"Dalam Tugas Akhir ini telah dirancang perangkat solar energy regulator (SER) yang dalarn solar home system (SHS) berfungsi sebagai pengatur kondisi cut-on I cut-off photovoltaic module (PV), cut-on I cut·off baterai, batas maksimum beban yang dapat dilayani oleh perangkat dan rangkaian pendukung lainnya seperti display indicator. Spesifikasi teknis yang dihasilkan oleh perangkat yaitu mengatur tegangan PV module "ON" pada tegangan 13,80 Vdc :±: 0,2 Vdc dan tegangan cut-off pada 14,30 Vdc ± 0,2 Vdc. Mengatur level cut off tegangan 11 60 * 0,1 Vdc dan memiliki level tegangan boost charge pada 12.,50 * O,l Vdc. Pemakalan maksimum beban yaitu 12,50 A± 0,2A Mempunyai indikator level baterai, proteksi over load, proteksi short circuit dan proleksi reverse polarity."
