"ABSTRAK Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari sistem pelayanan kesehatan Rumah Sakit yang berorientasi kepada pelayananpasien, penyediaan Sediaan Farmasi, Alat Kesehatan, dan Bahan Medis Habis Pakaiyang bermutu dan terjangkau bagi semua lapisan masyarakat termasuk pelayananfarmasi klinik. Apoteker khususnya yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit dituntut untukmerealisasikan perluasan paradigma Pelayanan Kefarmasian dari orientasi produkmenjadi orientasi pasien. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Rumah Sakit PusatAngkatan Darat Gatot Soebroto ini bertujuan agar dapat memahami peranan, tugasdan tanggung jawab Apoteker di Rumah Sakit sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etikapelayanan farmasi pada khususnya dan pelayanan kesehatan pada umumnya.Apoteker memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam menjalankan pekerjaankefarmasian di rumah sakit, yang mencakup aspek manajemen perbekalan farmasidan alat kesehatan serta pelayanan farmasi klinis. the role, duties and responsibilities of Hospital Pharmacists in accordance with the
