Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis data keuangan dan anggota koperasi serta wawancara dengan anggota koperasi dan koperasi pada data tahun 2011-2015. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa pelatihan manajemen modal usaha yang diberikan kepada anggota koperasi dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan usaha anggota serta kinerja keuangan koperasi itu sendiri.

This study takes a case of cooperation in Indonesia. This study is conducted by analyzing financial and member data as well as interviews with the cooperation rsquo s members and the cooperation in 2011 2015. This study finds that the management training provided to members of the cooperation can increase the wealth of members as well as the financial performance of the cooperation itself. "
