"Rumah sakit kanker "Dharmais" merupakan salah satu rumah sakit yang memberikan pelayanan kesehatan khususnya pelayanan pada penderita penyakit kanker. Rumah sakit kanker "Dharmais" memiliki beberapa instalasi yang satu diantaranya adalah Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit (IFRS) Kanker "Dharmais". Apoteker berperan dalam mengelola kegiatan yang ada di instalasi tersebut. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilakukan pada 03 Juli - 30 Agustus 2013 di Rumah sakit kanker "Dharmais" bertujuan untuk memberikan bekal bagi para calon Apoteker dalam menerapkan ilmu yang telah dipelajari selama masa kuliah secara praktis sehingga diketahui peran dan fungsi serta tanggung jawab Apoteker di rumah sakit. Tugas khusus yang berjudul Survei Kepuasan Pelanggan Tunai Dan Jaminan Di Satelit Farmasi Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit Kanker "Dharmais" Periode Juli - Agustus 2013 bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan tunai dan jaminan dan mengetahui kinerja yang harus diprioritaskan untuk mencapai kepuasan pelanggan.

Cancer hospital "Dharmais" is one hospital that provides health care services, especially in patients with cancer. Cancer hospital "Dharmais" has several installations that one of them is Hospital Pharmacy (IFRS) Cancer "Dharmais". Pharmacists play a role in managing existing activities on the installation. Pharmacist Internship (PKPA) are performed on 3 July to 30 August 2013 in the cancer hospital "Dharmais" aims to provide supplies for prospective pharmacists in applying the knowledge they have learned during the school term so that it is practically unknown roles and functions and responsibilities of pharmacists in the hospital.

Special task that title satisfaction customers survey of cash and guarantee at Satelit Farmasi Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit Kanker "Dharmais" July - August 2013 period aims to knows compare the level of cash customers and guarantee customers satisfaction and to knows activity that must be priority to come satisfy of customers."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Kanker “Dharmais” Jl. S. Parman Kav 84 -86 Slipi Jakarta Barat. Kegiatan PKPA ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami peran dan fungsi Apoteker dan kegiatan kefarmasian yang dilakukan di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Kanker “Dharmais”, serta kegiatan yang dilakukan di instalasi/ unit penunjang di Rumah Sakit Kanker “Dharmais”. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Analisa Biaya Satuan (Unit Cost) Tarif Rekonstitusi Obat Kanker di Rumah Sakit Kanker “Dharmais”. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui besarnya biaya satuan (unit cost) pada pelayanan rekonstitusiobat kanker di Rumah Sakit Kanker “Dharmais” dan membandingkan besarnya biaya satuan (unit cost) rekonstitusi obat kanker berkaitan dengan adanya perubahan fasilitas produksi Rumah Sakit Kanker “Dharmais” dengan tarif rekonstitusi obat kanker yang berlaku saat ini di Rumah Sakit Kanker “Dharmais”.

Pharmacist Internship Program at Dharmais Cancer Hospital Jl. S. Parman Kav 84 -86 Slipi West Jakarta is purposed to know and understand the rule and function of Pharmacist and also pharmaceutical activities in Pharmacy Installation and other supporting installations in Dharmais Cancer Hospital. The special assignment given is Unit Cost Analysis of Cytotoxic-Handling’s Rate in Dharmais Cancer Hospital that is purposed to determine the unit cost of cytotoxic handling service in Dharmais Cancer Hospital and to compare the cost obtained to current’s rate due to changes in some of the cost parameters."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker yang dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Kanker “Dharmais” Jalan S. Parman Kav. 84-86 Slipi Jakarta Pusat bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami tugas dan fungsi Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Kanker “Dharmais” dan peranan apoteker didalamnya. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Rekapitulasi pendapatan hasil efisiensi obat kemoterapi yang dapat diberikan secara gratis kepada pasien tidak mampu di Rumah Sakit Kanker “Dharmais” periode Juli- Desember 2012. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil efisiensi obat kemoterapi per protokol kemoterapi yang dapat diberikan secara gratis kepada pasien tidak mampu. Penyusunan tugas khusus ini menggunakan desain penelitian potong lintang dengan mengambil data secara retrospektif. Data yang diambil berupa data prevalensi kejadian kanker terbanyak periode 2009-2011, data pendapatan hasil efisiensi obat kemoterapi dan laporan handling cytotoxic periode April-Juni 2012.

