"Penelitian ini membahas tentang kegiatan business coaching Bisnis di UKM BING KOPI yang merupakan unit bisnis yang bergerak di bidang Makanan dan Minuman, khususnya minuman dalam bentuk kopi yang berlokasi di Jakarta. Tujuan dari business coaching dan penulisan tesis ini adalah untuk membantu menerapkan strategi promosi dan meningkatkan suasana toko di BING KOPI UKM dalam rangka meningkatkan penjualan produk kopi. Serangkaian wawancara terstruktur dan observasi dilakukan dengan pemilik UKM BING KOPI dan temuan menunjukkan bahwa ada tiga masalah utama yang dihadapi oleh UKM BING KOPI saat ini, yaitu masalah suasana toko yang tidak mendukung, kurangnya promosi strategi, dan program untuk mempertahankan konsumen yang dimiliki oleh UMKM saat ini belum dapat berjalan secara optimal. Permasalahan tersebut dapat diperbaiki dengan cara-cara berikut: 1) Mengubah store atmopshere outlet BING KOPI, 2) Menerapkan metode promosi offline advertising dalam bentuk bentuk flyer, 3) Mengembangkan strategi promosi yang dimiliki oleh UMKM BING KOPI dalam bentuk content marketing.

This study discusses the Business Coaching activities at BING KOPI SMEs which are business units engaged in the field of Food and Beverages, especially beverages in the form of coffee, located in Jakarta. The purpose of the business coaching and writing of this thesis is to help implement the promotion strategy and improve the store atmosphere at BING KOPI SMEs in order to increase sales of coffee products. A series of structured interviews and observations were conducted with the owners of BING KOPI SMEs and the findings show that there are three main problems faced by BING KOPI SMEs at this time, namely the
problem of store atmosphere that is not supportive, the lack of promotion strategies, and programs to retain consumers owned by SMEs when This has not been able to run optimally. This can be corrected in the following ways: 1) Improving the store atmosphere of BING KOPI outlets, 2) Implementing promotional methods in the form of offline advertising in the form of flyers, 3) Developing promotional strategies owned by BING KOPI in the form of content marketing.

"Pandemi COVID-19 sangat berdampak ke UMKM di Indonesia. Banyaknya
UMKM di Indonesia yang mengalami penurunan pendapatan akibat adanya
Pandemi COVID-19 menjadikan UMKM harus berkerja lebih keras untuk dapat
bertahan dalam pandemi COVID-19 ini. Salah satu UMKM yaitu Warung Sop
Ayam Mbah Min bergerak di Industri kuliner yang menawarkan Sop Ayam Khas
Klaten di daerah Galaxy, Bekasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode Business
Coaching, penelitian kualitatif dan data yang didapatkan berdasarkan hasil
observasi, survey serta wawancara mendalam. Terdapat beberapa metode analisis
yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian antara lain Business Model
Canvas (BMC), analisis Porter’s Five Forces, analisis PESTEL, Bauran Pemasaran
Jasa, analisis VRIO, analisis SWOT, analisis TOWS, dan analisis GAP. Hasil
menunjukan bahwa UMKM belum maksimal dalam menerapkan kegiatan promosi
dan belum menjalin hubungan dengan pelanggan. Maka solusi yang diambil untuk
masalah tersebut yaitu dengan merancang bauran promosi dan pembentukan
database marketing. Elemen bauran promosi yang diimplementasi yaitu sales
promotion dan digital/internet marketing. Pengimplementasian rancangan bauran
promosi berupa promosi potongan harga yang dilakukan secara offline maupun
online yang disebarkan melalui media Instagram UMKM. Pembentukan database
marketing dilakukan dengan pengumpulan database pelanggan. Hasil implementasi
menunjukan adanya kenaikan penjualan pada UMKM selama pandemi COVID-19
berlangsung.

