"Artikel ini membahas isu identitas gender yang terdapat dalam salah satu lagu prancis berjudul Les Garçons Portent du Rose. Lagu ini diciptakan oleh grup musik asal Prancis yang bernama Madame Kay. Korpus data yang digunakan dalam analisis ini adalah lirik yang terdapat dalam lagu Les Garçons Portent du Rose. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa laki-laki bebas untuk memilih identitas gendernya, baik identitas gender maskulin maupun feminin, tanpa perlu takut dengan stereotip dan norma yang ada di masyarakat. Identitas gender seseorang tidak ditentukan oleh jenis kelaminnya. Meskipun seorang laki-laki memilih identitas gender yang tidak sesuai dengan jenis kelaminnya, namun perbedaan tersebut bukan menjadi suatu masalah.

This article analyzes the gender identity issue, which was comprised within one of the french song entitled Les Garçons Portent du Rose. This song was written by a French-based music group named Madame Kay. The data used in this analyzis is the lyrics of the song Les Garçons Portent du Rose itself. As the result, this research indicates that man is free to choose his gender identity; either it is masculine or feminine. He does not need to fear of being judged for defying the society stereotypes and norms. The gender identity is not particularly determined by the sex. Although a man might choose a gender identity opposite to his sex, it would not be an Issue."

"Artikel ini membahas kesetaraan sosial yang terdapat dalam lirik lagu ?Tous Les Mêmes? karya La Fouine. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan tekstual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menunjukkan isu kesetaraan sosial melalui makna yang terkandung dalam lirik lagu. Melalui lirik lagu yang banyak mengungkap persamaan-persamaan yang dimiliki setiap manusia, isu kesetaraan ditampilkan tidak sebagai kondisi yang ada dalam masyarakat, melainkan sebagai suatu impian yang dicita-citakan.

This article discusses social equality contained in the lyrics of ?Tous Les Mêmes? song by La Fouine. This study is a qualitative research with textual approach. The purpose of this study is to show the issue of social equality through the meaning contained in the lyrics. Through lyrics that reveal similarities as human being, the issue of equality is not shown as the condition exist in the community, but as a dream desired."

"Pada masa kini, keberadaan lagu dalam kehidupan sehari-hari manusia sudah tidak dapat lagi diragukan keberadaannya. Penciptaan lagu tidak jarang juga dijadikan sebagai sarana dari seorang komponis untuk menyalurkan isi hati dan pikirannya. Penyaluran itu datang dari lirik lagu, yang sama halnya dengan puisi, berisikan akan larik dan bait yang juga memuat berbagai gaya bahasa seperti metafora. Penelitian ini mengkaji unsur-unsur metafora yang terdapat di dalam lirik lagu pada album Les failles karya Pomme, yaitu lagu yang berjudul "Grandiose”, “sorcières”, “chanson for my depressed love” dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan dengan menganalisis komponen makna kata berunsur metaforis menggunakan teori komponen makna Mortureux (1997) dan jenis fungsi metafora milik Camp (2003). Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, ditemukan adanya ciri tematis kebebasan yang masing-masing diperlihatkan secara berbeda pada setiap lagu. Perbedaan yang muncul tersebut didasari dengan adanya perbedaan komponis lagu dari masing-masing lagu dan juga perbedaan waktu rilis dari setiap lagu yang bersamaan dengan tiga versi album Les failles yang berbeda. Melalui analisis metafora, juga ditemukan adanya kaitan lagu dengan latar belakang kehidupan penyanyi yang memperlihatkan bahwa ciri tematis yang ditemukan merupakan ide, perasaan dan cerminan hati sang penyanyi terhadap kebebasan. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa metafora di dalam lirik lagu mencerminkan kehidupan dan pengalaman sang penyanyi dan bahwa ciri khas serta tujuan penggubahan lagu oleh gabungan komponis dapat terlihat melalui analisis metafora.

In this era, the existence of a song in our daily life is no longer something that can be doubted. The creation of a song is oftentimes found as a mean of a composer to channel their heart’s content and thoughts. One of the ways of channeling is in the form of the lyrics of the songs, in which it is the same as a poem that is consisted of arrays and stanzas that could include many styles of language such as a metaphor. This research discusses about the elements of metaphors contained in the lyrics of some songs from the album Les Failles by Pomme with the following titles; “Grandiose”, “sorcières”, and “chanson for my depressed love” by using the quality research method and by analyzing the semantic components of a word that has metaphorical element in it with the semantic component theory of Mortureux (1997) and the types of metaphorical function of Camp (2003). Based on the analysis of this research, the thematic features of freedom are found, in which each of them is presented differently in each song. The differences that arise are based on the distinction in the composers of each song and in the time release of each song that coincides with the three different versions of the Les failles album. Moreover, the relation of the songs and the singer’s life background is also found, which shows that the thematic features that are discovered are the ideas, feelings, and the reflection of the heart of the singer towards freedom. The result of this research shows that the metaphors found in a song tend to reflect the singer’s life and experience, and that through the analyzed metaphors, it also shows the characteristic and the goal of the song’s composers."

"ABSTRAKArtikel ini membahas Les Petits Enfants du Si cle sebagai sebuah karya sastra yang tidak hanya memiliki fungsi estetik saja, tetapi juga berfungsi sebagai cerminan realitas sosial dan media penyampai kritik. Les Petits Enfants du Si cle karya Christiane Rochefort adalah roman yang diterbitkan pasca Perang Dunia II. Karya ini menceritakan kehidupan Josyane dan keluarganya yang memanfaatkan tunjangan keluarga untuk bertahan hidup di era Les trente glorieuses masa kejayaan Prancis . Fokus tulisan ini adalah memperlihatkan realitas masyarakat konsumeris Prancis pasca Perang Dunia II yang cerminkan pada keluarga Josyane. Metode kualitatif digunakan untuk membahas fokus kajian secara deskriptif dan mendalam. Paham yang menjadi acuan dalam melihat gagasan konsumeris dalam karya ini adalah pemikiran Jean Beaudrillard mengenai masyarakat konsumeris Prancis pasca Perang Dunia II. Pendekatan struktural digunakan untuk melihat kesejajaran antara kedua gagasan konsumeris, yaitu gagasan yang ditunjukkan pada Les Petits Enfants du Si cle dengan gagasan Jean Beaudrillard.

Les Petits Enfants du Si cle by Christiane Rocheforts is a novel published post World War II. It tells of the life of Josyane and her family who use their family rsquo s financial support to survive during Les trente glorieuses the French golden era . The focus of this article is to show the reality of the consumerist French society post World War II which is represented by Josyane rsquo s family. A qualitative method is used to discuss the focus of analysis which is descriptive and in depth. The idea used as a reference in observing the consumerist idea in this novel is the one expressed by Jean Baudrillard regarding the French consumerist society post World War II. A structural approach is used to observe the parallelism between these two consumerist ideas the idea expressed in Les Petits Enfants du Si cle and the idea expressed by Jean Baudrillard."
