"Skripsi ini membahas kondisi wilayah Kaliningrad sebagai representatif Rusia di kawasan Baltik serta konflik yang memperburuk hubungan antara Rusia dengan Polandia. Wilayah Kaliningrad menjadi tonggak utama dalam hubungan Rusia-Polandia. Bagian selatan wilayah ini langsung berbatasan dengan bagian utara Polandia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metodologi deskriptif-analitis. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa hubungan Rusia-Polandia pada tahun 2000 ndash; 2017 selalu berubah-ubah atau fluktuatif dan mempeburuk kondisi wilayah Kaliningrad yang berada di kawasan Baltik. Namun, hubungan tersebut juga memperlihatkan kemorosotan atau semakin memburuk pada periode 2012 - 2015. Hal tersebut diperburuk dengan tidak adanya program kerjasama yang baik dalam hubungan kedua negara.

This thesis discusses the conditions of the Kaliningrad region as a Russian representative in the Baltic region as well as a conflict that exacerbates relations between Russia and Poland. The Kaliningrad region is a major milestone in Russian Polish relations. The southern part of the region is directly adjacent to the northern part of Poland. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive analytical methodology.

The results of this study explain that the Russian Polish relations from 2000 ndash 2017 have always been volatile or fluctuating. However, the relationship also shows a slump or worsening in the period 2012 2015. This is exacerbated by the absence of a good cooperation program in the relations between the two countries."

"The overall focus of the book is on knowledge about the conditions for life in brackish water and the functioning of the Baltic Sea ecosystem. It highlights biological variation along the unique environmental gradients of the brackish Baltic Sea Area (the Baltic Sea, Belt Sea and Kattegat), especially those of salinity and climate. Throughout the book, we follow an ecosystem approach. Rather than focus on separate topics regarding e.g. plankton, fish or birds, or environmental issues such as eutrophication or fisheries, the chapters focus on processes and subsystems. Ecological compartments and environmental issues are treated jointly with the processes and subsystems when relevant. Some overlap between chapters has been allowed when appropriate, e.g. with respect to an issue viewed from different angles or in a different context."