The COVID-19 pandemic has a profound impact on MSMEs in Indonesia.
The number of MSMEs in Indonesia has experienced a decline in income due to the
COVID-19 Pandemic, making MSMEs have to work harder to survive this COVID-
19 pandemic. One of the MSMEs, namely Warung Sop Ayam Mbah Min, is
engaged in the culinary industry which offers Klaten Typical Chicken Soup in the
Galaxy area, Bekasi. This research was conducted using the Business Coaching
method, qualitative research and data obtained based on observations, surveys and
in-depth interviews. There are several analytical methods used to achieve the
research objectives, including the Business Model Canvas (BMC), Porter's Five
Forces analysis, PESTEL analysis, Service Marketing Mix, VRIO analysis, SWOT
analysis, TOWS analysis, and GAP analysis. The results show that MSMEs have
not been maximal in implementing promotional activities and have not established
relationships with customers. So the solution taken for this problem is by designing
a promotional mix and establishing database marketing. The elements of the
promotional mix that are implemented are sales promotion and digital / internet
marketing. Implementation of the promotional mix design in the form of discounted
promotions carried out offline and online which is spread through the UMKM
Instagram media. The establishment of the loyalty program is done by collecting a
customer database. The implementation results showed an increase in sales to MSMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic.

"ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana karakteristik saluran mempengaruhi sikap konsumen multi-saluran terhadap saluran online dan offline dalam mencari informasi dan membeli produk. Convenience sampling digunakan untuk penelitian ini. Data survei dikumpulkan dari 587 konsumen multichannel yang mencakup 438 konsumen online ke offline dan 149 konsumen offline ke online. Hipotesis penelitian diperiksa menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa karakteristik saluran yang mempengaruhi sikap konsumen terhadap saluran online dan offline. Selain itu, saya menemukan beberapa perbedaan antara konsumen online offline dan offline konsumen online terkait dengan karakteristik saluran yang mempengaruhi sikap konsumen. Temuan penelitian dapat digunakan oleh manajer pemasaran untuk mengembangkan program pemasaran untuk membangun sikap konsumen yang positif terhadap saluran yang akan digunakan untuk mencari informasi produk dan membeli produk. Implikasi dan rekomendasi manajerial terkait dengan temuan ini dibahas untuk penelitian lebih lanjut.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to analyze how channel characteristics affect multi-channel consumer attitudes towards online and offline channels in finding information and buying products. Convenience sampling was used for this study. Survey data were collected from 587 multichannel consumers which included 438 online to offline consumers and 149 offline to online consumers. Research hypotheses were examined using multiple regression analysis. The research findings show that there are several channel characteristics that influence consumer attitudes towards online and offline channels. In addition, I found some differences between online consumers offline and online consumers offline related to channel characteristics that influence consumer attitudes. Research findings can be used by marketing managers to develop marketing programs to build positive consumer attitudes toward channels that will be used to find product information and buy products. Managerial implications and recommendations related to these findings are discussed for further research."

"Tesis ini membahas proses komunikasi online menuju offline komunitas virtual di Indonesia. Selain proses komunikasi, tesis ini juga membahas konsep 'from cyber to brother' yang terjadi dalam komunitas virtual di Indonesia. Untuk dapat mengetahui proses komunikasi online ke offline dan konsep 'from cyber to brother' yang terjadi dalam komunitas virtual di Indonesia maka digunakan studi etnometodologis dengan pendekatan interpretatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua skema dalam proses komunikasi online menuju offline yaitu skema sirkular (loop) dan spontanitas (linier). Untuk dapat menemukan konsep 'from cyber to brother' dalam komunitas virtual di Indonesia, peneliti menggunakan observasi dan wawancara mendalam terhadap anggota komunitas virtual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi konsep 'from cyber to brother' dalam komunitas virtual di Indonesia.

