Kegiatan PKPA ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa profesi apoteker dapat melihat langsung aktivitas yang berlangsung dalam suatu industri farmasi, memperoleh pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang segala aspek yang terkait di industri farmasi terutama dalam hal penerapan CPOB di PT. Actavis Indonesia dan dapat memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai peran dan tugas apoteker di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Pembuatan Laporan Validasi Proses Dumocalcin Chocolate Plus Tablet. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tujuan dilakukannya validasi proses, mengetahui tahapan validasi proses, dan mengetahui cara pembuatan laporan validasi proses dari produk obat khususnya di PT. Actavis Indonesia.

Pharmacists Professional Practice implemented in PT. Actavis Indonesia Jl. Raya Bogor KM 28 Jakarta Timur. PKPA activity is intended that students can see the direct profession pharmacists activity that takes place in the pharmaceutical industry, gaining knowledge and insight into everything related aspects in the pharmaceutical industry, especially in terms of the implementation of GMP in PT. Actavis Indonesia and may have a deep understanding of the role and duties of the pharmacist in the pharmaceutical industry. Special task given Preparation of Process Validation Report from Dumocalcin Chocolate Plus Tablets. The specific task is to know the purpose of validation process, knowing the stages of validation processes, and knowing how to make the process validation report from drug products, especially in the PT. Actavis Indonesia."

"Obat atau bahan obat tersebut hanya boleh diproduksi oleh industri farmasi yang memiliki sertifikat CPOB (Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik). Obat yang dipasarkan secara luas juga harus memiliki izin edar yang dikeluarkan oleh otoritas Badan POM RI, dimana proses pembuatannya sudah memenuhi ketentuan CPOB. Sehingga persyaratan CPOB merupakan persyaratan mutlak yang wajib dipenuhi oleh suatu industri farmasi. Peran seorang apoteker dalam menjalani pekerjaan kefarmasian yang tercantum dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 51 Tahun 2009 yaitu bertanggung jawab pada pembuatan termasuk pengendalian mutu sediaan farmasi, pengamanan, pengadaan, penyimpanan, dan pendistribusian atau penyaluran obat, pengelolaan obat, pelayanan obat resep dokter, pelayanan informasi obat, serta pengembangan obat, bahan obat dan obat tradisional. Nilai ilmiah, keadilan, kemanusiaan, keseimbangan dan orientasi kepada masyarakat atau pasien menjadi dasar dalam menjalani pekerjaan kefarmasian dengan memproduksi sediaan farmasi yang memenuhi standar, persyaratan keamanan, kualitas, dan efikasinya secara konsisten. Oleh karena itu, Program Profesi Apoteker Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia bekerja sama dengan PT. Actavis Indonesia mengadakan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA), mahasiswa calon apoteker diharapkan mampu mengembangkan ilmu yang telah didapatkan ke dalam dunia kerja. Pelaksanaan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dimulai tanggal 12 Agustus - 30 September 2013.

Drug or ingredient of the drug should only be manufactured by the pharmaceutical industry who are certified GMP ( Good Manufacturing Practice ). Widely marketed drugs also must have a marketing authorization issued by the authorities POM RI , where the manufacturing process complies with GMP . So it is an absolute requirement of GMP requirements that must be met by a pharmaceutical industry. The role of a pharmacist in a pharmacy undergo job listed in the Indonesian Government Regulation No. 51 of 2009 that is responsible for the manufacture of pharmaceutical preparations including quality control, security, procurement, storage, and distribution or distribution of drugs, medication management, prescription drug services, service drug information, and drug development, medicinal materials and traditional medicine. Scientific value, justice, humanity, balance and orientation to the public or patients undergoing the basis for the manufacture of pharmaceutical jobs pharmaceutical preparation standards, safety requirements, quality, and efficacy consistently. Therefore, the Faculty of Pharmacy Pharmacist Program, University of Indonesia in cooperation with PT. Actavis Indonesia held Practice Pharmacist ( PKPA ) , student pharmacists candidates are expected to develop knowledge that has been gained into the working world . Implementation Practice Pharmacist ( PKPA ) began on 12 August to 30 September 2013."

"ABSTRAKPraktek kerja profesi di PT. Actavis Indonesia Jakarta Timur Periode Agustus-September 2017 bertujuan untuk mengerti peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker, serta memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Selain itu, calon apoteker juga dapat memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Praktek kerja profesi di PT. Actavis Indonesia dilakukan selama sembilan minggu dengan tugas khusus yaitu Tinjauan Validasi Produk Amoxicilline DT 750 mg, Flucloxacilline Kapsul 500 mg. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui keadaan produk Amoxicilline 750 mg Disper Tablet dan Flucloxacilline 500 mg kapsul yang telah divalidasi, sehingga dapat menentukan tingkat urgensi dilakukannya validasi selanjutnya pada kedua produk tersebut.

