"Dampak pandemi covid19 dan disrupsi teknologi terhadap ketahanan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang dilihat dari aspek digitalisasi bisnis belum mendapat perhatian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel-variabel literasi digital, ekosistem digital dan transformasi digital terhadap ketahanan bisnis UMKM di Indonesia dan membangun model hubungan variabel-variabel tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap pelaku UMKM yang telah menggunakan media digital atau bisnis secara online di 10 provinsi di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan melakukan survei yang disebarkan secara online terhadap 400 responden. Analisis hubungan dan kekuatan pengaruh antar variabel dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara literasi digital dan ekosistem digital terhadap transformasi digital dan ketahanan bisnis. Variabel transformasi digital juga berperan sebagai variabel mediasi antara literasi digital dan ekosistem digital terhadap ketahanan bisnis UMKM. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa baik ketahanan bisnis maupun transformasi digital paling besar dipengaruhi oleh ekosistem digital sebesar 56,3%. Implikasi kebijakan dari penelitian ini adalah framework ketahanan bisnis berdasarkan pendekatan kolaborasi aktor ekosistem digital.

The impact of COVID-19 and the technological disruption on small business’ resilience from business digitalization perspective has not given deserved attention. This study aims to analyze the effect of digital literacy, digital ecosystem and digital transformation on the resilience of MSME businesses in Indonesia as well as to propose a causal model of the relationship amongst these variables. The study was conducted on MSME that have used digital media or online business in 10 provinces in Indonesia. The method used is a quantitative through a questionnaire distributed online to 400 respondents. The study applied Structural Equation Model-PLS to develop the model and analyze the impact of digital literacy, digital ecosystem and digital business transformation on business resilience. The result of the study shows that there is a positive and significant impact of digital literacy and the digital ecosystem on digital transformation and business resilience. The digital transformation variable also acts as a mediating variable between digital literacy and the digital ecosystem on the resilience of the MSME business. The results of the study indicate that both business resilience and digital transformation are most affected by the digital ecosystem by 56.3%. This study proposes a policy implication of a collaborative framework to ensure business resilience."
