"The main purpose of the article is to increase understanding in some personal characteristics affecting creative performance among Indonesian radio station manager's leadership context. Using creativity-relevant personal characteristics and motivation as input model, the authors identified that both of these two variables are positively related to creative performance. The study hypothesized that Leader-member exchange (LMX) moderate the relationship between personal characteristics and creative performance. Among a sample of 283 Indonesian radio station managers, results found that creativity-relevant personal characteristics and intrinsic motivation were positively related to creative performance when managers perception of followers work contribution toward them (as the second dimensions of LMX) was high."

"Tesis ini membahas tentang studi kasus Pengendalian Persediaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang bergerak di industri makanan dan minuman, mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UI, tahun 2020. Meningkatnya jumlah UMKM yang bergerak di bidang industri makanan dan minuman memiliki dampak positif bagi perekonomian Indonesia, tetapi juga mengarah pada peningkatan daya saing di kalangan UMKM. Untuk bersaing dengan orang lain dalam industri makanan dan minuman yang selalu tumbuh dari tahun ke tahun, UMKM harus mampu mengelola inventaris secara profesional. Warteg ABC adalah UMKM, yang bergerak di industri makanan dan minuman, yang menjual masakan Indonesia. Warteg ABC sudah beroperasi selama kurang lebih 4 tahun di Jakarta Selatan. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan bisnis, penelitian kualitatif dari wawancara dengan pemilik dan pengamatan, untuk memetakan kondisi dan masalah UMKM, dilanjutkan dengan tindakan korektif untuk mengimplementasikan solusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Warteg ABC tidak memiliki catatan yang tepat untuk keputusan pembelian persediaan, jumlah persediaan dan perhitungan biaya persediaan dalam mengelola bisnis mereka pada kegiatan sehari-hari. Dengan demikian, solusi yang diberikan adalah meningkatkan kontrol inventaris dan efisiensi biaya. Penilaian implementasi tidak dapat dilakukan untuk mendukung hasil perbaikan karena Pandemi Covid 19 yang membuat UMKM memutuskan untuk menutup sementara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu Warteg ABC meningkatkan kontrol inventaris dan efisiensi biaya.

This thesis discusses about case study Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) inventory control which is engaged in food and beverages industry, students of the Faculty of Economics and Business of UI, of 2020. The increasing number of MSMEs which is engaged in food and beverages industry has positive impact to the economy of Indonesia, but also leads to the increases of competitiveness among MSMEs. To compete with others in the food and beverages industry which is always growing year by year, MSMEs should be able to manage the inventory professionally. Warteg ABC is a MSME, engaged in the food and beverages industry, which is sell Indonesian cuisine. Warteg ABC was already operated for more or less 4 years in South Jakarta. Data is obtained using business coaching method, a qualitative research from the interview with the owner and observation, to mapping the MSME's conditions and problems, continued with the corrective action to implement solution. The result shows that Warteg ABC did not have proper record for the inventory purchase decision, the amount of inventory and the calculation of inventory cost in managing their business on the daily activities. Thus, the solution that given is to improve the inventory control and cost efficiency. Implementation assessment can't be carried out to support the results of the improvements because of the Covid 19 Pandemic that makes the MSME decided to close temporarily. This research is aimed to help Warteg ABC to improve the inventory control and cost efficiency."
