"ABSTRAK
Sebagai bagian dari daur hidup arsip, sistem temu kembali memiliki peranan penting dalam pengelolaan arsip. Hal ini bertujuan agar arsip dapat ditemukan kembali sehingga dapat digunakan sesuai dengan nilai gunanya. Sebagai lembaga kearsipan, Arsip Universitas Indonesia dituntut untuk memiliki sebuah sistem temu kembali arsip yang mampu berjalan dengan baik. Arsip Universitas Indonesia telah memiliki sarana temu kembali berupa aplikasi komputer yaitu SEKAR UI yang berdasarkan pada aplikasi ICA-AtoM. Untuk mengetahui kemampuan sebuah sistem temu kembali maka diperlukan suatu pengujian. Pengujian yang dapat dilakukan adalah pengujian ketepatan (precision) dan perolehan (recall). Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa ICA-AtoM sebagai sistem temu kembali arsip berjalan dengan sangat baik. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil percobaan yang mendapatkan rasio perolehan adalah 88,6% dan rasio ketepatan adalah 90,5 %.

ABSTRACT
As a part of record life cycle, retrieval systems has an important role in a record management. That means, if a record can be retrieve then it can be use by it’s own purpose. As a record institution, Arsip Universitas Indonesia was driven to have a retrieval systems that can run well. Arsip Universitas Indonesia have had a computer application based retrieval tool called SEKAR UI which is based on ICA-AtoM. To know the retrival ability of the systems, we must conduct a test. The test can be done by precision and recall testing. The result shows that ICA-AtoM as a retrieval Systems runs very well. From the Test we had a result 88,6% of recall ratio and 90,5% precision ratio."
