"In this study, we explore the evolution of a corporate system by analyzing the case of production and employment structures in the Toyota Group. Our findings show that the production structure of the Toyota Group, which has been gradually affected by external, market, and institutional factors since the 1980s, transformed in 2009 from a domestic-oriented production structure to an overseas-oriented production structure. We also determined that since 2004, the domestic employment structure of the Toyota Motor Corporation has evolved to allow the flexible management of worker supply and demand through the hiring of nonregular workers, in response to the amendment to the Worker Dispatching Act. Consequently, the Toyota Group's production and employment structures have evolved to help secure channels that help the company flexibly adjust its output in response to abrupt economic fluctuations."

"Tesis ini membahas tentang produksi pesan video di Youtube. Produksi pesan video blogging dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bagaimana isu-isu agama dikemas dalam sebuah video. Dengan menggunakan analisis tekstual kualitatif melalui metode analisis wacana Teun Van Dijk ditemukan (1) bahwa produksi pesan video sangat berkaitan erat dengan latar belakang, pengetahuan, pengalaman, dan nilai-nilai budaya pembuat video. (2) Bahwa gaya bicara langsung, lugas, dan berterus terang merepresentasikan budaya low context yang secara tidak langsung menggambarkan nuansa liberalisme pemikiran yang kental. (3) Penggunaan humor dan bahasa vulgar yang tertanam dalam video merupakan pendukung utama penyampaian pesan.

This thesis discusses the production of video message on YouTube. Video blogging message production shows how religious issues are packed in the video. By using qualitative textual analysis through Teun Van Dijk discourse method found; (1) video messages production are intimately associated with the background, knowledge, experience, and cultural values of the video maker (2) That the direct speaking style, to speak fluent, and fortright represent a low context culture, which indirectly describes liberalism thought (3) The use of humor and vulgar language embedded in the video is the main support to delivery the messages."

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai konstruksi identitas etnis dalam proses produksi video YouTube bertema etnis Indonesia-Tionghoa oleh kreator dengan latar belakang etnis yang sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka pemikiran Sirkuit Budaya dari du Gay 2013 dengan fokus pada interaksi antara momen produksidengan identitas dan konsumsi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam dan analisis isi kualitatif video produksi para kreator YouTube.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konstruksi identitas etnis pada video bertema etnis Indonesia Tionghoa di YouTube mengalami negosiasi antara idealisme dan kebutuhan komersial kreator. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa konstruksi identitas etnis dilatarbelakangi proses produksi yang berhubungan dengan momen identitas dan konsumsi pada tingkatan saluran dan individu kreator. Hubungan yang terjadi bersifat sangat kompleks dengan status kreator sebagai etnis Indonesia-Tionghoa sebagai topik sensitif di masyarakat.

This research discusses about ethnic idenitity construction in production process of Chinese Indonesia themed video by YouTube creator from the same ethnic. This study draws from du Gay, et al. 2013 argument about circuit of culture. Using qualitative approach, this study examines the interaction between production, identity, and consumption moments. This study applies social construction strategy and collect data through contextual content analysisand in depth interviews with on three YouTube creators from three different channels.The result shows that construction of Chinese Indonesian identity in the video and production process is compromised between creators rsquo idealism to show resistance about the stereotypes and commercial need to get user views that led to advertising revenue. This research also learns that identity construction in the video is interwined between moment of production, moment of identity and consumption in both channel level and individual level of the creator. The relationship between these three moments is very complex in regard to Chinese Indonesian as a sensitive topic."

"Pornografi adalah isu sosial yang merugikan perempuan, terlebih jika perempuan terlibat di dalam kasus pornografi. Perempuan pemeran video pornografi yang dijadikan pelaku kejahatan pornografi karena adanya hukum positif di Indonesia sebenarnya adalah korban. Maka, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengalaman dua perempuan pemeran video pornografi yang menjadi terpidana bahwa sebenarnya pemeran perempuan dalam video pornografi tersebut merupakan korban dari adanya dominasi patriarki menurut pandangan feminis radikal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan wawancara tidak terstruktur terhadap pengalaman dua narapidana perempuan yang terlibat kasus pornografi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua subyek perempuan adalah korban dari pornografi, meskipun secara yuridis, perempuan tersebut adalah pelaku. Perempuan tersebut menjadi korban dari adanya adanya sistem patriarki yang ada di masyarakat, objektifikasi tubuh perempuan dalam video pornografi serta adanya perempuan yang terjebak dalam pemenuhan ekonomi yang jalan satu-satunya dengan menggunakan pornografi sebagai pemenuhan perekonomiannya tersebut. Selanjutnya, dampak yang dirasakan oleh kedua subyek tersebut dari adanya kasus pornografi yang menjerat mereka adalah berpisahnya mereka dengan keluarga sampai adanya percobaan bunuh diri.

Pornography is a social issue that harms women, especially if women are involved in pornography cases. Women acting in pornographic videos who are used as perpetrators of pornographic crimes because of positive law in Indonesia are actually victims. Thus, this study aims to understand the experiences of two women actors in pornographic videos who were convicted that actually the women actors in the pornographic videos were victims of patriarchal domination according to radical feminist views. The method used in this study is qualitative with unstructured interviews on the experiences of two women prisoners who were involved in pornography cases. The results of this study indicate that both women subjects are victims of pornography, even though legally, these women are perpetrators. These women are victims of the existence of a patriarchal system that exists in society, the objectification of women's bodies in pornographic videos and the presence of women who are trapped in fulfilling the economy which is the only way by using pornography to fulfill their economy. Futhermore, the impact felt by the two subjects from the existence of pornography cases which ensnared them are they were separated from their families, and also one of them attempt suicide."
