"Skripsi ini membahas pengembangan talent pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan talent pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk dan untuk mengetahui implikasi dari pengembangan talent baik dari pihak PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk selaku pelaksana dan bagi talent selaku peserta. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan narasumber yang merupakan pihak pelaksana maupun peserta dari program pengembangan talent di PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Narasumber penelitian berjumlah 3 orang yang mampu merepresentasikan kegiatan pengembangan talent. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengembangan talent di BNI telah berjalan, namun butuh beberapa perbaikan untuk membuat pengembangan talent lebih komprehensif dan pengembangan talent membawa banyak implikasi baik.

The focus of this research is talent development process in PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The purpose of this research is to determine how the process of talent development at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk and the implications of the process of talent development both of the PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk as executor, and the talent as participants. This study is a qualitative research that produces descriptive data. Data were collected through interviews with sources who are the implementers and participants of the talent development program in PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Research informants were 3 people who represent the talent development activities. The results showed that the development of talent in BNI has been running, but it takes some improvements to make the process of talent development more comprehensive and talent development brings many good implications."

"Pertumbuhan jumlah penumpang pesawat udara pada kompetisi pasar yang meningkat secara signifikan harus diikuti oleh pertumbuhan dan ketersediaan infrakstruktur dan tenaga ahli yang bertalenta. Kemampuan memenangkan perang talenta berpengaruh pada kemampuan memenangkan pasar. Hal ini menimbulkan tuntutan bagi perusahaan agar lebih mumpuni dalam melakukan proses penyeleksian talenta serta perusahaan dituntut lebih baik lagi dalam memotivasi dan memelihara talenta-talenta terbaik yang ada di perusahaan. Salah satu tujuan dari proses talent management bagi PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. adalah untuk mempertahankan pegawai. Engagement selain berkorelasi dengan performa bisnis juga memberikan informasi seberapa atraktif perusahaan dalam persaingan talent. Selain itu engagement juga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan perusahaan untuk menarik, memotivasi, dan mempertahankan talent yang sangat bernilai yang pada akhirnya dapat mengurangi pegawai yang berkinerja rendah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatif yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh talent management terhadap employee engagement pada PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan data penelitian yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebar ke seluruh responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara talent management terhadap employee engagement pada PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.

The growth of passenger numbers in aircraft market competition that have increased significantly must be followed with the growth and availability of infrastructures and talented experts. The ability to win the competition in finding the best talent affects the ability to win the market. This requires the company to! be!more! competent in performing talent selection process, and the company is demanded to be one step ahead in motivating and retaining the best talents in the company. One of the goals of the talent management process for PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. is to retain employees. Engagement not only correlate with business performance but also provide information on how attractive the company is in the talent competition. This can enhance the company's ability to attract, motivate, and retain valuable talents, which eventually could reduce lowperforming employees. This study is an explanatory study that aims to elaborate the effect of talent management practices on employee engagement at PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. This research is a quantitative study made through questionnaires which have been distributed to all respondents. The finding of this research proves an impact between talent management practices and employee engagement at PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk."

"Penelitian ini menjelaskan dua variabel, yaitu budaya organisasi dan kinerja pegawai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara budaya organisasi dengan kinerja pegawai. Variabel budaya organisasi diuji dengan menggunakan 10 dimensi oleh Stephens P. Robbins. Variabel kinerja pegawai diuji dengan menggunakan 7 dimensi oleh John M. Ivancevich. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Divisi Sentra Operasi Kantor Pusat PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada responden. Sampel penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah 99 pegawai tetap pada Divisi Sentra Operasi Kantor Pusat PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Penelitian ini merupakan cross sectional study. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi rank spearman dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 17. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi mempunyai hubungan positif dan sangat kuat terhadap kinerja pegawai.

This research describes two variables, namely organizational culture and employee performance.The purpose of this research was to determine the relation between organizational culture with employee performance. Organizational culture variables were tested using 10 dimensions by Stephens P. Robbins. Employee performance variables was tested using 7 dimensions by John M. Ivancevich. The research was conducted at the Operations Center Division Head Office of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The research method used is quantitative research, data collection techniques performed by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The sample in this research was 99 employees remain at the Operations Center Division Head Office of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. This research is a cross sectional study. Analysis of the data used is the Spearman Rank correlation using SPSS version 17. The results show that organizational culture has a very strong and positive relation on employee performance."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai analisis kinerja pegawai non-manajerial divisi Human Capital management pada PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada responden untuk menilai dirinya sendiri, kemudian hasil penilaian tersebut didukung dengan wawancara tidak terstruktur terhadap atasan dan unit diluar divisi Human Capital Management. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa secara keseluruhan mayoritas kinerja pegawai non-manajerial divisi Human Capital Management pada PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. berada pada kategori "Baik".