This thesis discussed the process on online to offline communication virtual community in Indonesia. Other than the process of the communication itself, this thesis also discussed the concept of ?from cyber to brother? which occured on virtual community in Indonesia. In order to found out whether the process of online to offline communication and ?from cyber to brother? concept occured on virtual community in Indonesia, therefore the author used ethnomethodology method with interpretative approach. The result showed that there were two schemes on the process of offline to online community, which were circular scheme (loop) and spontaneous (linear). Other ways to found out the concept of ?from cyber to brother? on virtual community in Indonesia, the author engaged with the members of virtual community in terms of observation and interview. The finding showed that the concept of ?from cyber to brother? was indeed occurred on virtual community in Indonesia."

"Tujuan utama skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengaruh Brand Identity, Brand Image, dan Internet Use terhadap Brand Preference pada Brand Online dan Brand Offline. Retail Brand online yang akan diteliti adalah Zalora, Helmedroom dan Asos, sedangkan retail brand offline ialah Centro Departmen Store, Disctarra, dan Metro Departmen Store. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian eksploratif dan deskriptif yang dilakukan satu kali dalam satu periode. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 150 orang yang pernah belanja online dan offline. Model penelitian dengan enam hipotesis diuji menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa brand identity, brand image dan internet use mempengaruhi brand preference. Tetapi setelah di moderasi, brand type memoderasi brand identity terhadap brand image, namun brand type tidak memoderasi hubungan brand image dengan brand preference dan internet use dengan brand preference.

The purpose of this study is to identify the impact and relation from brand identity to brand image, then brand image toward brand preference, and internet use toward brand preference, and there is brand type as moderator variable. This research uses exploratory and descriptive design research conducted in one time period (cross sectional design). Respondents of this study are 150 people who have been shopping by online and offline. The six-hypotheses research model in this study are tested with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results finds that almost all variables have a significant and positive relationship before we put moderator variable. After we put moderator variable, we find that brand type moderating brand identity toward brand image, but brand type not moderating brand image toward brand preference, and also internet use toward brand preference."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana perbandingan antara aktivitas kewargaan offline dengan online. Perkembangan teknologi mendorong pembentukan aktivitas kewargaan dalam bentuk baru yaitu melalui platform digital. Beberapa studi sebelumnya menjelaskan terdapatnya aktivitas kewargaan yang dilakukan secara online. Selain itu, terdapat juga studi yang menjelaskan bahwa masyarakat lebih tertarik untuk melakukan aktivitas kewargaan secara online. Namun, ditengah kemudahan untuk melakukan aktivitas kewargaan secara online, keinginan untuk melakukan aktivitas kewargaan secara offline justru kurang diminati. Hal ini menyebabkan adanya perbedaan preferensi untuk melakukan aktivitas kewargaan, baik itu aktivitas kewargaan secara offline maupun online. Peneliti memiliki hipotesis bahwa terdapat perbedaan dalam aktivitas kewargaan yang dilakukan secara offline maupun online. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yaitu survey secara online kepada mahasiswa FISIP UI angkatan 2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan teknologi dapat meningkatkan angka partisipasi dalam perilaku kewargaan secara online. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan teknologi belum meningkatkan kesadaran responden untuk menggunakan hak warga negara (sosial, politik, dan sipil) dengan efektif.

This research has a purpose to describe the comparison between offline citizenship with online citizenship activities. The growth of technology has pushed the citizenship activities in a new form and that is through digital platform. Previous studies explain that there are several citizenship activities done thorugh online platform. Another thing, there are some studies that explain that people are more interested to do citizenship activities through online platform. But, in the middle of easiness to do citizenship activites through online platform, there is little interest to do citizenship activites through offline platform. This indicate that there are differences in preference to do citizenship activities, whether it online or offline. Researcher has a hypothesis that there are difference between citizenship activities done through online and offline. This Research is using quantitative method with survey as data gathering method to college student FISIP UI year 2019. Result of this research shows that technology can increase the participation rate in digital citizenship. Another result also shows that technology has not yet increase the awareness of respondent to use their citizenship rights (social, politics, and civil) effectively."
