Patients with ventilator need to have weaning process gradually. RSBI is one of the indicators in giving weaning process patient with ventilator. The purpose of this study is to examine and compare the score of RSBI on patient with ventilator who is given semi fowler position 15°, 30° and 45°. This is pre-experimental designs study using one group pretest posttest design. Consecutive sampling had been used in recruiting 27 respondents. Repeated anova had been used to analyze the data. The result shows significant different amongst RSBI score on semi Fowler position 15°, 30° and 45° (p value 0.003). Significant different also shows on RSBI score between semi Fowler 15° and 30° (p-value 0,013), semi Fowler 30° and 45° (p-value 0,003), however there is no significant different on RSBI score between semi Fowler 15° and 45° (p-value 0,629). It is recommended that semi Fowler 30° is the best semi Fowler position with the lowest score of RSBI."

value= 0,008), retraksi dada (p value= 0,008), frekuensi pernafasan (p value= 0,001)

ABSTRACT
Pneumonia is an inflammantory condition of the lung. Child and infant included a
group that have risk to get pneumoni. The inflammantion causes pulmonary sputum
collection and this make difficult to breath. One of the ways to take out the sputum is
by doing chest physiotherapy (CPT). The purpose of this research was to find out the
effect of chest physiotherapy (CPT) toward respiratory status of children pnemonia.
Design of this study used quasi eksperiment post test only non equivalent group. The
result of the study showed there was significant effect of CPT againts breath sounds
(p value= 0,008), chest retraction (p value= 0,008), respiratory rate (p value= 0,001)
and oxygen saturation (p value= 0,010) on children. This research recommend CPT
as a nursing intervention to recover children respiratory status."

"The first section of Functional respiratory disorders : when respiratory symptoms do not respond to pulmonary treatment will help clinicians recognize functional respiratory symptoms that can arise as a result of both organic and psychological causes. The second section of this book provides detailed discussions of such disorders, links to video examples of laryngoscopic evaluation of patients with vocal cord issues, case studies and quizzes. Examples and exercises that should strengthen the clinician’s confidence in identifying and treating these functional conditions are also provided. Finally, the third section of the book will help the clinician differentiate the patients for whom referral to a mental health provider is mandatory from those for whom other approaches may be useful. For the latter group, the book teaches clinicians to empower themselves by learning how to incorporate various therapies for functional disorders into their practice, including biofeedback, breathing techniques, basic cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, and hypnosis. Links are provided to instructive video examples of biofeedback, hypnosis, and speech therapy. Practical strategies for obtaining training in these modalities are provided in the appendix. "
