"Modernisasi dapat berdampak negatif terhadap kesehatan mental pada masyarakat perkotaan. Perubahan gaya hidup modern mengarah pada perilaku kosmopolitan, menjadi faktor predisposisi peningkatan masalah mental pada masyarakat perkotaan, salah satunya adalah penggunaan NAPZA akibat peningkatan beban psikologis. Heroin merupakan salah satu obat psikoaktif jenis opiat semisintetik yang bersifat depresan, dipilih sebagai alternatif penyelesain masalah hingga seseorang mengalami kecanduan (adiksi). Respon ketidakberdayaan dapat menjadi efek yang timbul akibat ketergantungan zat. Karya ilmiah ini adalah analisis dari penerapan asuhan keperawatan akibat dari respon ketidakberdayaan yang dialami oleh klien dengan ketergantungan opiat khususnya Heroin yang sedang menjalani program perawatan detoksifikasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa intervensi asuhan keperawatan generalis menggunakan tehnik dereflection melalui metode FRAMES terbukti mampu menyelesaikan masalah ketidakberdayaan pada klien dibuktikan dengan peningkatan kemampuan self being dan Coping mecanism. Namun, keberhasilan untuk mempertahankan kondisi tersebut perlu support system baik dari orang terdekat, keluarga, maupun kelompok, termasuk kebutuhan akan terapi komunitas.

Heroin is a semisynthetic opiate psychoactive drugs that are depressants, chosen as an alternative finishly of problems to a person experiencing become addiction. Response powerlessness can be caused by the effects addiction of substance.

This scientific paper is the application of analysis nursing intervention to the response of powerlessness by clients with addiction of opiate especially Heroin in hospitalisation detox program. The analysis showed that generalist nursing interventions using techniques dereflection through FRAMES method proved capable of resolving the problem of powerlessness to client, it's look an increase in the ability of self-being and coping mecanism. However, the success of these conditions need to maintain a good support system like from people nearby, families, and groups, and including need for community teraphy."