Pharmacists internship program conducted at National Cancer Center "Dharmais" Hospital in Jalan S. Parman Kav. 84-86 Slipi Jakarta Pusat aims to identify and understand the duties and functions of National Cancer Center "Dharmais" Hospital Pharmacy and the role of pharmacists in it. Given specific assignment titled Recapitulation of the income generated by the efficiency of chemotherapy drugs that can be provided free of charge to poor patients National Cancer Center "Dharmais" Hospital period July - December 2012. The purpose of this specific assignment is to discover the results of the efficiency of chemotherapy per protocol that can provided free of charge to poor patients. This spesific assignment done by using a cross-sectional study design with retrospective data. The data retrieved is data of the highest incidence of cancer prevalence period 2009-2011, data income efficiency results of chemotherapy drugs, handling cytotoxic report period April-June 2012."

Sedangkan tujuan dari tugas khusus adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan yang merupakan pasien atau keluarga pasien rawat jalan jaminan terhadap mutu pelayanan farmasi di Rumah Sakit Kanker Dharmais pada bulan Juli - Agustus 2013.

Pharmacist Internship Program conducted at Dharmais Cancer Hospital Jl. S.Parman Kav 84-86 Jakarta aims to understand the role and function of the Pharmacist in Hospital Pharmacy and also to understand the installation and supporting departments at hospital such as Installation Environmental Health, Central Sterilized Supply Department and Medical Records Department. While the purpose of the special task is to determine the level of customer satisfaction which is the outpatient or the outpatient's family to service quality of pharmacy at Dharmais Cancer Hospital in July-August 2013."

"Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, orientasi praktik kefarmasian telah mengalami perubahan yang awalnya berorientasi pada produk menjadi berorientasi pada pasien. Apoteker sebagai tenaga profesi di rumah sakit memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam melaksanakan pelayanan kesehatan di bidang kefarmasian. Untuk dapat memberikan pelayanan kefarmasian yang baik di rumah sakit, seorang Apoteker harus memiliki kemampuan profesional dan pengetahuan yang memadai serta berorientasi kepada kepentingan pasien. Kemampuan profesional apoteker tidak terbatas pada sisi teknis kefarmasian saja, tapi juga dalam fungsi manajemen kefarmasian di rumah sakit. Oleh sebab itu, Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia bekerjasama dengan Rumah Sakit Kanker "Dharmais" untuk menyelenggarakan program Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker pada September - Oktober 2013. Tugas Khusus dengan judul Response Time Pelayanan Resep Pasien Rawat Jalan ASKES,JAMKESMAS dan KJS di Rumah Sakit Kanker "Dharmais" bertujuan untuk mengetahui waktu tanggap pelayanan resep rata-rata pada pasien rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Kanker Dharmais.

Along with the times, the orientation of pharmacy practice has changed which was originally product oriented turned into patient oriented. Pharmacist as professional workers in hospitals has a very important role in implementing health care in the field of pharmacy. To be able to give a good pharmacy services in hospitals, a pharmacist must have professional skills, adequate knowledge, and oriented to patient. The ability of professional pharmacists are not limited to the technical side of pharmacy, but also in pharmacy management functions in the hospital. Therefore, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Indonesia coorporating with Dharmais Cancer Hospital organized Pharmacist Internship Program in September - October 2013. Special Task titled Response Time Services Outpatient Prescription Health Insurance, JAMKESMAS and KJS at Cancer Hospital "Dharmais" aims to determine the response time average prescription services on an outpatient basis at Cancer Hospital Dharmais. "

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Rumah Sakit Kanker "Dharmais" bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan fungsi Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Kanker "Dharmais", memahami dan mengetahui peran dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di Rumah Sakit dan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan dalam bidang manajemen (perencanaan, pengadaan, penyimpanan, produksi, distribusi) dan farmasi klinis (PIO, komunikasi, edukasi, konseling). Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Response Time Pelayanan Resep Pasien Rawat Inap Lantai IV, V dan VI Rumah Sakit Kanker "Dharmais". Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah mengetahui waktu tanggap pelayanan resep (response time) pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Kanker "Dharmais" dan membandingkan hasil evaluasi response time RS Kanker "Dharmais" terhadap Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Menteri Kesehatan RI.

Pharmacist Internship Working Program at Atrika Pharmacy aims to understand the duties and functions of Pharmacy Instalation of "Dharmais" Cancer Hospital, to understand and know the duties and responsibilities of Pharmacist in hospital and to increase knowledge and abilities in management (planning, provisioning, storage, production, distribution) and clinical pharmacy (PIO, communication, education, counseling). Given a special assignment titled Response Time of Prescription Service in Hospitalized Patient from 4th, 5th and 6th Floor. The Purposes of this special task are to know the response time of prescription service in hospitalized patient of "Dharmais" Cancer Hospital and to compare response time evaluation result in "Dharmais" Cancer Hospital to the minimum service standard from the Indonesian Ministry of Health."
