Dampak dari konflik militer ini tidak hanya sebatas sanksi yang diberikan oleh negara-negara Barat pada sektor perekonomian, namun seniman-seniman Rusia juga mengalami berbagai pemboikotan yang merugikan secara signifikan. Melalui peristiwa yang telah terjadi, mengisyaratkan bahwa adanya sebuah kekerasan budaya yang dialami oleh Rusia sebagai bentuk dinamika kebudayaan dampak dari konflik militer dengan Ukraina. Kondisi ini mengarahkan pada sebuah fenomena yakni cancel culture bagi seniman-seniman asal Rusia.

This thesis will examine the impact caused by the Russian-Ukrainian military conflict in the cultural and performing arts sectors. The impact of this military conflict was not only limited to the sanctions imposed by Western countries on the economic sector, however Russian artists also have experienced detrimental.  Through the events that have occurred, it indicates that there is a cultural violence, which has significantly affected the Russian people. This phenomenon is called cancel culture towards Russia artists."
