"This study of the Family Planning Fieldworker (PLKB) in West Java province, Indonesia, has been conducted in the framework of the Serpong Family Planning Research and Training Project, an interdisciplinary co-operation between the University of Indonesia in Jakarta and the University of Leiden in The Netherlands. and a number of government and private organizations participated. The main objectives of the project, of which the field-period lasted from February 1972-April 1975, were to conduct : an analysis of the social, cultural and economic factors influencing fertility and the acceptance of family planning, an analysis and evaluation of the introduction of family planning by Indonesian organizations, methods used and the development of alternative methods, interdisciplinary training of medical and sociological students in the field of family planning, a medical analysis and evaluation of traditional and modern contraceptive means and methods, and evaluation of the health centre as a family planning unit."

"Perencanaan remaja sejak dini terhadap penyiapan keluarga yang meliputi penundaan usia perkawinan, menjarangkan kehamilan, dan mencegah kehamilan dapat mengurangi faktor risiko kesehatan bagi ibu dan calon anak. Sementara usia perkawinan pertama wanita di Jawa Barat masih rendah yaitu dibawah 16 tahun (22,6%) dari seluruh provinsi di Indonesia yang menunjukkan masih kurangnya perencanaan berkeluarga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran preferensi keluarga berencana pada remaja dan determinannya. Desain penelitian adalah cross sectional. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah remaja pria yang berusia 15-24 tahun dan remaja wanita yang berusia 15-19 tahun di Provinsi Jawa Barat yang berhasil diwawancarai pada SDKI KRR 2012 yaitu sebanyak 773 orang. Uji statistik menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar remaja memeliki preferensi keluarga berencana yang baik (76,3%) serta ada perbedaan proporsi antara jenis kelamin, pengetahuan reproduksi, paparan informasi reproduksi, dan peran orang tua dengan preferensi keluarga berencana. Paparan informasi reproduksi yang memiliki hubungan signifikan dari setiap unsur keluarga berencana dapat menjadi peluang untuk meningkatkan preferensi keluarga berencana yang baik pada remaja.

Adolescent preparation of family planning is postpone marriage, manage the number of children, and prevent pregnancy. They can decrease risk of maternal and child health. But age at first marriage for a woman is still under 16 years old (22,6%) in West Java. It means adolescent have less preparation of family planning. The purpose of this study is to understand how preferences and determinants of family planning in adolescent. Design study is cross sectional on never marriage men age 15-24 and never marriage women 15-19 in West Java from Adolescent Reproductive health (ARM) component of the 2012 Indonesia Demographic and Health Survey (IDHS). There are 773 respondents. It used chi square type. Knowing this show many adolescent have good preferences of family planning (76,3%) and there are differences in proportion between preferences of family planning and sex, knowledge of reproduction, exposure to reproduction information, the role of parents. The researcher suggests that increase exposure to reproduction information."

"ABSTRAKProgram Keluarga Berencana yang merupakan tugas Dinas XYZ dinilai belum berhasil di DKI Jakarta karena salah satu tujuan programnya belum tercapai sejak tahun 2012. Penyebabnya antara lain adalah menurunnya kinerja Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana PKB karena jumlah PKB yang berkurang dan belum bisa ditambah. Reorganisasi di Dinas XYZ di Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta pada tahun 2017 berdampak pada pergantian pimpinan dan tugas pokok fungsi organisasi dan para pegawainya termasuk juga bagaimana organisasi kemudian memperlakukan pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat hubungan kinerja dan persepsi dukungan organisasi pada PKB di Dinas XYZ. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner Survey of Perceived Organization Support versi singkat, pada 180 orang PKB dan penilaian kinerja diberikan oleh atasannya dengan In Role Performance Rating. Hasil yang diperoleh membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan. Program intervensi dibuat untuk meningkatkan kinerja PKB melalui persepsinya terhadap dukungan yang diterima dari tempat kerjanya. Pelatihan terhadap pimpinan dirancang berdasarkan strategi yang dikembangkan Eisenberger dkk 2016 untuk meningkatkan persepsi dukungan organisasi. Workshop dilaksanakan sebagai proyek uji coba pada 16 orang yang terdiri dari 9 PKB dan 7 atasannya untuk memantapkan persiapan pelatihan pada pimpinan di Dinas XYZ.

ABSTRACTThe family planning program which is one of the objectives XYZ Agency task, has yet to achieve one of its goals since 2012. Amongst the causes were the declining number of family planning fieldworkers and the inability to recruit more workers due to national policies. The reorganization of XYZ agency as part of the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta in 2017 affect changes in leaders and the functions of the organization and how the organization eventually treated the employees. The purpose of this research was to find out the relationship between the performance and the perception of organizational support in the family planning fieldworkers in the XYZ agency. The data was gathered using the short version of Survey of Perceived Organization Support obtained from 180 family planning fieldworkers and their performance was rated by their supervisors using the In Role Performance Rating. The result proved the significant relationship between performance and perceived organization support. An intervention program was conceived to improve the performance of the fieldworkers through perceived organization support. A training program was developed based on the strategies by Eisenberger et al 2016 to improve perceived organization support. A workshop was delivered as a pilot project to a group consisting of 16 people made up of 9 fieldworkers and 7 supervisors before implementing the training program to the leaders in the XYZ agency. "

"Angka kelahiran total di Jawa Barat tahun 2007 masih tinggi yaitu 2,6 sehingga perlu diketahui niat ber-KB pada remaja saat ini untuk menggambarkan kesuksesan pengendalian penduduk di masa depan. Penelitian ini dengan desain potong lintang bertujuan untuk mengetahui distribusi niat Ber-KB remaja berusia 15-24 tahun yang belum menikah di Jawa Barat dari data Survei Kesehatan Reproduksi Remaja Indonesia 2007. Hasil penelitian sebagian besar remaja niat KB (52,7%). terdapat perbedaan distribusi niat KB berdasarkan jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, tempat tinggal, pengetahuan, paparan media, pertemuan masyarakat, dan peran sekolah dengan nilai p >=0,05.

Total fertility Rate in west Java in 2007 was still high at 2,6 so it is need to be known the intention of family planning in today's youth to illustrate the success of population control in the future. This study with a cross-sectional design aims to determine the distribution of family palnning intentions of adolescent aged 15-24 years who were not married in West Java from data of Indonesia Young Adult Reproductive Health Survey of Indonesia in 2007.

The results show that adolescent has intention to do family planning (52,7%). There are differences in the distribution of family planning intentions based on gender, education level, residence, knowledge, media exposure, community meetings, and the role of schools with p value >=0,05."