In addition, the pharmacist candidate can also understand in the application of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and have a real picture about pharmaceutical work issues in the pharmaceutical industry. Internship at PT. Actavis Indonesia was conducted for nine weeks with special assignment Product Validation Review of Amoxicilline DT 750 mg, Flucloxacilline Capsules 500 mg. The purpose of this special assignment is to determine the state of product Amoxicilline 750 mg Disper Tablets and Flucloxacilline 500 mg capsules have been validated, so it can determine the level of urgency of further validation on both products"

Praktek Kerja profesi apoteker dilaksanakan di departemen pemastian mutu. Kegiatan yang dilakukan di departemen pemastian mutu ialah melakukan pembuatan laporan pengkajian mutu produk Periodic Product Review/PPR serta pembuatan daftar ringkas dossier, protokol validasi proses dan protokol hasil validasi. Selain itu, mahasiswa diberi pengetahuan tentang peran kerja setiap departemen di Industri Farmasi. Tugas khusus yang dilakukan selama PKPA ialah membuat laporan pengkajian mutu produk Amoxicilline 375 mg Disper Tablet pada periode pembuatan 25 januari ndash; 24 januari 2017. Pengkajian mutu produk dilakukan untuk membuktikan konsistensi proses, kesesuaian dari spesifikasi bahan awal, bahan pengemas dan produk jadi, untuk melihat trend/kecendrungan serta mengidentifikasi perbaikan yang diperlukan untuk produk dan proses.

Internship at PT. Actavis Indonesia aims to understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists as well as the application of Good Manufacturing Practices CPOB in the Pharmaceutical Industry. In addition, the professional practice of pharmacists aims to gain insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work and to have a real fact about pharmaceutical industry. Internship has been done in quality assurance department. The activities undertaken in the quality assurance department are to make a Periodic Product Review PPR report and the summary of list dossiers, process validation protocols and validation protocols report. Moreover, students are given knowledge about the role of each department in the Pharmaceutical Industry. The internship given a special task about Periodic product review PPR of Amoxicilline 375 mg Disper Tablet during the manufacturing period of January 25 January 24, 2017. Product quality review is carried out to prove process consistency, conformity of initial material specifications, packing materials and finished products, Trends tendencies and identify the necessary improvements to products and processes."

"Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik adalah pedoman pembuatan obat bagi industri farmasi di Indonesia yang bertujuan untuk memastikan agar sifat maupun mutu obat yang dihasilkan senantiasa memenuhi persyaratan mutu yang telah ditentukan dan sesuai dengan tujuan penggunaanya. Salah satu pihak yang dapat berperan aktif untuk menghasilkan obat yang bermutu aman dan berkhasiat dalam industri farmasi adalah apoteker. Kegiatan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa profesi apoteker dapat mengetahui regulasi pembuatan obat yang diterapkan dalam semua kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh PT Actavis Indonesia. Selain itu, Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui rangkaian kegiatan yang dilakukan PT Actavis Indonesia dalam pembuatan obat sesuai dengan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Kualifikasi Mesin SYH Three Dimensional Mixer. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil kualifikasi mesin dan mendokumentasikan hasilnya yang meliputi kualifikasi instalasi operasional dan kinerja serta mengetahui bahwa mesin yang dikualifikasi layak untuk digunakan dan sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang diinginkan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa hingga Kualifikasi Kinerja 2 mesin terkualifikasi.

Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB is a guideline of drug manufacturing for pharmaceutical industry in Indonesia aimed for ensuring the characteristic and quality of the product that been produced consistently meet the quality standard and suited its purpose of use. One of the party that can actively participate in resulting a product that conformed its quality safety and efficacy in pharmaceutical industry is pharmacists Apothecary Profession Internship has a purpose for the pharmacists to learn the regulation of drug manufacturing applied in all aspects in PT Actavis Indonesia. Furthermore, Apothecary Profession Internship also aims for acknowledging series of activity in pharmaceutical production in PT Actavis Indonesia related to the CPOB The title of the special assignment given is Qualification of SYH Three Dimensional Mixer Machine. The purpose of this special assignment is to know the result of machine qualification and documenting its result that consists of Instalation Qualification Operational and Performance along with this is to find that the qualified machine fitted for production using and suited its specification. The result show that until Performance Qualification 2 the machine is qualified."
