Integrated design process is the basis for green building planning, but how the integration among the designer in each stage of green building planning is questionable, makes this process difficult to implemented. BIM is a computer-aided modeling technology with the ability to develop the design, manage project information, and collaborate between project stakeholders, bringing efficiency for the processes in the project life cycle. However, despite its advantages, information transparency and operations within BIM in supporting the collaboration of the planning team are arguably still limited to certain entities. For those reasons the integrated design process is hard to achieve. Therefore, this study aims to develop the green building design workflow through blockchain integration in BIM for information transparency among the designer on BIM controlled with distributed ledger technology on a hyperledger fabric platform. A qualitative approach through literature review, benchmarking study, and experiments were used to obtain this objective by considering the planning process of green building as a case study. The results of this study indicate that model of design workflow was build in hyerledger fabric blockchain but integration need an application as a tool for blockchain comminiacated with BIM."

ABSTRACT
Humans have been living with nature since the dawn of times. They forged, created and constructed their living spaces through the uses of nature and environment. Nature had become an essential need for human themselves. This innate connection between human and nature is studied through the concept of biophilia. However, a rapid urbanism over these past centuries reoriented the architectural trends, urban people began to design the environment on behalf of their own importance with a less consideration of nature. This trend has scientifically proven could create an issue of healthiness. As a response to this phenomenon, architect and scientist developed the field of biophilic design as a branch of architecture. This academic writing will observes the biophilic patterns and factors that juxtapose with the existence of it through case studies taken from urban parks in Singapore. The result of the observation will determine whether both biophilic designs could have a different way of implementation regarding to the form as well as the impacts that it could give to human in terms of health.

This research proposes a monitoring and controlling system using Arduino Uno, Thingspeak Web-service and Twitter OAuth Application in implementing the Green Building Program based on social media. The system processed received and sent data from ESP8266-01 that connected through same connection with web-server for real-rime cases. Using Twitter OAuth Application for this system came along with PHP script is done to addressed the lack of Arduino?s resource that unable to connect to the Twitter servers through SSL. The evaluation was verified by experiments, latency average scored 3,33 % with range of 2-3 seconds update time. Average of time updates to Twitter was 36,2 seconds through testing as many as 10 times. Response time to activated the actuator by 4,5 seconds and the checklist table parameters valued the system functionality as 92%. Based on the experiments, the system was stated as satisfying and worked well."

"The aim of the book is to improve conventional building design in Southeast Europe. This is done with proposing conceptual guidelines for designing energy-efficient buildings for different geographic regions of Serbia. The focus is on climate-appropriate design of building envelopes. To adress sustainability, economical, environmental and social aspects are evaluated. The body is divided into three main chapters: traditional houses, the existing housing stock, and design patterns for future buildings. The conclusions and the methodology can be applied in the rest of Southeast Europe, since Serbia has a unique position in the middle of the region, covering different geographical areas that spread far out of Serbias borders."
