"ABSTRAKPraktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Actavis Indonesia bertujuan untuk membekali calon apoteker agar mampu mengerti peran, tugas dan tanggung jawab seorang apoteker di Industri Farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, leterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi, memahami penerapan CPOB di Industri Farmasi, dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Membuat Protokol Stabilitas Beberapa Produk Tablet dan Mengkaji Hasil Uji Stabilitas. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini yaitu membuat protokol stabilitas beberapa produk obat dan menganalisis hasil uji stabilitas terhadap parameter produk.

Internship Pharmacist Profession in PT Actavis Indonesia aims to equip candidates for pharmacists to be able to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of a pharmacist in the Pharmaceutical Industry, has the insight, knowledge, leterampilan, and practical experience to do the work of pharmacy in the Pharmaceutical Industry, understanding the application of GMP in Pharmaceutical industry, and have a real picture of the problems of pharmaceutical jobs in the Pharmaceutical industry. Special assignment given titled Creating Stability Protocol and Assessing Multiple Product Tablet Stability Test Results. The purpose of this special task is to make some stability protocol medicinal products and analyze the results of stability tests on the product specification."

"ABSTRAKIndustri farmasi adalah badan usaha yang memiliki izin dari Menteri Kesehatan untuk melakukan kegiatan pembuatan obat atau bahan obat. Pembuatan obat hanya dapat dilakukan oleh industri farmasi yang telah menerapkan CPOB dalam seluruh aspek dan kegiatannya. CPOB diterapkan untuk memastikan agar mutu obat yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan persyaratan dan tujuan penggunaannya. Personil kunci merupakan salah satu aspek yang terdapat di dalam CPOB, yang terdiri dari bidang pemastian mutu, produksi, dan pengawasan mutu yang dipimpin oleh seorang Apoteker. Praktek Kerja Profesi dilaksnakan di PT Pfizer Indonesia periode April hingga Mei 2018 dengan tujuan agar calon apoteker mengerti peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di Industri Farmasi serta memiliki wawasan pengetahuan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul ldquo;Pelaksanaan Audit Pemasok di PT Pfizer Indonesia rdquo; memiliki tujuan agar penulis memiliki pengetahuan dalam pembuatan dokumen untuk proses audit terhadap pemasok.

ABSTRACTThe pharmaceutical industry is a business licensed by the Minister of Health to undertake the activities of the manufacture of drugs or raw materials. Drug-making can only be done by the pharmaceutical industry that has applied the GMP in all aspects and activities. The GMP is applied to ensure that the quality of the drug produced meets the requirements and purposes. Key personnel is one aspect contained in the GMP, which consists of quality assurance, production, and quality control by a Pharmacist. This internship was performed at PT Pfizer Indonesia from April to May 2018 with the aim that prospective pharmacist understands the role, duty and responsibility in Pharmaceutical Industry and have a knowledge and practical experience to perform pharmaceutical work. The special assignment entitled Implementation of Supplier Audit at PT Pfizer Indonesia has the purpose to have knowledge in the manufacture of documents for the audit process of suppliers."

Kegiatan PKPA ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa profesi apoteker dapat melihat langsung aktivitas yang berlangsung dalam suatu industri farmasi, khususnya pengetahuan dan wawasan mengenai segala aspek yang terkait dengan industri farmasi terutama dalam hal penerapan CPOB. Selain itu mahasiswa diharapkan dapat memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai peran dan tugas apoteker di industri farmasi. Pharmacists Professional Practice in PT Bintang Toedjoe where the location at Jalan Jenderal Ahmad Yani No 2 Pulomas Jakarta Timur. This activity is intended to make students can see directly the activity in the pharmaceutical industry. Beside that the student can get knowledge which is related in the pharmaceutical industry, especially in terms of the implementation of GMP. Moreover the student have a deep understanding of the role and duties of the pharmacist in the pharmaceutical industry. The Title of the special task is “Report Of Reduction Parameter In Raw Materials”. This Special task aims to knowing about procedure for raw material parameter reduction in PT. Bintang Toedjoe and find out how to make raw material reduction report in PT. Bintang Toedjoe."