This thesis discusses about performance analysis of non-managerial employees of the Human Capital Management division at PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. This research is descriptive quantitative research design. The questionnaire distributed to respondents to rate themselves, then the results of these assessments are supported by unstructured interviews to superiors and unit outside the Human Capital Management division. The study concluded that overall the performance of non-managerial employees of the Human Capital Management division at PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. are in the category of "Good"."

"Penelitian ini menganalisa efektifitas penggunaan situs online recruitment dalam rekrutmen pegawai tetap non-manajerial direktorat Commercial & Business Banking Bank Mandiri. Analisis dilakukan berdasarkan delapan dimensi yang terdiri dari 10 indikator. Penelitian bersifat univariabel dan dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data dengan metode survey melalui kuesioner skala likert. Responden diambil dari 30 pegawai tetap non-manajerial yang baru direkrut direktorat Commercial & Business Banking Bank Mandiri melalui situs online recruitment antara periode November 2013 hingga awal Desember 2013. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan situs online recruitment Bank Mandiri telah efektif untuk merekrut pegawai tetap non-manajerial direktorat Commercial & Business Banking.

This research analyzed the effectiveness of online recruitment sites utilization in the recruitment of permanent non-managerial employee within Bank Mandiri's Commercial & Business Banking directorate. The analysis conducted based on eight dimensions that consisted of 10 indicators. The research is a univariable research and used likert scale questionnaire for the data collection. Participants taken from 30 permanent non-managerial employee newly recruit from online recruitment sites between November and December 2013 by Bank Mandiri. The research result shows that the online recruitment sites utilization by Bank Mandiri was effectively recruited Commercial & Business Banking directorate non-managerial staff."

"The bank?s success in giving loan is related to promotions and service ecexelent which are given to debitors and debitors to be,promotion is something that must be paid attention by banks because its appropriate promotion will give benefits to the bank and debitors valuable assets which can survive and have ability to get benefits in a long term. From existed marketing tools word of mouth is dominated promotion which support marketing such as product and service marketing have high involvement. One of the bank which offers micro business credit is Bank Mandiri which is famous for its Kredit Mikro Mandiri with special cases for debitors to be in PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Hub Jakarta Pulogadung. Debitor who are satisfied with the product and service given will bring benefits for the bank and they will be loyal debitors and can carry out communication through word of mouth (positively) to other debitors to be.
The objective research of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Kredit Mikro is to find out how the effect word of mouth spreads to influence the business man submission intention using quantitave approach with literature study and uses research instrument by using questioner which is distributed to 125 business men respondents.
Research with statistic analyze using SPSS for windows 15 in variable word of mouth data analyze consists of 5 dimensions there are Talkers, Topics, Tools, Taking parts, and Tracking and variable intention to buy. Simple regression has been carried out by combining five dimensions becomes variable word of mouth and regression comparing with intention to buy.This research of this result shows that there is high influence of word of mouth on Kredit Mikro Mandiri product towards business men submission intention.

"Profitability is the most important thing in every company. Every company try to increase their profits as maximum as posible. One factor that company used to increase its profit is to make decision about optimum capital structure. Some theory said about correlation between capital structure and profitability. The more profitable the firm, the lower is the amount of leverage expected to be used by the firm. Capital structure is a combination of equity and debt. Some research shows that company which has small ratio of debt in thei capital structure has a big probability to gain high equity return. Thus, debt to equity ratio was used as indicator of capital structure and return on equity was used as measurement for profitability.
This study was made to know influences of capital structure in relation with return on equity as a proxy of profitability. The study was conducted in PT Bank Mega Tbk, period January 2002 until March 2008, using its annual reports as a population, with monthly reports period January 2002 until March 2008 as samples.
The result of statistic test by using alfa 0.05 concludes that capital structure have a significantly small effect to return on equity at PT Bank Mega Tbk period January 2002 ? March 2008. It means that capital structure in PT Bank Mega Tbk period January 2002 ? March 2008 was a small factor in increasing the equity return.

"Tema corporate governance kini menjadi salah satu isu yang penting dalam lingkungan bisnis di seluruh dunia, baik dari sisi akademik maupun praktik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh mekanisme corporate governance yang diproksikan dengan ukuran dewan komisaris (the board of commissioner size/BOC), ukuran komisaris independen (the ratio of non-executive managers/NEDRATIO), rasio kecukupan modal (capital adequancy ratio/CAR), pemegang saham blok (block holder/BH), pemegang saham terbesar (the largest share holder/LSH), yang akan diukur pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja perbankan dengan menggunakan Tobin’s Q dan dikontrol oleh variabel ukuran perusahaan (firm size/SIZE) dan rasio hutang (leverage/LEV). Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel sejumlah 110 observasi dari sampel perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor perbankan periode 2007-2011. Hasil penilitan menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Secara keseluruhan, mekanisme CG berpengaruh terhadap kinerja bank, (2) CAR dan SIZE berpengaruh signifikan secara positif terhadap kinerja bank, (3) BOC dan NEDRATIO berpengaruh signifikan secara negatif terhadap kinerja bank, (4) BH, LSH dan LEV tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja bank.

