"Perlindungan hukum bagi Notaris yang membuka isi (rahasia) akta sangatlah penting demi kelangsungan Notaris tersebut dalam menjalankan jabatannya. Oleh karena Notaris adalah pejabat umum yang melayani kepentingan masyarakat yang membutuhkannya membuat akta otentik yang tidak dikehendaki untuk diketahui oleh pihak lain yang tidak berkepentingan. Jadi dengan memahami lebih mendalam kewenangan Notaris dan kewajiban Notaris untuk merahasiakan isi akta serta menggunakan Hak Ingkarnya, maka dengan demikian terpenuhi ketentuan Undang-Undang dan kebutuhan masyarakat mengenai kepastian hukum dari akta otentik yang mempunyai kekuatan pembuktian sempurna. Notaris dalam menjalankan jabatannya sehari-hari yang membuat akta otentik adakalanya diminta untuk membuka isi (rahasia) akta, sehubungan dengan ulah para pihak yang meminta untuk dibuatkan akta tersebut yang mencampur adukkan sifat keperdataan dan kepidanaan, sehingga seringkali Notaris dipanggil menjadi saksi atau tersangka untuk membuka isi (rahasia) akta yang dibuatnya kepada lembaga penyidik atau lembaga penuntut. Dalam hal demikian Notaris harus memahami benar peraturan UUJN dan peraturan perundangundangan lainnya mengenai penggunaan Hak Ingkar, agar dibebaskan dari kewajiban untuk memberikan kesaksian atau membuka isi (rahasia) akta. Selain itu, untuk melindungi kepentingan profesi Notaris dalam menjalankan jabatannya dengan tentram, maka Notaris dapat meminta perlindungan kepada Organisasi Notaris secara umum dan Majelis Pengawas Notaris secara khusus.

Law protection to the Notary who reveal the confidentiality of notarial deeds is very important to the function and power or authority of the Notary itself. Notary as public officer who provides service to the members of society who needs Notary to make original deeds which requires confidentiality and the content of the deeds can not be known by any party who has no interest. Therefore through understanding the power and authority of Notary and his obligation, Notary has to keep the content of deeds confidentially. In order not to be known by any party who has no interest to that deed. Through deep comprehension the power of authority, the obligation of Notary to keep in secret the Notary deed and the use of right or refusal, then fulfill the provision of law and the needs of society which requires legal assurance of the Notarial deed which has the perfect evidence.

Notary when running his daily function in making orginal deeds sometimes be required to enclosed the content (the secret) of the deed, just because misconduct of the party who asked to make the above deed which mixed the civil and criminal characteristic, quite often Notary being asked as witness or as accused to reveal the content (the secret) of the deed to the investigating officer and the accuser. In this matter Notary has to really understand the provision the Law of Notary and other provision considering the right of refusal, in order to release from the obligation to be a witness and to reveal the content (the secret) of the deed. On the other hand to protect the Notary profesion and its interest who runs his function peacefully, so Notary can ask for protection from Notary Organization and Board of Notary Supervision."

"[Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan bagaimana unsur-unsur humor digunakan untuk memarodikan konsep maskulinitas agen rahasia dalam film Austin Powers : International Man of Mystery dan Austin Powers : The Spy Who Shagged Me dan menunjukkan bagaimana parodi dan tawa bekerja untuk mempertahankan atau menolak sebuah ideologi dominan maskulinitas agen rahasia James Bond. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi tipologi humor yang digunakan dalam kedua film dan membandingkan atribut-atribut maskulinitas Austin Powers dengan konsep maskulinitas agen rahasia ideal menggunakan pendekatan semiotik. Penelitian menemukan bahwa di satu sisi kedua film berusaha untuk membongkar konsep maskulinitas ideal tersebut, sementara di sisi lain ditemukan juga adanya peneguhan konsep maskulinitas ideal yang dilakukan oleh kedua film.

The purpose of this thesis is to show how the typology of humor in parody films is used in Austin Powers : International Man of Mystery and The Spy Who Shagged Me to strengthen and/or resist the dominant ideology represented by the ideal male secret agent masculinity ideology in James Bond movies. The analysis is conducted by identifying the typology of humor used in the films and comparing Austin Powers’ masculinity attributes to the ideal secret agent masculinity attributes using semiotic approach.
