"Pada masa lampau, masyarakat Jawa dalam bercocok tanam biasa berpatokan pada tanda-tanda alam. Adapun pengetahuan mengenai cara bercocok tanam tersebut telah diturunkan melalui lisan dan tulisan berupa naskah. Salah satu contoh naskah yang berisi cara bercocok tanam adalah naskah Sangkan Turunan, lsp (STL). Naskah ini terdiri atas tiga teks, yaitu: (1) Primbon Sangkan Turunan, (2) Serat Sangkan Turunan, dan (3) Cuplikan teks Serat Menak. Hal yang menarik untuk dikaji dalam naskah ini adalah bentuk pengetahuan masyarakat Jawa mengenai astrologi di bidang pertanian. Ada pun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menyajikan kandungan teks pada naskah Sangkan Turunan, lsp. Di samping itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan isi teks yang berhubungan dengan pengetahuan mengenai astrologi di bidang pertanian. Penelitian ini menggunakan langkah filologi guna mengungkapkan isi teks, yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan metode kualitatif, teori etnobotani dari Alcorn (1995), dan pendekatan semiotika dari Ogden dan Richard (1989). Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini, memperlihatkan bentuk astrologi pada naskah Sangkan Turunan, lsp. berupa penyebutan hari-hari yang baik untuk menanam tanaman tertentu. Selain itu, penyebutan primbon sengkan turunan yang dilihat dari penempatan hari pasaran dan wuku tertentu juga menjadi salah satu bentuk astrologi yang berkaitan erat dengan pertanian.

In the past, Javanese people in farming used to rely on natural signs. The knowledge of how to grow crops has been passed down through words and manuscript. One example of a manuscript about farming methods is the Sangkan Turunan, lsp script (STL). This manuscript consists of three script, (1) Primbon Sangkan Turunan, (2) Serat Sangkan Turunan, and (3) Cuplikan teks Serat Menak. The interesting thing to observe in this manuscript is a form of knowledge the Javanese people about astrology in agriculture. As for the purpose of the study is to present the text content of the Sangkan Turunan, lsp manuscript. In addition, this study also aims to reveal the contents of the text related to knowledge about astrology in agriculture. This research used philological work to reveal the content of the text which was then analyzed by qualitative method, ethonobotanical approach from Alcorn (1995) and semiotic approach from Ogden and Richard (1989). The results obtained from this study is to showed the astrological form in the Sangkan Turunan, lsp manuscript. In formed of utterance names of good days to plant certain crops. And also the utterance of the primbon sengkan Turunan based on placement of certain days and certain time is also a form of astrology that is closely related to agriculture."

"Pancasila democracy departs and stems from the embodiment of the Pancasila precepts, which received the legitimacy of the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945 and MPRS Decree Tap / MPRS / 1968 / XXXVn of 1968. Pancasila as the basic of state and open state ideology should also be an inspiration and motivation in the implementation process of Direct Election of District Head, which is also regulated in the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945, Law 32/2004, Law 1/2015, and Law 8/2015 so that when the politicalization of religion in the process ofElection of Governor of DKI Jakarta did not cause widespread contraction that reveals the urgency of Pancasila, NKRI, Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945, Unity in Diversity and NKRI State law.Based on the phenomena occurring as a result of the Direct election of the Governor of DKI Jakarta , the people realize the importance of Pancasila in the process of democracy through by examining what is meant by "PANCASILA DEMOCRACY " and what is the relevance of PANCASILA in the democratic process of Direct election of district head? This study presents explorations based on bibliography and phenomenological studies that reveal the urgency of Pancasila democracy in the process of local head election and conceptual theoretical as an effort to re-actualize the whole understanding of democracy called "Pancasila democracy"."