Theme of corporate governance has now become one of the important issues in the business environment around the world, both in terms of academic and practical. This research aims to analyze the effect of corporate governance mechanisms presented by the board of commissioner size (BOC), the ratio of non-executive managers (NEDRATIO), capital adequancy ratio (CAR), block holder (BH), the largest share holder (LSH), firm size (SIZE) and leverage (LEV) on the banking performance as measured by Tobin’s Q. This research uses a panel data of 110 observations of banking sector for the period 2007-2011. The result shows : (1) Overall, corporate governance mechanisms had statistically significant on banking performance, (2) Capital adequancy ratio (CAR) and firm size (SIZE) had statistically positive effect on banking performance, (3) The board of commissioner size (BOC) and the ratio of non-executive managers (NEDRATIO) had statistically negative effect on banking performance, (4) Block holder (BH), the largest share holder (LSH) and leverage (LEV) had no statistically significant on banking performance."

"Pemikiran bahwa manajemen modal kerja mempengaruhi risiko dan profitabilitas suatu perusahaan telah diterima secara umum. Penelitian terdahulu mengenai manajemen modal kerja dan kinerja perusahaan telah menganalisis hubungan linear antara investasi perusahaan pada modal kerja dan profitabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semakin rendah investasi pada modal kerja, semakin tinggi profitabilitas. Akan tetapi, tingkat modal kerja yang rendah dapat menimbulkan risiko tertentu seperti menurunnya penjualan (sales) dan gangguan dalam proses produksi. Oleh sebab itu, mungkin terdapat hubungan non-linear antara manajemen modal kerja dan profitabilitas perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen modal kerja terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan dengan mengontrol unobservable heterogeneity dan possible endogeneity. Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel tidak seimbang sejumlah 560 observasi dari sampel perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor manufaktur periode 2007 – 2011. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan kuadratik antara tingkat modal kerja dan profitabilitas perusahaan di Indonesia. Manajemen modal kerja ternyata memiliki pengaruh yang non-linear terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan secara signifikan.

The idea that working capital management affects a firm’s profitability and risk is generally accepted. Previous studies on working capital management and firm performance have analyzed a linear relationship between a firm’s investment in working capital and its profitability. Their findings showed that the lower the investment in working capital, the higher the profitability. However, the low level of working capital could lead to certain risks such as declining sales and interruption in the production process. Therefore, there might be a non-linear relationship between working capital management and firm profitability. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of working capital management on firm profitability by controlling for unobservable heterogeneity and possible endogeneity. This study used an unbalanced panel data of 560 observations of manufacturing firms for the period 2007 – 2011. The result showed that there is a quadratic relationship between level of working capital and firm profitability in Indonesia. It turns out that working capital management has non-linear effect on firm profitability significantly."

"ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh talent development terhadap succession planning yang dimediasi oleh innovative work behavior di perusahaan. Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan tiga teori utama, teori talent development oleh Panda & Sahoo, succession planning oleh Friedman, dan teori innovative work behavior oleh Howell. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui metode survei dengan memakai total sampling pada talent pool perusahaan. Jumlah responden yang ada didalam penelitian ini berjumlah 128 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data structural equation modeling dengan pendekatan partial least square. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik inferensial confirmatory factor analysis two step order melalui algoritma aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa talent development mempengaruhi succession planning secara positif signifikan dan akan lebih kuat dengan adanya intervensi dari innovative work behavior sebagai variabel mediasi yang memberikan pengaruh pada hubungan antara talent development dengan succession planning.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to explain the effect of talent development on succession planning with innovative work behavior as a mediation variable in a company. This research applied three main theories which are the theory of talent development by Panda & Sahoo, the succession planning by Friedman, and also the theory innovative work behavior by Howell. This research used a quantitative approach to gather the data by utilizes a survey method which then implementing total sampling on the companys talent pool. Total respondents in this research are 128 employees. This research uses structural equation modeling as a data analysis techniques with partial least square approach. This research uses confirmatory factor analysis two step order through the SmartPLS application. The quantitave result showed that talent development positively affect succession planning significantly and would be stronger with the intervention of innovative work behavior as a mediating variable that had an influence on talent development towards succession planning."
