program PIS-PK telah dilaksanakan di berbagai Provinsi dan Kabupaten / Kota. Salah satu kabupaten / kota yang telah melaksanakan program tersebut adalah Kota Depok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan Program PIS-PK di Kota Depok Tahun 2018 dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan Program. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan post-positive dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dan studi pustaka sebagai data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Program PIS-PK di Kota Depok tahun 2018 masih belum berjalan dengan baik. Hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti Komunikasi, Sumber Daya Manusia, Anggaran, Sarana dan Prasarana, serta Faktor Sosial Budaya Masyarakat. yang tersedia. Oleh karena itu, Pemerintah harus melakukan pembenahan terhadap masing-masing faktor tersebut, seperti perbaikan komunikasi Program, Penambahan Sumber Daya dan Anggaran serta perbaikan sarana dan prasarana yang tersedia agar kedepannya terlaksananya Program PIS-PK di Kota Depok. bisa berjalan lebih baik.

The unhealthy condition of the Indonesian people's lifestyle is one of the factors that hinders the pace of development in Indonesia. If this health condition is not properly considered, Indonesia will lag behind other countries in global competition. Therefore, the Indonesian Government through the Ministry of Health created a program called the Healthy Indonesia Program with a Family Approach through the Minister of Health Decree Number HK.02.02 / Menkes / 52/2015 and Ministry of Health Regulation Number 39 of 2016 concerning the implementation of the PIS-PK Program. The PIS-PK program has been implemented in various Provinces and Districts / Cities. One of the districts / cities that has implemented the program is Depok City. This study aims to describe the implementation of the PIS-PK Program in Depok City in 2018 and the factors that influence the implementation of the Program. This research was conducted using a post-positivist approach and data was collected by conducting in-depth interviews and through literature studies as secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the PIS-PK Program in Depok City in 2018 is still not going well. This is influenced by several factors such as Communication, Human Resources, Budget, Facilities and Infrastructure, as well as Community Socio-Cultural Factors. which are available. Therefore, the Government must make improvements to each of these factors, such as improvements to Program communication, Addition of Resources and Budget as well as improvements to available facilities and infrastructure so that in the future the implementation of the PIS-PK Program in Depok City can run even better.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan dan kesesuaian
survei kebisingan, pengendalian teknis dan administratif, pemeriksaan audiometri,
dan Alat Pelindung Telinga (APT) yang dilakukan di PT X sesuai dengan
peraturan dan rekomendasi yang ada, agar dapat diketahui hal-hal yang dapat
diperbaiki untuk mewujudkan Program Konservasi Pendengaran (PKP) yang
efisien, efektif, dan memadai. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi deskriptif
dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh dengan cara wawancara mendalam,
observasi, dan telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya
ketidaksesuaian penerapan elemen Program Konservasi Pendengaran (PKP) di PT
X dengan peraturan dan rekomendasi. Peneliti merekomendasikan bahwa perlu
dibuat kebijakan khusus dan pemberian pelatihan mengenai Program Konservasi
Pendengaran (PKP), serta pengawasan yang lebih pada pelaksanaan setiap elemen
Program Konservasi Pendengaran.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to describe the implementation and suitability noise survey,
engineering and administative controls, audiometric test, and Hearing Protection
Device (HPD) in PT X accordance with existing regulations and
recommendations, in order to know the things that could be improved to realize
the Hearing Conservation Program (HCP) that is efficient, effective, and
adequate. This study used descriptive design with qualitative approach. Data was
obtained by in-depth interview, observation, and document review. The results
showed that there was found mismatches between implementation of Hearing
Conservation Program elements in PT X with regulations and recommendations.
Researchers recommend that should made specific policy and training about
Hearing Concervation Program (HCP), as well as supervision to each
implementation of Hearing Conservation Program (HCP) elements."

Dalam mengatasi permukiman kumuh Pemrov DKI Jakarta salah satu caranya
adalah dengan melakukan Program Bantuan Perbaikan Rumah di Permukiman
Kumuh. Program ini menggunakan APBD, yang pada pelaksanaannya sering
ditemukan masalah-masalah yang mempengaruhi kinerja anggaran, yang salah
satu indikatornya adalah Realisasi Penyerapan Anggaran. Masalah-masalah dapat
timbul di setiap kegiatan pada pelaksanaan program tersebut, dimana bisa timbul
di fase perencanaan dan fase pelaksanaan. Pada penelitian ini, Pengumpulan data
dengan Metode Survey dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat frekuensi dan dampak
dari variabel Risiko terhadap realisasi penyerapan anggaran dan data tersebut
kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan software program SPSS. Kemudian
dilanjutkan dengan analisis berbasis risiko untuk menghasilkan strategi
pengelolaan risiko yang baik sehingga pelaksanaan program itu dapat menyerap
anggaran sesuai dengan yang direncanakan.

