"ABSTRAKTesis ini adalah hasil penelitian tentang Assessment Awal terhadap masyarakat olehPathfinder sebagai anggota jemaat Gereja Advent bersama Adventist Developmentand Relief Agency (ADRA) sebagai Organisasi Sosial Berbasis Keagamaan dariGereja Masehi Advent Hari Ketujuh guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial wargamasyarakat di lingkungan Gereja Advent Depok Baru melalui program I’M ADRAProject. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan Assessment Awal dalamkegiatan sosial kemanusiaan, kemudian menggambarkan faktor pendorong danpenghambat dari Assessment Awal tersebut. ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengandesain diskriptif.

ABSTRACTThis thesis is a study about Faith-Based Organization that is Adventist Developmentand Relief Agency as part of Seventh-day Adventist Church (SDAC) organization incooperation with the adventist church members especially Adventist youth andadolescent (Pathfinder Club) to make needs Assessment for community in DepokBaru SDAC area with I’M ADRA Project. The purpose of this study to describe needAssessment process in social humanity activity, then discribe the driving andinhibiting factors in this partnership. This research is a descriptive qualitativeresearch design."

"The purpose of the research is to predict some factor influencing dividend policy of companies. Factors that are predicted influencing dividend policy in this research are focused on 4 factors: cash position, leverage, growth, current ratio. The research examines financial statement of 254 public companies that are listed on Jakarta Stock Exchange from December 31, 2003 until December 31, 2005. The results of this research are in the year of 2003 independent variable current ratio gives significant in influence on dividend payout ratio , and in the year of 2004 - 2005 independent variable gives significant to dividend payout ratio is cash position. For year 2003 - 2005 only cash position that gives significant influence on dividend payout ratio."
