"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Atrika bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami peran, fungsi dan tanggung jawab seorang Apoteker Pengelola Apotek, serta memahami cara pengelolaan apotek baik teknis farmasi maupun non teknis farmasi.Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul rekapitulasi peresepan, penatalaksanaan, dan konseling dalam terapi tuberkulosis di Apotek Atrika. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah dan jenis obat tuberkulosis yang diresepkan oleh dokter kepada pasien berdasarkan resep yang diterima Apotek Atrika selama periode November 2011 hingga April 2012 serta mengkaji peresepan obat untuk terapi tuberkulosis yang diterima Apotek Atrika selama periode November 2011 hingga April 2012 dari sisi kerasionalan resep, interaksi obat, dan pemberian informasi. Data yang dikumpulkan diperoleh dari resep-resep yang diterima atau dilayani oleh Apotek Atrika selama bulan November 2011 hingga bulan April 2012, kemudian dilakukan pencatatan terhadap resep yang ditujukan untuk terapi tuberkulosis selama periode tersebut. Berdasarkan resep yang diterima Apotek Atrika selama periode November 2011 hingga April 2012, resep yang ditujukan untuk terapi tuberkulosis di Apotek Atrika sebanyak 2 lembar resep. Obat untuk terapi tuberkulosis yang paling banyak diresepkan oleh dokter adalah Isoniazid. Terdapat 2 resep yang terkait terapi obat tuberkulosis yang dilayani Apotek Atrika, resep pertama tidak rasional karena tidak memenuhi persyaratan administratif dan kesesuaian famasetis. Sedangkan resep yang kedua sudah dianggap rasional.

Apothecary Internship Report at Apotek Atrika aimed to know and observe duties and functions of apotek executive apothecary, along with learning the way to organize apotek from phramacy technical and non pharmacy technical. Special assignment title which is given is recapitulation of prescription, system, and counseling in therapy of tuberculosis at Atrika Apotek. This special assignment aimed to know the number and kind of tuberculosis drugs which prescription by a doctor to patient based on the prescription which is accepted Atrika Apotek during November 2011until April 2012 with observe prescription to tuberculosis therapy which is accepted Atrika Apotek during November 2011until April 2012 from prescription rationality, interaction of drug, and information present.

Data is collected from prescription which is served by Atrika Apotek during November 2011until April 2012, then is performed recording toward prescription which tended for tuberculosis therapy during the period. Based on the prescription which is accepted Atrika Apotek during November 2011until April 2012, prescription which is tended for tuberculosis therapy at Atrika Apotek as many two sheet of prescription. The most of tuberculosis drugs which is given by a doctor is Isoniazide. There are two prescription concerned with tuberculosis drug therapy which is served Atrika Apotek, The first prescription is not rational because it doesn’t comply administrative criteria and compatibility pharmacetics. Whereas the second prescription is complies."

"Apotek termasuk dalam sarana kesehatan yang berperan dalam upaya-upaya kesehatan terutama dalam pendistribusian dan pemberian informasi obat kepada masyarakat. apotek merupakan salah satu sarana yang mendukung peningkatan derajat kesehatan yang optimal bagi masyarakat. Apotek mempunyai dua fungsi yaitu suatu bentuk unit pelayanan kesehatan (non profit oriented) dan sebagai institusi bisnis (profit oriented). Apotek berperan dalam pelayanan obat atas dasar resep dan pelayanan obat tanpa resep untuk masyarakat yang ingin melakukan pengobatan mandiri. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilakukan pada 16 September – 25 Oktober 2013 di Apotik Atrika guna memberikan perbekalan bagi para calon Apoteker untuk menerapkan ilmu yang telah dipelajari selama masa kuliah secara praktis dan langsung kepada pasien di Apotek. Kegiatan PKPA tersebut memberikan pengetahuan langsung mengenai peran dan fungsi Apoteker dalam pelayanan kefarmasian dan pengelolaan Apotek.

The pharmacy has two functions, namely a form of health care units (non-profit-making) and as a business institution (profit-oriented). Pharmacies participate in the service on the basis of prescription drugs and non-prescription drug services for people who want to do self-treatment. Work Practice Pharmacist (PKPA) conducted on 16 September to 25 October 2013 in the Pharmacies Atrika to provide supplies for prospective pharmacists to apply the knowledge they have learned during the course in a practical and direct to patients in pharmacies. The PKPA activities provide direct knowledge of the role and functions of pharmacists in pharmacy services and pharmacy management."

