"Nuskin G3 Juice merupakan salah satu produk yang diproduksi di PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi. Produk ini harus diproduksi secara efisien agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pasar. Namun sayangnya proses pengemasan Nuskin G3 Juice belum efisien sehingga proses pengemasannya masih memerlukan waktu yang panjang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis waktu proses pengemasan Nuskin G3 Juice, menganalisis penyebab proses sortir yang memakan waktu lama, dan menganalisis cara untuk mengurangi waktu proses sortir. Metode pelaksanaan dalam menganalisis cara untuk mengurangi waktu pengemasan produk Nuskin G3 Juice dilakukan dengan mengamati proses pengemasan Nuskin G3 Juice di black area. Kemudian dilakukan analisis penyebab dilakukannya pengemasan ulang menggunakan fishbone diagram dengan kategori man, method, machine, dan material. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang didapatkan, proses yang memakan waktu paling lama pada proses pengemasan G3 adalah bagian sortir dikarenakan skill packer pada bagian sortir belum merata. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan skill packer dilakukan pembuatan tabel ok/not ok sebagai panduan packer dalam proses sortir, pembuatan alur sortir yang efisien untuk mengurangi kebingungan packer saat sortir, dan melakukan refreshment kepada packer mengenai standar sortir berdasarkan AQL.

Nuskin G3 Juice is one of the products produced at PT. Soho Pharmaceutical Industries. This product must be produced efficiently in order to meet market needs. But unfortunately the Nuskin G3 Juice packaging process is not efficient so the packaging process still takes a long time. The purpose of this study was to analyze the packaging processing time for Nuskin G3 Juice, analyze the causes of the sorting process which takes a long time, and analyze ways to reduce the sorting process time. The implementation method in analyzing ways to reduce packaging time for Nuskin G3 Juice products is carried out by observing the packaging process for Nuskin G3 Juice in the black area. Then an analysis of the causes of repackaging was carried out using a fishbone diagram with man, method, machine, and material categories. Based on the research results obtained, the process that takes the longest in the G3 packaging process is the sorting section because the packer skills in the sorting section are not evenly distributed. Efforts were made to improve packer skills by making ok/not ok tables as a guide for packers in the sorting process, making efficient sorting paths to reduce packer confusion during sorting, and conducting refreshments to packers regarding sorting standards based on AQL"
