"ABSTRAKNomor Protokol Internet sebagai sumber daya utama untuk berkomunikasi melaluijaringan internet perlu dikelola dengan baik untuk dapat mendukung Industri 4.0 diIndonesia. Forum Nasional Kebijakan Nomor Protokol Internet adalah kolaborasidalam pengelolaan Nomor Protokol Internet antara pemerintah dan pemangkukepentingan non-pemerintah dari berbagai sektor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmenganalisis proses tata kelola kolaborasi dalam kebijakan pengelolaan NomorProtokol Internet dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh dalam tatakelola kolaborasi tersebut. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teoridistributed internet governance dari Verhulst et al. (2014), serta teori collaborativegovernance dari Ansell dan Gash (2007). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatanpostpositivist dengan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukanmelalui studi literatur dan wawancara mendalam dengan informan terkait. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan tata kelola kolaborasi dalam kebijakanpengelolaan Nomor Protokol Internet belum optimal memenuhi konsep distributedinternet governance dari Verhulst et al. (2014). Selanjutnya untuk faktor yangberpengaruh dalam tata kelola kolaborasi sesuai dengan teori Ansell dan Gash(2007) adalah faktor kondisi awal dan desain kelembagaan.

ABSTRACTInternet Protocol Number as the primary resource for communicating through theinternet network needs to be appropriately managed to be able to support Industry4.0 in Indonesia. Forum Nasional Kebijakan Nomor Protokol Internet is acollaboration between the government and non-government stakeholders fromvarious sectors to manage Internet Protocol Number. This study aims to analyze thecollaborative governance process in the management policy of the Internet ProtocolNumber and analyze the factors that influence collaboration governance. The theoryused in this study is the theory of distributed internet governance from Verhulst etal. (2014), and collaborative governance theory from Ansell and Gash (2007). Thestudy used a postpositivist approach with qualitative methods. Data collectiontechniques were carried out through literature studies and in-depth interviews withrelevant informants. The results showed that the application of collaborativegovernance in the management policy of Internet Protocol Number has notoptimally met the concept of distributed internet governance from Verhulst et al.(2014). Furthermore, the influential factors in collaborative governance underAnsell and Gash's theory (2007) are the initial conditions and institutional designfactors."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai penerapan etika bisnis dalam prinsip-prinsip corporate governance di pengaturan pasar modal Indonesia yang dapat memberikan value bagi suatu Perseroan sebagai kontribusi terhadap pencegahan praktek tindakan korupsi, kolusi, dan nepotisme. Dengan mengkaitkan kepada prinsip-prinsip corporate governance OECD yang diadopsi KNKG selaku lembaga independen dan Bapepam sebagai badan pengawasan dan evaluasi dalam pelaksanaan penerapannya pada Perseroan di Indonesia. Kontribusi pasar modal Indonesia di dunia internasional diarahkan dengan dilakukannya pengawasan dan evaluatif oleh ASEAN dalam suatu pemeringkatan dalam hal penegakan hukum, tugas dan tanggung direksi dan dewan komisaris beserta pemegang saham, perlindungan terhadap para pemegang saham dan para pemangku kepentingan. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif yuridis normatif, penelitian ini bermaksud memaparkan keberlakuan penerapan prinsip-prinsip tersebut agar terciptanya suatu kepastian hukum dalam pengaturannya di pasar modal Indonesia.

This paper discusses about the assessment of business ethics in the principles of corporate governance in the Indonesian capital market regulations which can provide a value for the enterprises as a contribution to prevent the practice of corruption, collution, and nepotism. By linking to the principles of corporate governance adopted to OECD, KNKG as the independent institution dan Bapepam as supervisory and evaluative body are able to measure the implementation of its application to the entriprises in Indonesia.

The contribution of the Indonesian capital market internationally directed through monitoring and evaluative by ASEAN in a ranking in law enforcement, duties and responsibilities of directors and the board of directors and its shareholders, protection of shareholders and stakeholders. By using the method descriptive normative research, this study intends to describe the applicability of the implementation to these principles in order to lead a rule of law in its regulations in the Indonesian capital market."

"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan POJK No.2/POJK.5/2014 tentang Tata Kelola Yang Baik Bagi Perusahaan Perasuransian pada perusahaan ndash; perusahaan asuransi di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deksriptif dan analisis data dengan membandingkan antara indikator ndash; indikator pada POJK No. 2/POJK.5/2014 tentang Tata Kelola Yang Baik Bagi Perusahaan Perasuransian dengan apa yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan dalam penerapan tata kelola yang baik.Berdasarkan penilaian atas tata kelola perusahaan telah ditemukan adanya beberapa indikator yang masih belum memenuhi ketentuan pada beberapa perusahaan asuransi. Namun, analisis pada penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perusahaan asuransi di Indonesia sebesar 64 telah memenuhi ketentaun praktik tata kelola pada dengan POJK No.2/POJK.5/2014 tentang Tata Kelola yang Baik Bagi Perusahaan Perasuransian. Selain itu penelitian ini juga menguji korelasi antara skor tata kelola perusahaan asuransi dengan ROA dan ukuran perusahaan. Hasil uji korelasi ini menunjukkan bahwa skor tata kelola perusahaan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA dan ukuran perusahaan.

The purpose of this study is to review the implementation of POJK No.2 POJK.5 2014 about good corporate governance of the insurance company in Indonesia. The research method used are descriptive analysis and data analysis comparing between the indicators based on POJK No.2 POJK.5 2014 about good corporate governance of the insurance company with the suitability of application of good corporate governance by company.

Based on analysis of implementation of good corporate governance there are several indicators that still not meet the regulations yet by some insurance company. However, the results obtained in this study indicate that 64 insurance company in Indonesia has meet the regulations according to POJK No.2 POJK.5 2014 about good corporate governance in the insurance company. In addition, this study also examines the correlation between the score of corporate governance with ROA and firm size. The results of this correlation test indicate that corporate governance scores have no significant effect with ROA and firm size. "