"Pemerintah Indonesia telah melaksanakan berbagai upaya untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan dan menjadikannya lebih efisien, efektif serta terjangkau oleh masyarakat. Upaya tersebut dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Salah satu sarana pelayanan kesehatan yang berperan dalam mewujudkan peningkatan derajat kesehatan bagi masyarakat adalah apotek. Apoteker dituntut meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan perilaku agar dapat melaksanakan interaksi langsung baik kepada pasien maupun kepada tenaga kesehatan lain. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) yang dilakukan pada 19 Agustus - 30 Agustus 2013 dan 30 September - 25 Oktober 2013 di Apotek Atrika bertujuan untuk menerapkan ilmu yang telah didapatkan di masa kuliah serta dapat mempelajari segala kegiatan dan permasalahan yang dihadapi saat bekerja di apotek.

The Indonesia government had committed many efforts to increase the health service and to make it more efficient, effective and also achievable for people. Those Efforts held to increase the health and prosperity of the society. One of the health services that gives role to increasing the health level for society is pharmacy. The Pharmacist that work at the pharmacy required to increase the knowledge, skills, and behaviors in order to carry out the direct interaction to patients either to other health professionals. Pharmacist Internship Program (PIP) conducted on August 19th -August 30th 2013 and September 30th - October 25th 2013 at the Atrika Pharmacy to apply the knowledge they have obtained during the lecture time and to study about all the activities and problems involved during working at the pharmacy."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan fungsi Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan dan juga memahami tugas pokok dan fungsi dari bagian direktorat pengawasan produksi produk terapetik dan PKRT. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Kajian Nilai Ekpor dan Impor berdasarkan nilai total, dan bentuk sediaan dari produk terapetik. Sedangkan tujuan dari tugas khusus adalah untuk menetapkan standar mutu yang diakui secara Internasional dalam meningkatkan peluang Industri Farmasi lokal untuk dapat bersaing dan dapat melakukan ekspor kenegara lain, serta membandingkan nilai total penerimaan antara aktifitas ekspor dan impor dalam periode tiga tahun terakhir.

While the purpose of the special task is to set a quality standard that is recognized internationally in improving opportunities for the Pharmaceutical Industry can compete locally and can export to other countries, as well as comparing the value of total receipts between export and import activities in the last three years."

"Tenaga kefarmasian yaitu Apoteker, merupakan salah satu tenaga kesehatan yang berperan dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang optimal pada pasien di Rumah Sakit. Untuk mengetahui dan memahami peran apoteker di Rumah Sakit serta kendala dalam menjalankan pelayanan kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit, maka Program Profesi Apoteker Universitas Indonesia bekerja sama dengan Rumah Sakit Angkatan Laut Marinir Cilandak menyelenggarakan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker periode 2 September-31 Oktober 2013. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam menjalankan pelayanan kefarmasian yaitu belum berjalannya farmasi klinik dan pengadaan sistem distribusi obat rawat inap secara dosis unit, karena keterbatasan Sumber Daya Manusia. Tugas khusus yang diberikan pada Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker adalah mengenai analisis biaya penggunaan material kesehatan berdasarkan jenis tindakan operasi dan kesesuaian plafon pada pasien Jamsostek di kamar operasi Rumah Sakit Marinir Cilandak periode bulan Maret-April 2013.

To know and understand the role of the pharmacist in the hospital as well as obstacles in implementing pharmacy services at the Hospital, the Pharmacists Profession Program University of Indonesia in cooperation with Cilandak Naval Hospital held a Professional Field Work of Apothecary, period of September2nd-October31st, 2013. Constraints faced in implementing pharmacutical care that is not the passage of clinical pharmacy and procurement inpatient drug distribution system in dosage unit, because the limitations of Human Resources. Special assignment given to the Practice Pharmacist is regarding the use of material cost analysis based on the type of surgery health and suitability of the ceiling on Social Security patients in the operating room Cilandak Naval Hospital period of March-April 2013."
