"Angkutan kota selalu menjadi permasalahan transportasi perkotaan dikarenakan jumlah yang tidak seimbang dan tidak teraturnya waktu dan tempat berhenti yang sering membuat kemacetan di jalan raya. Tak terkecuali di jalan Margonda denga jumlah angkutan umum yang lewat sangat banyak dengan dilewati 6 trayek. Untuk itu diperlukan evaluasi apakah keadaaan eksisting angkutan umum yang lewat di jalan Margonda Raya masih memenuhi standar. Hasil evaluasi angkutan umum menunjukkan bahwa angkutan umum tidak memenuhi standar baik dari segi faktor muatan maupun dari headway kendaraan. Diperlukan perencanaan ulang bukan hanya dari evaluasi dengan mempertimbangkan moda lain sehingga menghasilkan sistem angkutan umum yang efektif.

"Angkot" has always been huge problem of urban transport due unbalanced amount between demand and supply and irregular time and random place to stop which often create traffic jams on the street. Such as ?Jalan Margonda Raya? is one of the biggest impact by high amount and habitual to stop and park their car to wait a passenger. Because of that impact, it required an evaluation which still meet the standards or not. Results of the evaluation shows that public transportation does not meet the standards both in terms of load factor and vehicle headway . Re-planning is required for urban transport which operates which condsider another kind of public transport for resulting an effective public transport system."

"ABSTRAKBelakangan ini transportasi barang perkotaan (Urban Freight Transport) memiliki berbagai macam masalah, termasuk kemacetan yang diakibatkannya. Sistem transportasi barang dituntut untuk menghasilkan biaya yang rendah. Pada dasarnya untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, konsep Green Urban Freight adalah jawabannya. Konsep ini didesain bukan hanya untuk ramah lingkungan, tetapi juga berfungsi ekonomis. Paper ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa tingkat pengetahuan dan kesadaran pemangku kepentingan terhadap Green Urban Freight Transport(GUFT). Metode yang digunakan adalah melalui survey wawancara untuk berbagai tema terkait GUFT kepada pemangku kepentingan seperti residents di wilayah Pulo Gadung, Tanjung Priok dan Kelapa Gading. Pemangku kepentingan lainnya adalah freight carriers di Indonesia. Hasil dari paper ini adalah secara umum tingkat kesadaran dari residents lebih tinggi dibandingkan tingkat pengetahuannya, tetapi pada pemangku kepentingan freight carriers tingkat pengetahuannya lebih tinggi dibandingkan tingkat kesadarannya. Terdapat korelasi yang cukup signifikan antar berbagai tema GUFT dalam hal tingkat pengetahuan dan kesadaran. Hal ini memberikan makna bahwa tema-tema dalam GUFT sudah cukup diketahui dan disadari keterhubungannya.

ABSTRACTThese days, there are various problems regarding urban freight transportation, one of which is traffic congestion. The transportation system is expected to have a small cost. The solution to these problems is the Green Urban Freight Concept. This Concept is designed not only to be environmentally friendly, but also economical. This paper analyzes the level of knowledge and awareness of certain stakeholders regarding Green Urban Freight Transport, or GUFT. The method that is used to collect information is a survey that involves topics related to GUFT. The survey is spreaded to certain stake holders such as residents residing in Pulo Gadung, Tanjung Priok, and Kelapa Gading. Freight carrier companies are also accounted as stake holders that affect the urban freight transportation. The result of this paper is that, in general, the level of awareness of residents, residing in said locations, is higher than their level of knowledge regarding GUFT, Whereas in freight carrier companies, their level of knowledge is higher that their level of awareness regarding GUFT. There is significant correlation about the level of awareness and knowledge in various GUFT topics. This reveals that the topics in GUFT are well known and are correlated."

"Development successful of a state supported by many factors. One of sector which has contribution in its successful is transportation sector. Transportation sector is a important sector of state development. If the transportation is good, the development becomes more accomplished so the economic can grow and automatically politic stability increases. Public policy in transportation sector is veryimportant thing, because including people and goods movement to some area or place especially in urban. The problems of transportation in urban generally are traffic jam,traffic indiscipline, pollution, safety etc. Transportation policy directed to overcome the problems of transportation by providing priority of the more important problem to be overcome first. The air pollution caused by urban transportation is one of thebiggest contribution of carbon gas on atmosphere and this problem would be discussed in this thesis.Method which was used in this thesis was qualitative method by collecting data through library research and interview to the competence sides in this research.The conclusion of this research is state policy especially transportation sector still more emphasize certain groups particularly for the sake of business. and ignoredimportance of public, people conditions are still weak even though today has gone in reformation era which emphasizes people in making policy. However state remain participates in international policy that is ratifying Kyoto Protocol to reduce thedanger gas which causes climate alteration and global effect. Thus the state still halfhearted to perform the policy in this environment sector because of many importance, while in politic international which was leaded by state that is care about environment, that is a important issue and many pay attention in globalization eracurrently and in order to the state was not excommunicated in international world."