"Rumah sakit perlu melakukan pengembangan karyawan salah satunya melalui pelatihan yang dikembangkan secara teratur. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pelaksanan program pelatihan di RSIJPK tahun 2014 berdasarkan pendekatan sistem. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif serta mengumpulkan data sekunder berupa data pelatihan tahun 2013 dan 2014. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa terdapat kesenjangan kuantitas pelatihan antar unit dan ketidaksesuaiaaan dengan kebutuhan pelatihan unit tersebut. Penyebab masalah antara lain beban kerja di Bagian Diklat, uraian tugas yang belum spesifik, keterbatasan dana untuk kebutuhan unit, sarana-prasana yang belum menunjang, serta belum adanya kebijakan yang mengatur pembagian porsi pelatihan. Implemetasi belum berjalan sesuai harapan karena kurangnya pemahaman akan analisis kebutuhan pelatihan baik di Bagian Diklat maupun unit selain itu metode pelatihan yang diusulkan dan selain tahapan evaluasi yang belum mencakup keseluruhan komponen, bukan hanya saat pelatihan berlangusung. Disarankan agar mengembangkan analisis kebutuhan pelatihan dan merencanakan pelatihan yang lebih sistematis.

Hospital needs to do develop capacity of their employees by providing good training programs. This research aims to analyze the implementation of training program at RSIJPK 2014 based on system approach. A qualitative method and also collected RSIJPK data on training held in year 2013 and 2014. The research found that there were some challenges in providing a proposed number of training. The reason were the unclear job descriptions, lack of fund to support traing for units, lack of infrastructures, and no clear policy that regulates ideal number of training . Lack of understanding for training needs assessment was also a challange, at both training department and the units. Training methods have not been fully met due to lack of coordination while evaluation was only executed during the training process. The study suggest to develop a more systematic training need assessment and planning for immplementation.

"Posyandu (pos pelayanan terpadu), adalah wujud peran serta masyarakat dalam penyelenggaraan upaya kesehatan di Indonesia. Instruksi Menteri Dalam Negeri No. 9 tahun 1990 tentang peningkatan pembinaan mutu Posyandu, memberi peluang kepada lintas program maupun lintas sektoral yang terkait untuk berperan lebih aktif dan terkoordinasi.
Kenyataan di lapangan menunjukkan koordinasi lintas program Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bungo dalam pelaksanaan program-program Posyandu di Kabupaten Bungo tahun 2001, belum berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui informani secara mendalam pelaksanaan koordinasi lintas program Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bungo dalam pelaksanaan program-grogram Posyandu di Kabupaten Bungo tahun 2001. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab yang melatar belakangi belum efektifnya koordinasi tersebut.
Informasi diperoleh dengan cara wawancara mendalam, diskusi kelompok terarah, dan observasi langsung terhadap informan-informan di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bungo, serta informan dari tingkat Puskesmas yakni Kepala Puskesmas dan koordinator Penyuluhan Kesehatan Masyarakat.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa koordinasi lintas program di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bungo yang berkaitan dengan Posyandu belum efektif. Hal ini disebabkan karena belum adanya perencanaa terpadu tahunan khusus berkaitan dengan program-program yang ada di Posyandu.
Agar koordinasi tersebut memberikan hasil yang lebih besar dan lebih bermanfaat, perlu ditunjuk koordinator yang dituangkan dalam SK Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bungo. Untuk lebih menyebarluaskan dan pemerataan keberadaan Posyandu di setiap desa, diharapkan Pemerintah Kabupaten Bungo dapat mengalokasikan anggaran yang cukup untuk mendukung kesinambungan Posyandu di tengah-tengah masyarakat.

Analysis of Coordination of Program Crossing In Bungo Regency Health Department On The Programs Implementation of The Integrated Services Post In Bungo Regency Province of Jambi, 2001Posyandu (integrated services post), as one of of the community participation in the implementation of heath services, derives from the society of every village in Indonesia. Based on the Instruction of Home Affairs Minister number 9`h in 1990, on the enhancement, program and sectoral crossing are supposed to be more active in the participation.
The reality shows that the coordination of the program crossing of Bungo Regency Health Department in the programs implementation of Posyandu has not run well. This research is conducted to find out deeply information of the implementation of program crossing coordination in Bungo Regency in 2001. The research method used is qualitative to detect the cause of why coordination has not run. Informations are obtained by having indepth interview, focus group discussion, and observation which are directly done to informants who are directly involved with the available programs in the integrated services post and also, from community health center.
The result of the research shows, that the coordination of the program crossing in Bungo Regency Health Department that is related to the integrated services post has not been effective yet. It is appointed by the planning is not integratedly arranged, especially abaout the program in Posyandu.
In order that the coordination produce more significant and greater result, appointing a coordinator which is enclosed in a Decision Letter from the Head of Health Department of Bungo Regency is a need. To spread out and distribute evenly the existence of the integrated services post in every village, it is expexted that The Regency Government could alocate sufficient budget to reinforce the continuity of the integrated services post.
